 The Commissariat of the First Order stands as the driving force behind both military and civilian aspects within the Empire. Its existence has ensured that military academies of this Imperial nation were standardized, unlike its predecessors before. Due to its presence, the Stormtroopers of the First Order, and their officers, are a new breed and generation. More thoroughly trained, equipped, and highly loyal unlike the armies of previous Empires and Imperial nations. In terms of their civilian role, the Commissariat works with the Imperial Civil Service, an organization that works with indoctrinating new worlds of the Empire by spreading word of the virtues of Neo-Imperialism, instilling fervent loyalty within the populace, and promoting the necessity to serve the state in whatever capacity that people could perform. As a result, youths and adults alike have sought employment within the Imperial Army, Navy, and other branches, due to the propaganda of the Empire and the commissars of the Commissariat. Originally founded by Azria Delvardus, sister of the Emperor, the Commissariat ensures that methods in educating both the population and their soldiers are refined and evolved. This has resulted in a strong emphasis in psychological conditioning, without the usage of technology or chemicals to do so. Propaganda is regularly examined and distributed among the systems of the Empire. Although its founder has since vanished, the Commissariat continues to be a driving force within the Empire, seeking to ensure that this nation will last, even beyond the death of Nicademus and for generations, of the Delvardus Dynasty, to come. |

On orders of the Grand Moff, a majority of present Stormtrooper forces is incorporated into the ComSar's efforts of spreading the First Order's propaganda over Harnaidan and the Muunilist oversector as a whole. Recent orders within the oversector state that in order to increase indoctrinating efforts among the local population is a more active approach at fighting crimes, the Commissariat is allowed to utilize KX-series security droids freely, while also allowed to utilize military weapons in case of major revolts.
In coordination with the 187th Legion, ComSar Guards are reminded to pursue any activities, which cause unrest among the population, arresting troublemakers on the street, who defy the laws of the First Order and the Emperor at once.
Furthermore the Commissariat will more actively dedicate itself to put an end towards murder cases, committed upon local citizens, for xenophobia is a crime upon the First Order and its humanoid citizens. The training of further ComSar forces among local Muun citizens is furthermore demanded by the Grand Moff in order to proof the Muun population the First Order's benevolence towards them and their people.

As the Grand Moff entered the Commissariat building, it was obvious that the coordinations between the Grand Moff and the Imperial Commissariat would not solely remain a short term agreement, solely done for the purpose of inauguration. Accompanied by both two of her Novatroopers and four ComSar Guards, she eventually entered the building in order to arrange a meeting with none other than the First Commissar himself: Captain Aureate .

As the news and orders came down the line from Coruscant, the office upon Muunilinst began kicking into overdrive. Reviews of all existing programs were put into effect, while renewed efforts were made into continued pacification methods upon First Order border worlds. Those under the influence of the First Order still held sentiments of leaving and needed reminders of the peace and security the Empire offer. While those yet remaining independent or offering opposition could be persuaded to lay down their arms and join the greatness of the Empire. Recruitment and Retention were high priorities for the Muunlinst office

In the days and weeks that followed Magnus' ascension to the role of First Commissar, Lord Commissar Asperine also received a promotion of her own as the head of the Muunilinst Commissariat Offices. Asperine wasted no time in assuming her new role and getting to work re-ordering those that now found themselves beneath her command. Demotions were handed out to all those that had been lax in their previous duties, while promotions brought forward younger Commissars that had not benefited from the previous regime's neglect. Asperine would accept nothing less than progress. Anyone who did not perform would find themselves demoted or removed from the Commissariat entirely
