You can't on these boards, mate, not from what I saw, unfortunately. Proboard doesn't have it like phpBB.

That's correct. The feature has been requested from ProBoards many times, but they haven't shown much interest in implementing it, sadly.
One helpful tip though, clicking the "new" label on a thread will take you to the first unread post.
