It didn't take long for Rhakmar to show up within the hangar, as a Bantha-Class Assault Shuttle was readied. When the engineers went outside, Rhakmar and his crew were already waiting, solely waving away any further discussion about the new configurations. Accompanied by two hooded individuals, Acolytes of the Cult as it seemed to be the case, the Sorceror solely looked over to Kelam, as if he only noted that his assigned partner had waited for him. Followed by four Dominion troopers, two individuals, which looked like the so-called "Deep Ones" and eight Aqua Droids, coloured within a dark blue tint, he would eventually enter the shuttle.
When the engines of the shuttle started, the crew of the Chaotic Revelation would recieve a message from the fellow team. ::Amber Monarch reporting, we're ready to take off. Laboratory equipment seems to function, containers are ready. Route to Bothawui has been calculated, the Stars seem benevolent. May the Dark guide us to victory! :: Then the Bantha-class Shuttle would take off, leaving the azure-blue surface of Mon Calamari behind it, course set to Bothawui.

Kelam merely watched as the group that Rjakmar gathered entered the hangar. Once all was prepped, the team wasted no time in boarding. His eyes merely glanced over to his partner, provoking him to turn himself and head aboard. As he did, he closed the ramp and ordered Voron to begin take-off procedures and plot the course to Bothawui. It was as he arrived on the bridge that the Bantha-class Assault Shuttle started pulling out of the hangar, to which he ordered his crew to follow. For the moment, he'd allow Rhakmar that the lead. After all, he seemed so eager be on this mission and desired to please his master. Who was he to hold another back? After all, if anything went wrong, he'd be there to clean up the mess.
Once the VT-49 was clear of the hangar, it followed the shuttle into orbit before blasting away into hyperspace.

Passing by two Dominion Dreadnaughts and a few MC90s, who were currently stationed within Dac's orbit, the command shuttle would slowly come into closer range of the Mon Calamari Shipyards with its gargantuan orbital ring around the water planet. There it would after some time recieve the message from a wharft official that the shuttle has permission to land at the surface, giving through the prefered meeting coordinates on Foamwander City. Tover Mills would realize that the meeting point would be unsurprisingly the old Senate building of the Galactic Alliance - the former gouvernment's seat of power. Coming into closer range of the atmosphere and thus getting a better look on the Mon Calamari Shipyards, Tover could see the construction of various dreadnaught ships, some even nearing the end process of their production line. For any Separatist warlord the sheer mass of these construction sites across the ring sections would probably have been a wet dream, judging that most of the ships were either tech from the Clone Wars or larger Mon Calamari cruisers. As the Command Shuttle had approached closer and closer to Dac once clearance to land had been granted, Tover had indeed made note of the various ships in orbit and those being constructed on the vast shipyards. The world was a hive of activity set upon the expanding borders of the Dominion. The Command Shuttle continued its descent down to Foamwander City, landing in a hangar bay close to the old Galactic Alliance Senate building where they had been directed to. Once landed, Tovar made his way from the hangar bay to the office of the Triumvirate. Upon arriving to the office/s, he waited to be admitted to meet with the those in charge

Once the shuttle has landed, a comitee of official Dominion troopers alongside a robed figure would welcome the ambassador briefly, before telling him to follow them. Although the coated figure was more than suspicious, given that her face wasn't seen during the conversation, the person in question seemed to be an official as the fellow Dominion troopers, official military forces in black plastoid armours seemed to follow their commands. Eventually Tovar would arrive within one of the former Senate's bureaus, where he was lead forth to another figure, that looked quite imposing in their greyish, simple, yet powerful robes. The face of the brown-skinned Quarren looked like it was mutilated, though for an outsider of Mon Calamari society it was hard to say whether Quarren tended to look like this normally at some point, if he had suffered from past injuries or if it was just a simple mutation. Nontheless the way how the politician in front of him stood up from his seat made even this alien creature look weirdly charismatic - given the Imperial viewpoint upon alien races, that had to mean nothing though.
"Welcome to the Quarren Dominion, ambassador.... Tovar", the Prophet spoke slowly, as Tovar had suddenly a chill feeling overwhelming him, when the Prophet adressed him - and it neither decreased by the Quarren leader suddenly being aware of his name without any further introduction, "I assume you wish to speak me on diplomatic matters? Please, take a seat." C'Thyl offered the man a chair where once visitors of the former Triumvirate's bureau sat.

Tover's gaze had constantly been watching and observing, making note of the people he met and the soldiers that had guided him from his shuttle to the office of one of the Triarch's. Amongst the Imperials he was perhaps on the lower scale of being Xenophobic. But as he stood in front of the desk and set his gaze upon the Quarren leader, he could better understand many of his fellow's feelings far better. It was like looking at a creature from one of those horror holo's shown so often back on his homeworld.
The Ambassador did his best to steel his nerves as the foreign leader rose up and greeted him. He inclined his head slightly as the Quarren addressed him It's an honour to be here Triarch... He moved forward and took the offered seat then, still very aware of where he was and what kind of danger he may yet still be in You are correct that I have come to speak with you on Diplomatic matters on behalf of the Solenbaran Diarchy and the companies that now fall under it's jurisdiction that once formed the Corporate Sector Authority. But for such talks to be fruitful and amicable, I would like to know the name of the one I speak with...

