Rune listened to Alfeus' offer. If he was willing to head it up himself, it would mean she could delegate the responsibility and work to him. Leaving her to concentrate on more important strategic matters. Rune reached out then, picking up the vibrorapier. Giving it a couple of swings and thrusts as she debated his proposition and examined the gift he had to offer her. An elegant weapon, to say the least. She turned towards Alfeus and pointed the tip of the vibrorapier at him If nothing else Baron, this weapon alone is enough to speak for your wealth... Consider your commission confirmed. You will report directly to me. Your ships will be granted codes to travel to and from Galactic Alliance space freely. However... Be warned. Should the First Order capture any of your operatives, they will be burned, and all existence of your unit will be denied. Am I understood?

"Of course, Triumvir. I am honored that you accepted my proposition." After giving a traditional military salute, he walked out of the office into the turbolift and descended into the lobby.

Victor stepped off the turbolift alone, before taking a turn and entering the main conference room where the three Triumvir's of the Galactic Alliance were all gathered. Kitax was seated at the head of the table, with Rune seated to his right and Ashakaa to his left. Victor took a seat at the far end of the table to them. Spread across the table were datapads with various headlines reacting to the Treaty of Manaan. Victor picked one datapad up and read through the article title "Triumvir's Take A Knee To The First Order", written by a rather radical journalist. There were a few like it, with only a small handful praising the move. Victor placed the datapad back down, before shifting his gaze to Kitax I'm... curious...
Why we sued for Peace... You're not the only one, clearly... Kitax motioned towards the datapads for a moment. Rune put down another datapad, with an article she had been reading that was also quite critical of the move It certainly looks bad...
That's putting it lightly. At least half a dozen of these are calling for your resignations, another half dozen want you to stand trial... Traitors to freedom I believe one article put it...
Sensationalist reporting...
'Treaty of Manaan... more like the Surrender of Liberty'
I read them all... I assure you Field Marshal...
So why? Why do it? Why allow this... All of this... Kitax let out a sigh. He knew Victor would want an explanation for what had transpired on Manaan. But where to begin Tell me Victor... You've read all the articles. These supposed journalists... What is the consistent threads throughout?
Aside from wanting you gone? Well let's see... The repeated losses, Dantooine may have been a stalemate, but that was clearly a First Order victory. They levelled the Jedi Temple and burned the surface. Jabiim was captured by a First Order force. The Knights of Ren raided Ossus and destroyed the Library there. All but The Acheron was lost over Taris, which was also a failed attempt to push the First Order back. Rendili was another defeat. Then there was Naboo... Where a First Order commander struck Theed palace from orbit, before gassing the city. Others are disgruntled because they believe the Galactic Alliance faltered in the face of an enemy that has not yet sweat. Others feel betrayed by the lack of respect given to those who sacrificed their lives for the Alliance in the fight against the First Order...
Viewed separately, these points certainly make sense for being angry about. But when viewed together, and within the proper context... Things begin to make sense. Rune, what was the state of our military like?
Leading up to Manaan? Quite frankly, in shambles. We had garrisons on most worlds, but as far as units we could mobilise? Less than a quarter of what the First Order has been fielding on a regular basis. The same goes for ships. The First Order navy is almost five times our size, and that is before we take into account the Super Star Destroyer seen at Taris, and the rumours of a much larger support fleet for it...
Tell me, Victor, in your professional opinion... Who had the tactically superior position, in an all out war?
The First Order, without a doubt. Tactics will only get the right force so far, before sheer numbers cancel that out...
So what do you do, when the numbers are not on your side? You change tactics right? Instead of all out war, you use your smaller numbers wisely, is that not so?
When an enemy out numbers you almost ten to one, you draw them into a trap, is that not so?
Correct. Draw them in to a battlefield where their numbers count for nothing...
