Dark Obelisk of the Blackguard - Throne Room.
The Empress certainly didn't lake for style. Her inane ability to toy with her prey was horrifyingly beautiful. And she certainly wasn't concerned with the prisoner's reactions, though there were none, much to his dismay. Unable to take his eyes off of the Empress and the prisoner, he merely moved when she motioned for him to, stepping back two steps. Beneath his helm, he cringed as he watched the Zabrak's head jerk back as the Empress shoved him into the floor. Not enough to cause any real damage, but certainly enough to make ones eyes water. Clearly the Empress was deriving great pleasure from this. As she told him to get to his feet, she ascended the throne once more. Merely observing at this point, he noticed the Empress look to him and nod. Stepping towards Vykus, Xethuys reached out and grabbed the Zabrak by the scruff and hoisted him to his feet.
On your feet, whelp. The Empress gave you an order.
Ensuring that the prisoner would stay on his feet, the General stepped back and continued to observe.

Watching Xethuys bring the Zabrak to his feet, his eyes finally met mine. Though defeated and near the end of his life, there was determination in his eyes. He wasn't going to go down without a fight after all, it seemed. I just needed to poke and prod a little harder. "Thank you, Xethuys." I thanked the General, then immediately turned on Vykus again. "You stand before me, accused of treason in the highest. The penalty for high treason is death in whichever form the Sith'ari deems fit. While our Black Emperor may not be present, as the Empress, the sentencing and decision on how you die is left up to me." I paused for a moment and waved my hand, activating the holoprojector behind the General. Several reports as well as footage from Pzob began scrolling across the screen. "The evidence against you is absolute. You are a traitor to the Imperium. Though lets be serious, there was never going to be a trail, fair or otherwise. There was never any chance of you leaving this room alive. MY will is law, in the Sith'ari's absence." I rose from my seat once again. Extending my right hand outwards, I delved into the Force, allowing it to flow through me. Plucking Vykus up off the floor, via the Force, I slowly levitated him towards me. "While this may not be the most exhilarating feeding I've ever had, your connection to the Force is strong. Your will to live is impressive, regardless of where your mindset is now." The prisoner came to land gently before me. Retracting my right hand, I reached out with my left, gripping the Zabrak's chin. Looking directly into his eyes, I continued speaking. "You can struggle, you can resist. But in the end, I always get what I want..." Uncoiling the proboscises from their pouches within my cheeks, they slowly made their way towards the Zabrak's nose. Watching his eyes widen in fear and realization at what was happening, I grinned malevolently. They all feared the end. And upon realizing just exactly how I was going to feed on them, they all tried to struggle and resist. But my influence was stronger. Creeping closer, the proboscises crept up the Zabrak's nostrils. At first he tried to resist, making a half-hearted attempt to jerk his head away. I merely tightened my grip on his chin, digging my nails in. Eyes widening in horror, I began to drain the life force of the Zabrak. Maintaining eye contact while I fed, the Zabrak's eyes began to roll into the back of his head. The satiated feeling surged through me, causing my extremities to tingle. Similar to being high, both mind and body, as well as feeling pleasantly full from a large meal, I continued to drain the life force of Aden Vykus until there was nothing left. Eyes rolled back into his head, skin turned as ashen gray as it could beneath the red tribal tattoos, the sunken facial features were permanently cast with a look of horror. Retracting my proboscises and recoiling them within the near invisible pouches in my cheeks, I finally released the Zabrak's chin. The body slumped to the floor and slid down the steps, coming to rest at the foot of the throne. Inhaling deeply and gently wiping my lips, I seated myself upon the obsidian throne once more. "General Xethuys. You have done well, with your assignment. Check in with HIGHCOM and ensure that the mission on Roon proceeds as planned. Provide assistance where necessary. Your quarters will be prepared and made ready for you. Welcome to Mustafar..." I trailed of with a smirk. The General hadn't visited Mustafar at all, in his tenure as General of the Blackguard Armed Forces. But with the reshaping and restructuring of the Imperium to resemble more closely, a true Sith Empire, the General had decided to relocate to Mustafar. And it was from here that he would join the ranks of the Blackguard's Sith. And while he excelled at his current position, I wondered if he would be one to vie for power, once the dust settled. Only time would tell. And I looked forward to finidng out.

Dark Obelisk of the Blackguard - Throne Room
Observing the Empress draining the life out of the former Overseer was unsettling, to say the least. While not an overly grotesque display, it was still a horrific way to die. Being consumed, rather than killed out right, never really sat well with him, though that could be the soldier in him. As the spectacle subsided and the Empress seated herself once more, she addressed him. Snapping to attention, he merely listened to her as she spoke. He was to check in with High Command and ensure the mission on Roon was proceeding as planned. Lending aid, if necessary, would be easy, since his fleet wasn't tied up with Pzob anymore, though he was more of a ground combatant, not a naval tactician. His fleet was mostly composed of soldier carriers, not frontline battleships. Regardless, he would coordinate with the rest of High Command and see what he could do to help. As the Empress made mention of his quarters being prepared, he inclined his head.
Thank you, my Empress. Your will is my command.
Knowing he was dismissed, judging by the Empress ending with welcoming him to Mustafar, officially, he had a job to do. Bowing once more, he turned on his heels and left the throne room, heading to High Command headquarters.

