Location: Unknown. On board the ISHS Venator-Class Star Destroyer: Savage Wrath
Vallius awoke to the annoying sound of the door buzzer. He groaned as he swung his feet off the bunk and onto the cold deck plates of the cabin. He trudged across the room, rubbing the sleep from his eyes as he moved. Once he reached the door, he pressed the button to open it. The door slid open with a woosh, revealing the aging naval commander standing before him. It was Imperial Navy Commander Carlson. At the sight of the Commander, Vallius snapped to attention, all traces of sleep gone from his still weary body.
"At ease."
Vallius relaxed into the at ease position, though he was still alert and ready to go, should be be ambushed like he had been the last few mornings. His father had been very adamant about keeping the young Zabrak on his guard at all times.
"Your father requests your presence on the bridge. He's in a rather foul mood, so I suggest you not delay."
And with that, the Commander snapped to attention. Vallius followed suit and snapped to attention, saluting the superior officer before him. Upon returning his salute, the Commander spun on his heel and walked off. To attend his other duties on the ship, undoubtedly. Vallius closed the door and wandered over to the refresher unit. He slipped into the shower and made himself look as presentable as he could to his father. After a few minutes had passed, Vallius was dressed and heading towards the bridge. The various officers and stormtroopers wandering the halls of the ship paid little attention to him as he made his way to the bridge. As the lift he had entered took him to the bridge, Vallius prepared himself for whatever it was that was going to happen once the doors parted. As the lift slowed, Vallius tensed up. The doors parted, revealing a nearly empty bridge. Only the bare minimal personnel could be seen. Shift change. His father was silhouetted against the starry backdrop of space. The blue-hued image of the ship's A.I was standing next to him on the holo-pedestal. Vallius, while remaining on his guard, left the confines of the lift and approached his father. Upon reaching his father, he sank to one knee and bowed his head respectfully.
"You summoned me, father?"
Vallius waited for his father to acknowledge him before he moved from his kneeling position on the deck.

Location: Unknown. Savage Wrath. Bridge.
Viox Savage, Iridonian Sith Lord and former Wings of the Tyrian Triumvirate, stood on the bridge of his flagship. Dressed in his typical attire of a black zeyd cloth tunic and a black armorweave cloak, he was lost in thought. Thinking about all that had transpired since his father had taken over Rhommamool several years ago. His son was coming up on fourteen now. Larissa had been six months pregnant with him when Xander struck his blow against Kalen, his former brother-in-arms. Kalen knew Larissa had been with child too, as she had gone to speak with him in hopes of clearing Viox's name. Ultimately it had failed, as Xander's ambition simply drove Kalen to the edge of the abyss, taking the final thing he had treasured away. Upon Kalen's death, Xander quickly went to work, rooting out all of the Triumvirate sympathizers, either killing out right or making an example of them. And that's how his Empire had started. With blood and betrayal. And manipulation. Xander manipulated Viox into joining his cause, though it was far from willingly. Regardless, it had boiled down to this. After Kalen's defeat, Viox had sent Larissa to his flagship and kept her there, hidden from Xander. With the birth of his son on his flagship, he trained the boy in the way of combat since the boy could walk. But he had never once used any of his dark side abilities on the boy. Nor had he ever demonstrated them. He didn't want this life for Vallius. And soon, much to Larissa's disdain, Vallius was going to be exiled from Rhommamool. For his own safety until such a time that Viox could figure out how to deal with his father and prevent him from using the boy against him. And then the lift signaled his son's arrival. After his son addressed him, Savage turned to face him, yellow eyes peering out from beneath his hood.
"You may rise."
Once Vallius was standing, Savage continued.
"You have excelled in your training. I am proud of you. But now the time has come for you to create your own lightsaber."
Savage reaches down and retrieves his hilt from his belt. Holding it in his hand, he passes it over to Vallius.
"It is a powerful weapon. Mastery of it can take a lifetime. And at the same time, having such a weapon marks you in the eyes of the rest of the galaxy. Being a tool of the Jedi and a weapon of the Sith, you will be placed into either of those categories loosely. Not that it is important at this point. First you need to find all of the pieces to construct a lightsaber. I have taken the liberty to find what you need and scatter them across one of the Empire's colony worlds. M'haeli. You will find all of the parts and a crystal. You will be granted access to my personal Infiltrator for the duration of your assignment and Rampant has made a copy of himself to assist you. As we speak, he is making the preparations. I suggest you hurry, as we have also been ordered to liberate a world from the New Republic Alliance's grip. If you do not wish to be caught in the cross fire, I suggest you leave as soon as you are able."
Savage walks with his son, towards the lift.
"Once you have completed your task, contact your mother. She'll assist you in assembling your lightsaber and ensuring the crystal has set properly."
Savage watched the boy as he processed what was discussed.