Exactly! And where would the First Order's giant armies count for nothing? During a ceasefire. A time of peace. They can strengthen themselves and wave their fleets about. But we can also build up, and put our military and government on sure footing... And start to put a foot forward. Continuing as we were, would have only continued to drain the precious few valuable resources we had left. It would have become a war of attrition as the First Order wore us down to the last man... We would have bled the free galaxy dry if we had tried to avenge the sacrifices that had been made already. Because the sacrifices made, would have only lead to the death of those trying to avenge them, which would have meant we had to avenge those deaths... The cycle would never have ended. Instead, we can save those lives instead of wasting them on a pointless quest of eternal vengeance... Victor nodded in agreement. Kitax was right. All out warfare favoured the First Order. The Galactic Alliance had no chance of beating them on their own terms. Perhaps, if the Alliance had a larger Navy and Military, they could have managed it. But they had to play the hand they were dealt. That meant making tough decisions Those are the facts, but who would want to admit it? What commander wants to stand in front of his troops and admit they cannot win? What soldier wants to hear that? Under the right circumstances, it could be possible to break such news. But it is preferable to remain in denial that the odds are stacked insurmountably against you... But thinking about that. Tell me Victor, what stands out the most?
Hmm... Well, the First Order outnumbered our forces, so we needed to change our tactics. We need the peace for our plan, but...
But the First Order did not. At least, that is what the stories would have you believe... Think about what you said Field Marshal... We faltered in the face of an enemy that has not yet sweat... But if that were the truth, why would they agree to peace? If they had such a superior position, why not stay the path and conquer the galaxy? Victor looked at the Jedi Master for a moment. She had a point. The First Order clearly had the upper hand in all of this. At least from a numbers stand point. But yet. Something had drawn them to a halt They wanted peace, as much as we did? What, because of Naboo? It was certainly a beacon to draw more worlds to our cause. But that can't be it alone...
There is a weakness the First Order has, that has finally revealed itself. Whether we will ever know what it is, is uncertain. But it could be any number of things... Perhaps the great war machine has hit the limit of its resources and cannot be fuelled any longer as it is. What ever the case, it means we have an opening... a chance to strike back. Perhaps not in open warfare, but by destabilising control of their worlds... As we establish the Galactic Alliance as a proper force for the First Order to fear...
You took the fall... Accepted the backlash, not because you were cowards. But because it was the right move tactically... But what of this Resistance that is forming? Kitax had heard the rumours. Already, a number of military personnel had resigned their commissions in disgust of the Treaty of Manaan A group that we shall watch... and nurture as best we can. They may resent us, but it is also an opportunity for us to use... What better way to fight the First Order, than with a group that you can publicly denounce? Some fine commanders have gone to their cause, so they will do fine. But that does not mean we cannot help fuel the fire... And perhaps, one day, when we are strong enough, we can bring them back into the fold...
What of you, Field Marshal? Where do you stand in all of this? I suspect you had your reasons for coming to this meeting... Victor nodded, his hand slipping in to his pocket rather casually. He had heard all that he needed to hear. Learned what he did not know before I stand with the Galactic Alliance and the Federation of the Double Worlds as I always have. But for now, I intend to return to Talus and Tralus. My services are not needed here right now... So I will ensure the Double Worlds are prepared and well defended. Unless you wish that I remain?
You have done a great service not only to the Alliance, but to the Galactic Alliance. But for now, return home. Protect it, shore up its defences... Victor nodded. He rose from his seat and gave the Triumvir's a salute, before heading out of the conference room and taking the turbolift down through the senate building. Fingering the recording device that had been hidden within his pocket. Time to ignite a little bit of hope