As the General departed, I stared down at the crumpled corpse of the former Overseer for a moment. Satiated for the time being, I still needed the corpse disposed of. Thinking for a moment, I came to the conclusion that the best place for the corpse of Aden Vykus was in the hands of Jen'ari @supremeleader. His abhorrent science experiments could utilize the corpse, rather than waste it. And, as I thought about it, I came to the realization that the Jen'ari and I had never actually met face to face. Oh, how exciting, I thought to myself, with a smirk. Meeting the mad scientist could prove interesting, to say the least. Keying the comm on the right arm of the throne itself, I summoned the Jen'ari. "Oh Znalost, I wish to speak to you, I also have a gift for you, if you could find the time for an audience with your Empress? At your earliest convenience, of course." The last statement came out a little more sarcastically than I had intended, but from what Viox had told me, Znalost was devoutly loyal to the Imperium, and to Viox himself. He wouldn't refuse an audience with the Empress, especially with what Viox and I were intending to leave behind for him. Looking forward to meeting the mad hybrid, I waited for him to answer my summons.

Znalost entered the throne room and saw Natalia seated upon the throne and the body of the former Overseer, Vykus, Znalost bowed his head slightly before moving closer to the female Anzati that was seated before him. Znalost knew what those creatures were capable of, so being cautious around one never hurt and since this creature was elevated to the position of Empress by the Sith'ari himself, Znalost had to show this lower life form some form of respect. As he closed the distance between himself and the Anzati, he stopped and spoke to the vile creature.
"Empress Zavesti, you called for me? What can I assist you with?"
Znalost stayed where he had stopped not wanting to move any closer to her until she had spoken as he wanted to gain rough understanding of her mindset as this was the first time they were meeting.

Jen'ari Znalost. Formerly known as Alexander Witwer before being beaten by Viox and inducted into the Blackguard. Formerly a young human male, now a technological organic hybrid. Mentally, significantly harder to read. Not impossible, but not exactly easy, either. Though one didn't need to be a revered mind reader to know Znalost wasn't particularly fond of me. He respected me due to my position, not my prowess. If I weren't committed to my current plans with Viox, I'd be tempted to correct the Jen'ari's frame of mind about me. But it was irrelevant at this point. He was being given a tremendous opportunity, once Viox and I finally executed his plan. Though, if anyone actually knew how Viox worked, Znalost would know that this "gift" had potential strings to it. Or that he could be replaced, if he failed. Though that wasn't relevant to this encounter either. "Jen'ari Znalost. I present to you a gift...of sorts..." I gestured towards the slumped corpse of Aden Vykus, at the foot of the steps leading up to the throne. "I am aware of your line of work. I assumed that the shell of a former Force User could be beneficial to you in some way." While not overly fond of the Jen'ari, his scientific mind is what was helping Viox, among other things. He was good at what he did, regardless of my opinion. Hopefully this "gift" would at the very least keep things cordial between them.

Znalost looked at the corpse as Zavesti spoke and then looked by at her. Znalost noticed the shift in the Anzati's body language and her micro expressions, he could tell that she thought very little of him, a mere tool to be used by her or the Sith'ari or worse a puppet to both of them. Although he could use the corpse that lay on the throne room floor for an experiment that he had always wanted to attempt expect he had always lacked 'volunteers' for said experiment. Znalost looked back to the body again and then returned his gaze to Zavesti and spoke.
"Indeed, Empress. This corpse is an excellent test subject for a certain experiment..... I'll have someone from the science division come and collect it and take it to the Forge, if that's alright with you?"
Znalost had decided to continue to play the game, for this experiment could provide groundwork for other experiments and projects that he had down the line. He waited for an answer before summoning a lackey to fetch the body and bring it to his lab, his forge, his workshop and then he could begin an experiment that could provide him with something that no one else within the Imperium had.

I waved my hand dismissively at the question. "By all means, remove this filth from my sight." It wasn't like he expressly needed my permission to take the corpse I offered to him as a gift. Regardless, I humored him. Still unsure as to what think about the Jen'ari, I rose to my feet and strode down the steps from the throne, towards the hybrid. "Tell me, Znalost, has our beloved Sith'ari deigned to explain his long term plans for the Imperium with you?" I figured I already knew the answer to that question, though part of the problem with the previous Jen'ari was the lack of communication between him and the Sith'ari. Viox would never admit he had been in the wrong, but I knew how to better read situations than even he'd give me credit for. And, if Znalost was to become the instrumental player in what was to come, it was time to share our plans with him. And if Viox didn't like me taking the initiative on the matter, he could deal with me later. For now, I wanted to make sure the Jen'ari was informed and that he and I, at the very least, had an amicable working relationship. There needed to be trust in order for the Sith'ari's plans to succeed. So, this was part building trust, part bringing Znalost into the loop.