"I am C'Thyl, Triarch of the Quarren Dominion and at the same time its spiritual leader, ambassador." The Prophet took his seat as well, taking things in a more serious matter. C'Thyl had definitly not the charisma of old Republic chancellors like Valorum and most (in)famously Palpatine with his scarred appearence, yet his calm hands resting on the table told of the authority of the Quarren on this seat. His eyes looked for an alien so far calm, as he eyed Tover interested. "The Solenbaraan Diarchy...", he said, as he mused about these words, before continiueing, "I might have heard that there was new Imperial activity ongoing within the northern sectors. So you do not serve the One, who surrounds himself with treacherous lights, one flickering more than the other before they show their true colours, I assume? The one who styles himself... Emperor."
The Sorcerer master icognito knew that the First Order was not a foe to be underestimated. So far he had kept the peace with them, but unlike with the Blackguard, the Prophet knew that they had to fall. If not by their own ambitions, which had always been the main failur of the Empire and its suceeding gouvernments, it would be by the time the Quarren Dominion's fleet who would end them, consume them and use their rescources to prepare for the final encounter. Unlike Palpatine's Empire though, the force users within the First Order's ranks followed doctrines one would call inbetween Light and Darkness - another weakness, as like the Jedi and Sith, they neither possess the knowledge of the ultimate truth, the reason why they kept living within this prison which was called a galaxy. But in the end only few individuals within the Empire once understood, why their gouvernment had to fail, why Palpatine's reign was destined to fail...

C'Thyl, hmm... It's an honor to make your acquaintance Triarch... Tover did his best to wrangle his tongue into as closely reproducing the syllables that made up the Triarch's name. He suspected it was a far from perfect pronunciation, but hoped it was at least passable. However, he was not left longer to ponder the matter as the Quarren seated before him continued speaking. News of the Diarchy's forming had already traveled the Hyperways down to Dac. Or perhaps the Dominion had spies strategically planted around to ensure such events were known about relatively quickly. In either case, he focused then upon the question asked of him regarding where the Diarchy's loyalties lay You are correct, the Solenbaran Diarchy does not owe allegiance to the Usurper... He is not worthy of the throne upon which he claims to sit... Emperor Palpatine was the only one worthy of that power. It is his true Empire which we serve...

"The famous architect of an Empire is known to me, yes..." The voice of the Prophet seemed to indicate as if he wasn't really thrilled, when hearing Palpatine's name, though his voice was still neutral. If there were any further thoughts, he left these unspoken, being aware that his philosophies differed immensely from those Sith Lords and their followers, who intended to create something in order to maintain it - a hybris, as the Quarren Dominion is unlike the Galactic Empire not designed to last for eternity. Realms crumble, are destined to fall and rise in the tides of the endless cycle. For C'Thyl they were nothing but tools, methods to achieve the keys he needed for the Grand Plan. Once he would be finished with his task, there would be no need for neither a Dominion or an Empire...
"Nontheless I presume that this isn't the reason, why you wished to meet us, yes?", the Quarren asked then, making it sound as if 'us' refered to the Triarchs in general, "I presume the Diarchy wants to offer us something...?"

One would be hard pressed to find someone within a position of political power that did not know the name of Emperor Palpatine. The Galactic Empire had been one of the largest and strongest governments in Galactic history. Few governments had similar reputations, save for the Republic that existed for thousands of years, and there existed only a handful of Empires in the long distant past that had achieved such reputations. Tover offered a smile as the Prophet pivoted the topic away from the Diarchy's beliefs and turned toward why Tover was here as an emissary You are indeed correct that is not the reason for my visit... No. I came here to offer something of an alliance between not only the Solenbaran Diarchy and the Quarren Dominion, but invite and welcome back the Mon Calamari Shipyards to the Corporate Sector. There once existed a board of businesses that ruled the space the Diarchy now reigns over. We wish to invite back those that pulled out of our space when crisis befall the area and strengthen ties to once more build the power and economic strength that the Corporate Sector was once famous for...

C'Thyl's eyes seemed to shift slightly, as they narrowed down the diplomat. There was suddenly an uneasy feeling, which befell the room, as if it suddenly got colder when it came to the deal. There was no obvious signs of hostilities nor any indication that the Triarch in front of Tover was angered. And yet... there was something about his aura, dark, yet unseen tendrils with a cold touch reaching out, as if they wanted to strangle the emissary for his nearly insulting proposal. However, as fast as the feeling came up, as fast was it gone and the room itself seemed normal again. The Senate room was calm and warm as ever before. "And what can the Diarchy offer US in return?", the Prophet asked once more, only a brief hint in his voice indicating that the terms offered by the Imperial faction didn't fully satisfy the de-facto-ruler of Dac.