The door to the office of the Triumvirs hisses open as the one-eyed Fondorian Senator, Graemon Gorgano, strides into the office, wearing a simple blue outfit and a dark cape that hung off to the left side of his back. His usual outfit whenever he attended any Senatorial meetings or gatherings of political interests. He approaches the front desk where a clerk was, managing any meetings with the Triumvirate of the Galactic Alliance. Graemon, posture very militarized and disciplined, due his time as an Admiral in the Republic before, stops at the desk curtly, garnering the attention of the attendant.
Senator Graemon Gorgano of Fondor. I have a meeting with the Triumvirs over the matter of a petition.
Ah yes, Senator Gorgano. You are right on time for your appointed meeting. Please go on ahead.
Graemon then turns to the right and proceeds into the office, where he heard the Triumvirs finishing a discussion. Something about a matter involving Hapes from the sounds of it, but Graemon paid no heed. As he approached the table, his presence caught their attention. He formally greetings each Triumvir before handing a datapad to the Triumvir in the center of the three.
Triumvirs, listed upon this datapad is my petition, Galactic Alliance Intelligence Reformation Bill. The First Order has a state of the art and highly efficient intelligence agency. Something we have yet to witness, but given their swift responses at the Battle of Taris, their intelligence is diligent. With the war over, efforts to rebuild and progress the Galactic Alliance are well underway. I formally request that these efforts extend to our Intelligence.
He walks up, gesturing to a file upon the datapad. Once it was opened, it revealed tactics employed on Fondor during the Galactic Alliance transition that snuffed out independence movements, Imperial sympathizers and worked to enhance the security of the planet and its shipyards. All of them yielding effective results through secret police and a cooperative law enforcement with local police and Galactic Alliance elements.
I ask for a position to exert these reforms and make our Intelligence more effective. I am still considering what the revived services should be named, but it has to be something that give our department a fresh look. The petition includes drawing in veterans of the recent war to help train all personnel based on information gathered through experience.

The room had others in it as well. Standash was seated at the table as well as others from the meetings before. The young woman listened intently. She was in total agreement with Graemon. Alderaan had maintained its independence through intelligence. Her people were peaceful, but they were not above using other tools. Blackmail, espionage, sabotage, hacking, and other intelligence methods were common. Her aid had been one of the best before she was stationed with the young politician. Standash stayed out of the conversation, for now, waiting to see how the Triumvirs moved./span]
KItax listened to the senator's proposal and was the first to speak An interesting proposal Senator. A grand intelligence agency to keep us on edge. This sounds very good in a meeting, but putting it into practice could prove more difficult. We are talking about citizens of sovereign systems here. They have rights, both from their planets and this body. How do you keep this new group from becoming a secret police? This is hard to accomplish in a free system, much easier in a totalitarian leadership like the First Order. Kitax looks over the files presented, waiting for the next comments.
Standash listened to the Triumvir. Kitax made good points, but, Standash noted to herself, did not really reject the idea. Just bringing up questions.

Graemon turns his attention to Triumvir Kitax first. The undisputed leader of the civilian government and the senatorial factions that advocated for the interest of democratic procedures and civilian interests, compared to the other triumvirs that represented the military and the Jedi Order.
If the civilians have nothing to hide, Triumvir Kitax, then they have nothing to worry about. Drastic measures are needed at this time. Our democratic nation has never been more threatened by any other faction in recent history. Not even the Sith could muster such a war machine as the First Order did within a short amount of time. If we must be just, then we will be just. If we must be harsh, then we will be harsh.
Graemon didn't like invading upon the personal and civil rights of the average Galactic Alliance citizen, but sometimes it was necessary. Especially when democracy was at stake here. Peace was established, but it was not a firm peace. It was a means to take a few breaths before the war could happen again.
We will not seek to invade upon the rights of Galactic Alliance citizens, but we must still be thorough and on our guard. As I said before, if there is nothing to hide, nobody should be worried. Yet, I can assure you of this. When I utilized secret police elements during the transition into the Galactic Alliance fold, we did not arrest till the evidence was solid. We examined the suspicious and looked for the evidence that made them guilty.
Graemon looks directly at Kitax.
Sometimes, sacrifices must be made for the greater good. And I can tell you now, those sacrifices will be remembered more when people are able to sleep soundly, knowing there are others looking out for them out there. Knowing that the Galactic Alliance has the means to protect itself from within and without.

