Well here we are. Clan Vizla has been destroyed. However, I still wanna be a Mando so I’m gonna make my own clan

Also, I just killed a mountain. With a cargo ship. An unharmed cargo ship. If that isn't one of the best sale pitches I've ever given, I don't know what is.

In all seriousness, DO is very big on protecting its people. When they ask for it. Lots like to go out & handle their own business, but it is nice to have a safety net behind you in case you happen to cross the wrong person or need a little boost. Our main feature of note is having by far the largest population base (both Mando & non-mando) to pull from for resources. We do a lot of dabbling in everything, but we don't really specialize in anything. I will say though that because of the much longer & steadier RP history of the clan (we are the oldest clan active, OOC) we have a much higher level of technology that the other clans. We are working on a number of booster programs to bring the other clans up to par though.

On a side note, D'Ordinii & Or'dinii are technically not the same thing, but at this point in time they are effectively the same. With Plu (the official Or'dinii leader, & Aya's grandfather) missing in action for ... nearly two decades in story, Aya (one of my main characters) is more or less the defacto head of Clan Or'dinii in addition to her official leadership of Clan D'Ordinii & House D'Ordinii (Infinite Imperium). On the boards, I am in the process of absorbing the smaller Clan Or'dinii into the main body of House D'Ordinii.

Ok, your profile lists you as a scout. Depending on your preference I have a couple of options.

1) Bloodhounds: No combat, They are basically bounty hunter style trackers. Usually they are used for general recon or surveillance. In situations where they are hunting down a target that needs to be bagged, they call in secondary support for that.

2) GL-Scouts: Again, a non-combat role. These are more or less the same as the bloodhound, but in space. In addition, they also are responsible for surveying the hyperspace routes used by the II & finding useful planets (inhabited & otherwise).

3) Recon: Think SAS, Spetsnaz, US Army Rangers, US Seals, etc. Go in, find the enemy, tear them a new one.

4) Acquisitions: Like #2 but with a much heavier focus on finding resources & such that the II can exploit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is House D'Ordinii or the Infinite Imperium. Clan Or'dinii is the minor clan that is getting absorbed (also originally the parent clan). The full name of D'Ordinii is "Dizen of Or'dinii".

Easy enough. Start on Lehon. & we will go from there. The DO has just recently (within the last two years IC) moved back to Lehon. Kicking off a massive wave of construction projects & expansions. We always had various smaller bases & installations there, but we are in the process of turning it into a full scale capital.

The nice thing about how the clan is set up is that you aren't really restricted to one path. Basically, once you have the appropriate pieces of paper that say you are competent in a field, you get added to a roster & 'mission' offers pop up from time to time. You can take or ignore as many of them as you want without worry, but you only get paid for the ones you do. Basically, the whole system is a freelance bid system. If it is a solo type thing, whoever tags it first gets it, if it is something like a coding job or a bit of research or whatever, everyone that wants can try it. If you submit a working reply you get a chunk of cash. Whoever has the best answer after a certain time gets a nice sized bonus on top.
