With the lack of underworld elements, I figured this was an appropriate direction to take. Anyone interested in rebuilding the underworld with me? I do eventually plan on reaching out to all major factions to establish trade and commerce in illicit good, but first I need to build up a base of operations. Those who have always lurked within the underworld are more than welcome to join!

Establish underworld trade. Hire mercs or bounty hunters for odd jobs. Maybe have that pirate group do some work for me. Basically get the underworld life flowing again.

Well there are plenty of smuggler and pirate crews you could offer a job or two to.