Triumvir Starfire was obviously mandated to at least observe this meeting. An intelligence bureau could increase the effectiveness of her forces tenfold. So she was very interested in Senator Gorgano’s proposal. After hearing it, she personally supported everything the senator from Fondor said. Sacrifices were necessary for the Galactic Alliance’s survival, and though she knew it wouldn’t be popular with the people, they had been stretched to the breaking point by the First Order, and needed every tool they could get in order to defeat them. Their survival would involve cutting back on personal freedoms in the name of security, but in her mind it was a worthwhile sacrifice. “If I may say so, I support the Senator’s proposal in full. Sacrifices must be made for victory, or we risk losing everything we fight for.”

KItax looks down, a little sad. If we sacrifice what makes us who we are, we have already lost everything we fight for. If we no longer respect the rights of the people, how are we any different than the First Order? They rule by fear and control, is that who we want to be? He takes a breath and composes himself. Senator, you are correct. Our intelligence gathering is nowhere close to what it needs to be. We need to step up and get more information. But we must stay who we are or we are no better than our enemy. We must always be just, there is no other option. It was the promise of peace that saw the Old Republic give up rights to a man that was supposed to protect it, and it was the same promise of peace that lead to an empire being created. We all know how that ended. What can you say to assure me, that the people's rights will be protected? It is easy to sacrifice that which belongs to another person Senator.
Standash sat both inspired and annoyed at the Triumvir. She admired his commitment to the people, his arguments made sense. But the Alliance was at war. Even with the cease-fire, the fighting only changed. Intelligence was an arena they were losing in, badly.

I will be blunt, Triumvir. If risks are not taken, there will be no rights that we can cling to. There will be no freedoms, no rights... everything we have fought for will die in the crucible of fire that is the First Order war machine.
This was the harsh and honest truth that Graemon spoke. Kitax spoke of protecting the people's rights and ensuring their liberties, but where will those words be if the intelligence services cannot properly prevent internal dissidence from opening the Galactic Alliance to a ruthless First Order assault. Graemon gestures to the datapad in the hands of the Triumvir.
You can see for yourself, Triumvir. I still acted within the rights of the people. I only arrested those with solid evidence against them, showing they intended harm against the people, against the government, and against our nation. The people can forgive, but will they forget if the Galactic Alliance fails to protect them?
Graemon knew his words were harsh, but they could easily become a reality. The First Order had been overwhelming in this recent war, exceeding in many fields. The Galactic Alliance was only saved by a truce and a resulting peace treaty. If that had not been offered, the Senator doubted any of them would be standing here.
I can only assure you, Triumvir Kitax, that we will be just towards the people. It is our duty to protect them from threats both within and without. But you must understand, if risks and chances are not taken here today, then the Galactic Alliance's days are numbered. For I have seen the firepower of our enemy... and it terrified me.

Standash knew both were correct. The Alliance needed intelligence, desperately. However, giving way to a police state would make them no better than the First Order. She gathered her thoughts before speaking.Triumvir, Senator Gorgano, if I may interject. We need better intelligence, that is clear. Individual planets cannot do the job, and they cannot possibly hope to coordinate the information. The central government must step in. However, we cannon become what we are against. What if there was additional civilian oversite? Someone or an office that would have a full view over every action of this agency. The would be able to hold it accountable and protect the rights of the citizens?

Senator Gorgano glances in the direction of who spoke up. He called the female's appearance, Senator of New Alderaan and President of the Galactic Alliance Senator, Princess Standash Thul. She was one of the many veteran politicians that resurfaced within the Galactic Alliance after the fall of the Republic. For a moment, the Fondorian felt obligated to rebuke such an idea... but maybe this could be the reassurances that Triumvir Kitax needed to relax his grip on the situation.
I see no reason to speak against the idea, Senator Thul. We could have a committee of civilian officers serve within the Intelligence department to ensure that citizen's rights are not trampled. And, perhaps, whoever leads the Galactic Alliance Intelligence can have a second-in-command who leads said committee. That way, we have a civilian connection and presence within our Intelligence agency.

