Welcome to the SL thread of the Mathilda and her "crew" of two drastically different individuals!
This a joint collaborative effort between Midas and myself. He and I have been on this site on and off but never once did we ever find our characters interacting for a substantial period of time. This is strange since he and I have been friends in real life for years now. So with this, we've decided to fix that and have a bit of fun while doing so. Our previous characters, while we do love them, were a bit on the serious side and as we grew we felt we needed a change. Or at least I did. At the moment, Midas and I are working on getting this little SL going but the premise of this entire thing is...
...if your current SL wants comedy and high jinks in general for a short period of time, we're your men. We arrive, raise hell, leave.
Think of us as OOC and IC mercenaries; a little spice to your current literary concoction.
So who exactly are Midas and Aeron?
Midas Glade is a witty, womanizing, conniving, arrogant, self-preserving... individual. As an actor turned transporter, his propensity to raise hell with his two gold plated blasters is only matched by his ability to quickly get away from it. There's a decent guy somewhere in there, but he's a pretty good actor so one can't be too sure. As long as you're a pretty lady in distress or you got a lot of credits, he'll listen. (He may have more to add.)
In contrast, Aeron Mercer is a dour and reluctant ex-SpecForce Marine turned runner who is just tired. He's of tired Midas' bantha. He's tired of their bantha. He's tired of your bantha. He's tired from being a magnet for trouble despite not being a troublemaker himself. He had big dreams before but that may have died when he was shot at one too many times. Aeron knows the what justice means but man does he not feel like upholding it.
So enjoy and we hope to work with you by design or accident. Whatever works. Cheers!
