Well, there's currently a Sith invasion on the Jedi Base, if that interests you at all...  But if you're understandably not looking for a "trial by fire" return, we can probably figure something out. |

So, this is a bit of a cross-post with my thread in the Storyline planning thread, but since I'm pretty sure that I want to have Luon So seek out the Jedi initially to seek training I figured that it would probably be a good idea to poke into this thread and run things by you folks. Luon So is a young Kaminoan with some genetic abnormalities who was facing either forced sterilization and exile or execution on Kamino due to her Bacta allergy before she used crude applications of the Force to escape her cell and escape the planet. She's angry and conflicted towards the administrators on Kamino and wanting to learn how to use the Force so that she can admittedly exact some sort personal vengeance on them. Long term I don't see her being a terribly good fit with the Jedi Order, but they were the first organization that came to mind and I figured it could be interesting to write her time with the Order and her struggling with her emotions and the conflict between her desires and the Order's teachings before realizing that she isn't a great fit and leaving to seek training elsewhere. Is this something that could work with you folks? I'm fairly open to making adjustments to the plans, as they are all rather nebulous right now beyond the fact that eventually she's going to find her way to the Blackguard, so I can make adjustments if needed.

As much as I’d like to con you into staying with the order instead of running off with the sithy types it sounds like you have an interesting arc in mind already. If you made your way to Corellia I’d be happy to work with you in getting yourself sorted with the Jedi learning part of your story

Thanks Mike! Corellia looks like it would be a great way to get Luon So's journey started. I've edited my post on Kamino to direct towards the center of the galaxy rather than the other side (I'd been expecting to head to Felucia xD) and will start working on an arrival post in orbit.

I was wondering how Jedi got their kicks, now I know..... Will strips the outer robe of the Jedi Master, and tosses recklessly on the Jedi Council floor.

Ok, so I finally have a master set up for my jedi. However, the drunk rascal is in need of extraction. IC Mary will be swooping in so she can load up her ship with refuges & non-combatants & fly them to safety. She is pretty much force blind but even she will be able to tell she is serious outclassed in this fight. Anyone she can grab quickly & take off with, she will. But she won't be sticking around to fight. OOC, Mary is mostly coming in to pick up Mike (as soon as his fight finishes), however a fair number of NPCs will also be packed into the ship. Any other PCs that need a quick ride off the planet are welcome to claim to jump on board as well. First stop will be the nearest system with a good transit system, so you can have your characters show up on any world after the pickup (just claim you used commercial flights the rest of the way). Edit: Post is up ( boards.jedivsith.com/post/117087/thread ) anyone that feels like getting out of the fight, just make a short post on the balcony about being loaded in. Note, this post is NOT open to attack, so any such are assumed to happen after the ship leaves. |

Ok. I am still trying to catch up with the novel full of excellence spilt all over the Jedi Base thread in Felucia last month when i was on a work trip. lol
I wait 6 months for this to start and you guys dump all this within 2 weeks of each other? c'mon!
