Planet: Taris (The Upper City)
Title of Building: Senate Building
Description: The Senate of Taris has been established ever since its reconstruction. Established in the Upper City of Taris, the Senate Building is rather lavish and fanciful, attracting much tourist and commoner attention.
It is here that Senators draft and debate legislations relating to Tarisian society and the planet's place in the galaxy. The public is only allowed access to the front lobby and the garden walkways. There is a hangar reserved for only members of the Senate and foreign dignitaries to land or leave, a Chamber for the Senators to gather and discuss their work, and the Governor themselves have a private office here where they can summon individuals or small groups into their office for private conversation.
There should be a number of sub-locations with their own threads:
Senate Chamber
This is where the Senators actually debate their legislations and courses of action. If a foreign politician or major official wishes to address the Senate, then he or she does so here as well. Impeachment of an individual by the Senate also takes place here.
The Governor's Private Office
This is where the Governor resides and calls in people to have private chats with them.
The Hangar
This is where delegates and officials go to land or take off. It can also be a place for some minor or private discussions.
The Garden Walkways
Just a place for politicians and the public to mingle and discuss things whilst admiring the scenery.
Person who will use the building: Me (and my NPC's), as of now, though I'm also going to invite some others into it over time. There are about two people who would pretty much definitely be willing to come over to RP in the near-future.
Extra Info: Ideally, there'd be the numerous components of the building above, just for the extra dimension when people RP here. It wouldn't be the end of the world if those components weren't approved and there's just one sub-forum for the building, but I'd really prefer it if there were those parts. That should cover all the major parts of the building - if someone wants to RP in another part of the building, they're welcome to do so in the general sub-forum for the Senate Building.