Znalost nodded at Zavesti comment about removing the filth and motioned with his one hand and two service droids decloaked and proceeded to pick up the corpse and began to haul it away, as Znalost listened to the other part of the conversation. Znalost was curious at what Zavesti was getting at, he had been made aware of some of the Sith'ari plans and goals, but what she alluded too almost sounded like there was more to it then what he was aware of, so he spoke.
"The Sith'ari has explain some of his plans and goals for the Imperium to me, I assume he compartmentalized the entire plan to protect them from any protentional leaks or further betrayals."
Znalost paused for a brief moment as if he just received some sort of notification, then he continued to speak and moved ever so slightly closer to the throne.
"If I were him, I would install successor that could be trusted to carry out my will even while I was away carrying out some other portion of my grand plan. I would also ensure that this successor would train and teach my heir the ways of the True Sith. However that's just what I would do, if I was him."
Znalost smirked as he spoke and came to a full stop a few feet away from the throne. He wanted to see the Empress' reaction to his hypothetical scenario, he also didn't want to allude to anything major in case someone was watching that shouldn't be watching. Znalost was being extra careful ever since the exodus of Malvus and the Betrayal of Vallius, one could not risk sensitive information being used against the Imperium.

Smirking at the Jen'ari's hypothetical scenario, I made my way over to the ornate looking cart that was placed between two of the Sith-Jedi Statues that decorated the room. Plucking a glass from the shelf, I selected a bottle of alcohol. A vintage bottle of Rydonnian Spicewine. Exquisite choice, I thought to myself. Pouring myself a glass, I took a sip. The burgundy colored liquid passed my lips. I swirled it around in my mouth, letting all of the earthy flavors linger, then swallowed. It left a bit of a dry aftertaste, but still had a wonderful spiced taste that offset the dryness. I turned to face the Jen'ari. "Would you care for a drink, my dear Jen'ari?" I offered him a drink, out of politeness and habit, rather than actually considering if the techno-organic hybrid actually drank. Without waiting for the Jen'ari to answer, I took another sip of the wine and placed my left hand on my hip, looking directly at the man before me. "You know, your hypothetical is quite brilliant. I can see why he favors you...and why you received the promotion you did, in the wake of Malvus' departure..." I trailed off for a moment to collect my thoughts. This needed to be explained and honestly, the Throne Room was probably the best placed to do so, given the Sith'ari's paranoia of unwanted surveillance. Even still. One could never be to careful. "Guards! Leave us." I motioned to the crimson armored Sith troopers that were positioned around the room, and the six Praetorian Shadowtroopers that were placed near the natural tactical egresses of the room. If the Praetorians could object, I imagine the would. Their vow of silence prevented this and the Sith Troopers knew better than to question me. As the guards filed out and the massive ornate double doors were closed with a resonating THUD, I took another sip from my glass. "I feel its time to fill you in on the whole plan. Viox might not approve of it just yet...always a fan of keeping everyone in the dark, that one...but you need to be made aware so you can begin making the appropriate preparations." I downed the rest of my glass and returned to the bottom step of the throne's base. Sitting down and placing my glass beside me, I looked up at the green-skinned hybrid. "He trusts you. Which is why you have been chosen to lead the Imperium in his stead." There, the big bomb had been dropped. Now to see how he'd react and allow for any potential questions, should he have any, before continuing.

The fall of the Blackguard Imperium had started right here, in the Dark Obelisk of the Blackguard. From there, it had spread outwards, like a cancer. While the former Sith'ari had managed to take Empress Zavesti with him in his flight from Mustafar, Akrak took the opportunity to seize power. Claiming the throne and putting down any who tried to oppose him, the small following of acolytes and troops allowed him to secure and keep the Obelisk under his control. The remaining Sith Knights were a thorn in his side, as they refused to accept defeat or admit the Sith'ari was gone. An asset he wanted under his control. For now, however, they would remain at the Tower. At least there, he could keep an eye on them and ensure they remained isolated from any loyalist forces. At least this way, he prevented them from becoming a bigger problem than they already were.*
*Maintaining the Imperium, on the other hand, or what remained of it, had been impossible. Designed to be ran only by whomever Viox deemed a suitable successor, Jen'ari Znalost's ascension to the Throne had been brief, as the hybrid had his own plans. Despite this, however, the heart of the Imperium remained beating. Everything else slowly fell apart though. Sullust, Eriadu...Kinyen, Vandelhelm...all of it slowly splintered apart and fell under their own independent jurisdiction once more. It was unacceptable, but Akrak didn't command the same level of respect...or fear that Viox did. Consolidating what little power he could, he did. And he focused it on Mustafar. Were he to leave, chances are likely he wouldn't return to the throne being his...even after three years, he was still struggling to maintain his grip. How Viox did it for so long and as poorly as he had near the end, Akrak had no clue. But it didn't matter. He was here and Viox wasn't. The throne, such as it was, was his. Power was his.
