so.... Anyone remember the Mary Sue Litmus Test? If you don't, I found it. And took it.
Na'an's a 21. Now, let's be honest. Look at your character--look at them HONESTLY. Writing style, backstory, recent arcs, skills, tools, everything. Don't let yourself start justifying things you've given yourself--if your gut instinct is to start justifying, you should probably give yourself the point and be done with it. How Sue are you---REALLY? |

I did the test with three of my characters combined...and, to be as true as possible, I gave some of their answers a check mark because I flirted with the idea too closely.
My score with Aedon, Zane, and Ophelia - a combined 23 pts.
Not trying to brag, I just saw it that way...

28. Spent a good deal of time with the test, and I'm ok with the result. Oddly, considering how few boxes I clicked, I'm surprised the number is that high.

Im really not surprised that Xeonon is a Sue. Considering I made him when I was 15 and he was more or less a second skin at the time its really hard to work around all those things. That being said I try hard to make him not super Sue.

I got a 20, but there were 1 or 2 more boxes I could have marked, they just seemed so common in the Star Wars universe that I don't see them as Sue attributes.

Wow, been a while since I took that test.
Aya would be the only questionable one, let's see. 24, not bad for a RPG character. Racked up a lot of points for various royalty stuff.
