Just checking in. Am I being waited on to reply and just bring us in? Don't want to hold up the story but still don't want to deprive others from getting their posts because I assumed I was being waited on.

Yeah, this one is on me. Going to try get a response out later this evening. Sorry about the hold up. Also need to figure out what I'm going to use to get in the ship... and then how to disable the systems we need to get the cargo. What with some of the security features the II has.

Either yours or Jack. Not sure. Probably could carry on until we are both ready to land and move inside. Then we’ll have to wait.

So looking for an update on the ship so I know how to progress. The only way to "land" would be of grappling on to the side via claw or magna clamps? What is the state of the interior regarding atmosphere and is the opening Emma created sealed or still open, letting the interior remain open to space? Just trying to figure out how to post, whether she can make her way on board and survive with only a breather mask and how she'd react in the current environment or if she's getting distorted communication or if just useless when it comes to helping Emma?

Ok, from the inside out.
There are (at the moment, as I haven't posted IC yet today, so that might change), 23 of the little drones running around. They are underarmed & fragile, but they have numbers, free range of the ship, fair cover, & ambush tactics installed. You can (if you figure out a way) remove the cover & free range bonuses, making them much less of a threat. The numbers will continue to go down as the fight progresses, it is a hopeless fight for them, but they don't think so they don't care (hurrah swarms!).
The cargo pod itself is mostly still pressurized. Only the central access areas have vented. Think of it as a loading dock & the cargo bay. The dock might be open to space, but the cargo bays still have their own doors keeping everything normal. The icy haze is mostly from the cargo pod's backup life support unit as it tries in vain to pressurize the blow open section. Once it is empty, the rest of the haze will either freeze onto surfaces or finish venting, leaving it clear again. Until then, think of the inside as the foggy film around Han's feet when he was inside the space worm, but hip/chest high & flowing out slowly into space. A suit would be nice, but a person could probably survive a few minutes in there without one. You would be hurting pretty bad the entire while, but it could be done.
The hull itself is still intact. You could (fairly easily) grapple onto it. But it would take a while to cut through it (probably days with ship board equipment). Or you could either swing around to the nose (which doesn't have a hull cover if you will notice in the picture, just the front of the cargo pod), & either float there as stuff it pushed out of the cargo pod, or hook onto the cargo pod itself (if y'all can eject it completely). As for the transmitting, it wouldn't get through the hull (except maybe some choppy static that shows someone is trying to communicate anyway), but if you where out front you could still pick it up (re: no hull on the nose).

Alright, so trying to enter the ship and help Emma would most likely be a no go. With no suit, and not knowing any Force abilities to help her, she could possibly cross from her ship to the GR and help trim the numbers with her lightsaber or Force abilities, she'd have to either get back to her ship or the cargo pods as quickly as possible or face death. Hmm, could be a daring little interaction.

So... the GR-75 just just a 90 degree turn forward?

Not quite. The two ships jumped from hyperspace behind y'all, which triggered the 'turn tail & haul butt toward them' program. So it did a nose over tail 180 & started a full burn back the direction it came from. Or at least that was the plan. Unfortunately (not really), the manual eject was hit at about the same time, so the force of the flip combined with the eject sequence means that the pod shot clear & is now flipping end over end through space but moving (more or less) along the same path the GR was originally following.
I should probably have been more detailed in here when I posted it, but I got distracted.

That’s ok, this is why this thread exists. To gain clarification. And the hallway Emma was in, that was part of the main ship right?

Nope, anywhere you can go is in the cargo pod. The only areas in the 'main hull' are very small crawl spaces very much not designed for walking upright.

Ok, so I’m currently spinning relatively safely through space in the cargo pod away from the approaching warships. So Luxeria needs to edit her post then.

Actually, I don't think I need to. By Luxeria's assumption, Emma entered the ship to get to the cargo. With only the little information gained from Kyra, she knows nothing of the GR-75 and thinks that access to the cargo pod while in transit can only be done from inside. So, naturally, she'd believe Emma is still on board, especially considering how difficult it was getting a signal in and out.
I would imagine that now the pod is free from the ship, they can communicate once again clearly, or better now that the pod is covered by most of the hull. At this point, she's not even paying attention to the distress beacon and how much clearer it would be.
Also, with the disappearance of Jack, I'll have to change my plans around and hold off on destroying Lux's ship.

Yup, perfectly fine for Lux to go casing after the empty hull. Especially as Emma is likely going to be too distracted by the sudden acrobatics around her to send a message. & yes, now that the pod is out in the open, there isn't a barrier to communications. As for Jack, If his ship is needed, my suggestion would be to NPC it. As remotely as possible of course. Keep it to narration from the point of view of Lux's ship. The pod is big enough you might need two ships to get it, but it could be done with one. As the group is a good way from anywhere they can jump to hyperspace, y'all might need a distraction ship in order to buy enough time for the other one to escape with the pod. As for Lux herself, she could always jump in a spacesuit to go help Emma (I can always bump up the difficulty of the drones). That would free up the ship to get fried in order for the rest to escape. Also, this might be helpful (though a little late, the thread is very much a work in progress as I try to collect all the random info in my head): boards.jedivsith.com/post/115606 Specifically the General Cargo Pod.

Ok no worries, we can just keep going as is. I’ll work it out from where I am. If need be, I can always bring in Emma’s ship for an assist, since Jack is MIA

Best bet would be have it coming in from the other side, as there isn't anywhere in the near region to jump to or from hyperspace (re: opening posts).

That’ll work fine if you want to go that route. Otherwise, I’m fine with keeping Luxeria’s ship intact and keeping it as a back up ship possibly.
Was going to say I’ll leave the choice of an edit or go with chasing the ship for a bit. I’ll stay on course now, and in a post or so, just have Kyra mention the location of the beacon.