An interesting proposal President Thul, and surprising to see you agree Senator Gorgano. I think this would work out well. As I said, I agree that we need a greater intelligence presence, this idea will allow protection of our civilian population. Kitax knew that the Alderaanian wasn't fishing for the job, and that's why she was best for it. It is such a great idea that I think this position should fall to the office of the President of the Senate.
Standash was speechless for a moment. She never expected to be given the position she had just suggested. Gathering her thoughts she realized it made sense. She was the representative for the people, but she had experience in intelligence gathering works. It is what kept her people free without a military for years. She cleared her throat I wasn't asking for this job, but if you want it to fall on my office, I will follow it through.

I will not further delay in the formation of our renewed Intelligence, Triumvirs. We will be setting down our Headquarters at Bothuwai, one of our most southern possessions and furthest away from the First Order.
It had been the ideal location in the mind of Graemon Gorgano. It had shipyards, the headquarters for the Bothan SpyNet and its proximity from First Order territory made it an unlikely target and a safe place to grow, train and exert influence through a Galactic Alliance Intelligence Service. With the aid of the Bothans, they would do just fine.
I only need your approval of this proposal and to give me legal authority as Director of the Galactic Alliance Intelligence Service, Triumvirs.

The cosmos... has awoken... dark fog spreads across it's southern hemisphere, worlds setting ablaze... The same swirls, that have engulfed the Pearl of the Deep recently, have slightly moved across the eastern borders of the known galaxy... Blazing Suns shine to their west, the beacons that have yet to be extinquished... Yet... the Prophet's thoughts drifted away, his spectral eyes looking again to the southern stars... Then, a vision! One planet rose up in blue flames, that began to lighten up! At first... it burns, passionate, yet menacing... as then the blue bonfire begins to spread. Further and further... with fascination the Voices echoed in the Prophet's head, whispers of the abyss... YES, YES! It's burning! - The Blue Blood spreads! - What does breathe will be undone! - SHE will be the key to unlock it's potential! THIS is the Way - the Blue will lead into the Dark! The Prophet listens to the cacophony of voices, as suddenly the flames begin to spread, flying like sparks across multiple stars like a chain reaction, affecting Light and Darkness alike... then... the entire galaxy set ablaze! The stars burnt away to a crisp within the blue fire! And within them... he saw the person, holding a blue key within its hand... it was offered to him... Yet, as he reached out for it, the Prophet felt as his lungs became dry... feeling choked as he stared into the blue abyss before him... The Voices screamed... in agony and with glee, as all within the galaxy was dying... His vision faded, the energy was too intense... everything that was blue faded quickly into darkness... the endless sleep of the dreaming dead...
C'Thyl woke up from his trance, gasping as he had recieved the vision of what was to come. Of what might come. Although most of the images he saw were blurry and his mind felt tormented by the revelation. Somewhere in the galaxy... No! At a certain location within the galaxy, the Prophet has memorized too well, the seed for a new horror has been laid. The key, that would unmake the Galaxy. It was in close reach, yet so easily to be lost. From his dreams, the Prophet remembered what he had seen before, as it was tied to the blue key, he... his Dominion was offered. The barren plains of Bothawui... the sickness that has spread from the Clans... these were the events that had already happened. He knew that now was the moment to finally act, as the endgoal had come into closer reach. The future was shifting and the vision was already beginning to fade, as with each moment that passed the time window for the perfect future grew thinner and thinner. Without the Dominion's aid, the Blue key would vanish.
Slightly sweating, the Quarren leader stood up and went towards the bureau chair of the former Triumvir's office, contacting from there two individuals, that he would entrust with this task. One of his most loyal followers since the times of his exile, the Sorcerer Jerai Rhakmar, an expierienced scholar within the arts of the Dark, and his newly appointed second-in-command, the one who named himself @kelam . They were the ones, he would send out to retrieve the blue key. The virus, that had the potential to wipe the galaxy clean.

