 The Jedi OrderThe Jedi Order has long been the bastion of hope and light in the galaxy. For countless millennia they have stood against darkness and chaos, persisting even when all seems lost. Even when struck down, they return even stronger, devoted to Ashla's guidance. Led by a High Council, the Order seeks to root out evil and drive it from the galaxy, whatever the cost to themselves. How to Join:IC: There are multiple ways one can become a member of the Jedi Order! Whether you wish to begin writing as though you've always been a member or be an outsider who comes to the Order for training, feel free to explore what you feel is the best path for your character. If you have any questions, just ask here! OOC: If your character is a Jedi or Jedi-allied, simply request to join the usergroup named The Jedi Order in the usergroup directory on your profile, and a group leader should approve you shortly! Leadership:Grand Master: Aerandir CalmcacilHigh Councilors: Mike Frantz, Will SontirHeadquarters:The Jedi Order currently calls the Jedi Temple of Felucia home. Also affiliated with the Order is the Jedi Academy of Corellia (belonging to the Corellian Jedi Academy usergroup). Current Events:The Jedi stand guard in defense of their home from an assault by the Blackguard. Elsewhere, on Serenno, several Jedi are working to rehabilitate and unite the planet under stronger leadership. And on Umgul, a Councilor falls... However, in a time past these events, a new temple stands as a beacon of light in the galaxy. |

Soo tempting, trying not to join and write a Jedi again, will most likely fail. If I do. I would write as an established Knight, relatively newly Knighted under an alt account not yet created.

If it is acceptable to the group at large I would like to make my first post with Qas being knighted on Felucia which puts him in place to be involved in this invasion by the Blackguard.

Sounds alright with me! If you haven't seen it already, the "planning" thread for that is here as well if you want to brush up on the general gist of things, but we've more or less only "planned" match-ups, not outcomes. |

I would prefer someone to write it with so its more credible. I'm happy for more than one writer to be in on this if they wish. I prefer collaboration to solo rp anytime. Plus would prefer for the opening knighting post to be written by the other person. I don't know Felicia or the temple well. I also don't know how best to set the scene whilst keeping it in context to how the Jedi knight candidates now. The only stipulation I have is that I would like the knighting to be at night. There to be flame torches, so perhaps a courtyard or some garden might be best.

It's not necessarily a standard in the JvS Jedi Order, so it's not important that he have one, just want to know for sure so I can make the next reply perfectly accurate. |
