*Welcome one, welcome all. This niche in the Temple of the Whills is the space which Xixo has laid claim to-- and how does it pertain!*
*To reach it, you must climb the twisting spiral staircase which leads up the spire that overlooks the entire campus. This spire was hewn from the raw rock of the mountain, and the cool pinnacle breeze from just outside comes through numerous window-slits to refresh you on your journey upward. Even so, for the faint of body and spirit, the trip will be a burden. But persevere, and you will reach the top.*
*And you will reach the top, and you will find that Xixo is there, even if you do not see him at first. There is no door, merely an empty frame that crests the stairwell. Walk through! And feel that it is different here. The feeling will overtake you, some have compared it to feeling as if one hasn't slept in days, and you will become gradually aware that the temporal dimension in this space is different, warped. Observe the table, littered with parchment with neither rhyme nor reason to its organization-- note that papers may even be caught on gusts of wind and fly out the window. But Xixo takes note of what has been written in his Journal. There is a steel throne fixed against the rear wall, with a high and wide back and no cushion to be found. This is his place, but you are unlikely to find Xixo in this seat. At the top of the chair's back is mounted a black sphere-- is it this which is responsible for the time-shift? A relic from the universe from which Xixo arrived, the last reminder of home for him. But it was so different, there...he gazes at it, from time to time, but the memory is unable to form anything here but a pale imitation of what it was like. Like trying to watch a hologram from behind a veil.*
*There is a hole in the ceiling, wide enough to accommodate a person of above-average girth, but with no means to climb up to it. Through here, Xixo often goes to perch on the flat top of the spire, a mere meter in radius. He can see for leagues from this place, he can feel the wind in his feathers. But, what did you expect?*
*He is a big bird, after all.*
