The Second Level is strictly designed for torture. Eight 4x4 meters in size and two 8x8 meter rooms are located here. Interrogation is conducted in the 8 smaller rooms. The most sophisticated forms of torture are used. 12 IT-O interrogation droids are used with human aid.
The two larger rooms each have complete lab equipment, including a cupboard table with sink along the side walls adjacent to the other. Operating tables and all necessary OR equipment are also found here. These are the rooms that doctors use to perform exacting experiments on pain thresholds. Genetic testing and variations between species of humanoids are also conducted. The Chief Geneticist, Dr Nazisumbag and his protégé, Dr Makesmepuke orchestrate this grisly work on the Second Level.
*IT-O interrogation droids do a read on the body, detecting the most sensitive areas like the genitals, joints, neck and many other less obvious body parts. Occasionally, the prisoner's vision may be obscured. A single torture session usually lasts well over an hour. The droid is equipped to record the entire process, in case any information was lost in the screams of the prisoner. Its reputation is so feared that many prisoners begin reciting their sins as soon as they see IT-O.
The IT-O injection reservoirs can be filled with the latest drugs but rely on the well-established Bavo Six ans OV600. The droid can perform interrogation by itself or in conjunction with living questioners. It was designed with an emotionless personality to ask questions in flat monotone. When working with a living assistant the IT-O will often say nothing at all, allowing prisoner to come to fear and hate the droid, while viewing the living interrogator as a source of potential mercy.

*Bavo Six: a notoriously powerful yet easy to produce truth serum. Bavo Six will induce visual exaggeration and paranoia - shapes and outlines become distorted, and the victim afraid of everything.

**OV600 is a powerful truth serum. Unlike other serums such as Bavo Six, OV600 acts physically upon the victim, rather than mentally. When the serum detects the symptoms of lie-telling, it causes the victim's flesh to break out in a painful rash. The serum is powerful enough to cause death in severe cases.