Upon receiving the summons, Kelam made his way office where C"Thyl resided. He never truly liked being at the beck and call of another, hence why he worked alone. A price paid for joining up with the Dominion in order to fully realize his goals. Even being given the rank of second-in-command did little to excite him. In fact, he felt it further shackled him down and kept him from doing what he set out to do.
For now, it seemed more of a hassle than it was worth, but he elected to stay with it for now. Perhaps it would become a boon to him and his desires if he gave it time to flower. Time would tell, something that was required for his plans to come to fruition.
Entering the offices, he stopped a few feet away from the Prophet, his arms crossing as his golden orbs focused upon the Quarren. <<What do you need of me?>>

Looking up from his desk, the Quarren's eyes focused briefly on Kelam, then on the sorcerer, who had entered after him the former office of a fallen republic. Jerai Rhakmar gave Kelam a cold look, yet smirked briefly before he turned his attention towards his master. It was hard to tell whether the white-haired Sorcerer next to him disliked C'Thyl's new protege as much as some of the other Sorcerers seemed to, since some rumors of him being an upstart were spread within the society. Yet, unlike any Sith order, nothing other than secretly whispered words have so far happened, yet people seemed to be aware of Kelam not being a sorcerer when it came to ideology. If Rhakmar held a grudge against him, he seemed to bury it for the moment, as he adressed the Prophet in a charismatic tone. "You have summoned us, oh Great One?"
C'Thyl closed his eyes upon the question, as from the inside of his robe sleeves a holo projector crawled forward, it's thin spider-legs making it more look like a bizarre mechanical predator. The Mechu-Deru influenced apparatus eventually placed itself down on the desk, as it morphed back into a more natural form, rotten cables and other mutations vanishing to reveal the flickering image of a planet. Bothawui. Homeworld of the Bothan Race and Trade Hub within the Mid Rim. Next to the information of the planet was pinned the imagery of a vial. Various reports from the times of the Clone Wars about a deadly virus, that was nearly unleashed upon Naboo and had killed the entire population of the planet Candoria were pinned next to it. It seemed that the informations were sparse, as the emitter repeated the same screen over and over, corrupted data flickering up here and there only for few seconds. Once the Prophet had ensured that his visitors had recieved the visual information they needed, he opened up his eyes and looked at both of them stern. "The stars have revealed me a way to one key, that will eventually kill the galaxy", he spoke up, the depth of his voice solely telling that he was serious about what he said, "As we speak, people suffer on Bothawui under a virus, which might either be the Blue Shadow itself or a virus related to it. It might have the potential to kill the population of an entire planet, perhaps even an entire system if unleashed upon an entire nation of spacefarers. For OUR destined future, we have to ensure that we will get a hand on probes of the virus, enhance it, grow it. Both of you are chosen alongside a small taskforce to ensure that we can acquire this key, as you both share the same determination when it comes to ending all life within the galaxy. I sense others, that will try to aid our cause unknowingly, others that will try to stop us, then others whose motives are yet unknown to me as the veil within the shroud grows thicker again - find them, crush any opposition and ensure that the pandemic spreads. Bothawui might be the first torch among many to light our way."
There was slight excitement within Rhakmar's eyes, when he heard the news, as it sounded too good to be true. The Blue Shadow Virus - it was reborn, if the Prophet was to be relieved. Already thinking through the potential of his arsenal, he reached out his hand in order to accept the information offered to him. The corrupted Holoemitter began to twitch again, as it crawled up the Sorcerer's arm like some sort of aggressive spider. It seemed as if the Prophet would send along this pet on the journey towards Bothawui as well. More than devote, Rhakmar lowered his head in gratitude to the task, that was bestowed upon him. "I will prepare a shuttle as swiftly as possible", he solely said obedient, his excitement for the mission only being briefly heard within the charismatic tongue of his, "It is a great honor to recieve finally the task, that I was promised by you, Master!" C'Thyl didn't seem to bother the compliment though, as he solely nodded, seeming to wait for Kelam's answer on whether he would accept the mission, offered to them.

