To resurrect the Chiss in the form of a second Ascendency - The Dominion - and re-estabish the Chiss RP presence on JvS. The Dominion will hold radical and extremist views and goals compared to the Ascendency, in an effort to promote interaction / RP between the Chiss and other factions.