It felt to Tover like the coldest breeze imaginable touched upon his body, sending the subtlest shiver running down his spine. He had felt such things before. Such times he was in the presence of the Lady Inquisitor Zariel. A woman for whom he had the utmost respect and fear for. He knew her capabilities, and the powers she could command. It seemed this Triarch was another such being. But he showed neither fear nor adoration. Merely maintained his diplomatic composure Such terms are what this meeting is meant to discuss honourable Triarch. We would never presume to know that which your government would seek in return. But what I can assure you, is that with the Corporate Sector's rebuilding power, we can grant you access to technologies from companies across the galaxy. We can also offer lowered tariff's when making deals with companies that originate from less than friendly governments. Not to mention a share of the profits that we make from the tariff's which we collect. Along with that, given our growing wealth, we can offer far more competitive loans to your government than many of the other Banking Clans. Not to mention that any and all sales within the Corporate Sector will be protected by anonymity... If any of this interests you, or perhaps you have other desires from an alliance with us, then please... I am here to listen and find terms agreeable to both sides...

There was a tense pause before the Prophet spoke up, almost as if he was in thought for a brief moment. As if he was listening to someone... or something. However, he eventually looked up, before nodding, somewhat absent. "The Maw... yes... I think we can make agreements", he then said, sounding once more diplomatic than before, "An exchange of technologies alongside an alliance with your faction would suit us. In return, the Quarren Dominion would grant you access through our borders when it comes to a particular installation, situated among the holy sites of the Order. We do not care for the installation itself or what experiments you wish to conduct there - WE will offer you access and free passage, while you will tolerate OUR ships within the area, should we seek to... utilize the tides of the abyss." Something nearly made it sound like a bad idea. And yet, it was an odd request. Other than the Maw Installation there was barely anything of interest for the Quarren Dominion in this area other than black holes and the danger of getting sucked into them. In fact this deal favored the Diarchy more than the Dominion, which could easily lock down the entire facility and claim it for themselves. Not to mention that there was no need to bring up the topic regarding a forsaken imperial outpost... how had the Triarch even guessed that the installation might be of interest for the Diarchy other than its imperial history? "And should anyone else dare to disturb us or your forces, the combined might of Imperial and Quarren technology shall vanquish them. Would you think that we can agree on these terms regarding an alliance between our factions, ambassador?"

Tover sat in silence, somewhat confused by the sudden mention of The Maw. It was an old Imperial Installation and site for a great deal of Imperial Research in bygone years. But for the small price of an exchange of technology, the Diarchy was going to be granted access to The Maw. While the Dominion did not control the location, they did control the region of space between the Diarchy and The Maw itself. Having free passage would be quite the boon I would have to confirm with the Diarch's, But I am quite certain such a deal would be acceptable. Such an alliance would benefit both of us. I would be more than happy to take such terms back and get them officiated between our two nations... Alliance talks usually involved much longer discussions and decorum. But Tover knew such terms were not to be discussed further, and was more than glad to make his time here as short as possible. There was something rather unnerving about his host which he would rather put far behind him

"Then return to the stars and tell your Diarchs of my terms for what they desire, Tover Mills." The Prophet left his seat as if this was everything he wanted to tell the Imperial ambassador, heading slowly towards the exit of the room. The robes, worthy of a senator or even a chancellor - yet C'Thyl gave more the impression of a sinister monk as he left his bureau. The Dominion Troopers outside briefly paraded, as their Triarch left the room, before one of them adressed Tover personally to escort him back towards his shuttle. The unnerving atmosphere vanished the same moment with the Dominion leader and solely the rough sound of the waves outside could be heard, for the ocean was this day calm. Perhaps he was lucky enough to not see the stormy nature of the water planet after all...

Meditating within his chambers, the Prophet opened his eyes. By now the former bureau of the Triumvirate member, that has once housed this senate building had turned into a dark, coral like structure, that had consumed most of the room, with the table having merged already into the organic matter, that had consumed it. Solely the large glass window behind the Protector's chair kept away further damage by the elements from the room, as storm clouds had formed over Foamwander City. The climate was cold these days, yet the Dominion's citizens endured.
Yet their hibernation would come to an end. It was time. The flickering of a nearby corrupted holocron emitter glowed like a dying light within the room out of a sudden, as no word was spoken. Robed figures seemed to look up surprised, as the image of the Prophet stood now in front of them, yet within their devotion they didn't question it. For he represented the Dark. "Assemble the fleet over Mon Calamari swiftly", he solely demanded towards those, to which he had reached out, "The time has arrived, where we will strike."