Kelam barely even glanced over at Rhakmar as he stepped up beside him. He knew well enough the thoughts of those within the Dominion but cared little for it. Let them complain about his involvement. He stood true to his word upon joining them. He had aided them in the acquisition of new worlds and more than proved his own resolve to bring life to an end. So what if he didn't fully adhere to their particular ways of thinking? No one saw him complaining.
Kelam merely stood there with his imposing figure as the device came to life, revealing the planet. Was it another world they were to embark upon and claim? While it served a purpose, Kelam more wished for the planet's extinction rather than its subjugation. Yet, as the Prophet spoke, it seemed that what he desired was being granted to him. A hand rose to his chin as C'Thyl went on, explaining what he saw and what their task would be. A virus that was capable of killing a world? That was something of great interest. If it even worked half as well as that, it could easily accelerate their plans. Definitely something worth getting their hands on.
His eyes then turned to the Sorcerer as he spoke, giving thanks for this mission and ready to have a shuttle prepared. Only a smirk came to Kelam's face as he was way ahead of the man. Reaching out with the Force, he spoke to Voron to prepare the Chaotic Revelation for departure immediately, to which a quick confirmation came. Looking up he gave a nod of his head. <<We will ensure that the virus spread across the world. The last screams of its inhabitants will fill your visions as we return with it to better enhance its effectiveness so better suit our plans.>>
He then looked over to Rhakmar. <<You better hurry. My ship is already being prepper for departure.>>

Rhakmar seemed amused by the challenge offered to him, uncertain what to think of it. The Prophet seemed not to concern itself with the talks of his underlings, thus the Sorcerer went alongside Kelam in order to leave the room as well. "Whatever suits you best to fulfill the mission", Rhakmar remarked solely as he was about to leave as well, "If the master trusts in your abilities so do I. Just be careful, as nothing is gained if we can't get our hands on a working sample! Other than that, we'll meet at Bothawui. May your path lead us to success, brother!" Without further explanations, the Sorcerer would then take his leave as well in order to organize things quickly.

Kelam made his way along the hallways with Rhakmar as they began their approach towards the hangars. When he spoke, he merely gave a nod in acknowledgment as he split away to prepare. Once he was clear, he shook his head with a grunt. To have another accompanying him was rarely a boon in his mind. Having another with him typically slowed things down. But they would be taking different vessels, so that was a plus.
As he went, he thought one the mission and what was told to them. There was actually very little in direction, now that he thought about it. Upon this world, a virus existed, possibly the Blue Shadow, that was capable of erasing life and the existence of others that could be a boon to their mission and some who would hinder it. Outside of that, they had little to truly guide them. Time would tell what became revealed to them and if the Prophet would express more if he received any more visions. That meant that they may have needed to play nice with locals, if only for a bit. In which case, perhaps his "partner's" presence would be more beneficial than he anticipated.
Reaching the hangars, his crew was standing at the boarding ramp, awaiting Kelam. Moving to stand before them, he let his arms rest behind them as he spoke to their minds. <<We have been entrusted with a task by C'Thyl. Through his visions, he has seen a means in which our goals can be more effective. Upon the world of Bothawui currently exists a virus capable of extinguishing life on a grand scale. It is our task to ensure this virus spreads as well as to bring some back to be viewed by the Dominion in order to increase it effectiveness and allow us to deploy it where we wish.>>
He looked among the four, their eyes focused upon him, their wills having been twisted subtly over the years to fully embrace Kelam's will. <<He has also seen the arrival of others as well. Some will aid us inadvertently while others will hinder our progress as they attempt to destroy the virus. We must not allow them to succeed. Be on guard and prepared for battle at a moment's notice. Prepare the ship for launch. The moment our partner gathers his team, we will depart.>>
Giving a nod of affirmation, the four loaded onto the VT-49 and got the ship ready so that when Kelam boarded, they could depart without hesitation. Kelam, however, remained at the foot of the ramp for Rhakmar and his team.
