Skylord never got the chance to add this to the original Grand Confederacy of the Outer Rim thread, but we were talking about this idea for a long time and he was 100% approving of it. Plus, for some reason. I can't create a thread in the appropriate section.
Kamino Assault Corps
Overview: The Kamino Assault Corps is the non-mechanical faction of the Confederate Army. Consisting of humans, Fett clones, and aliens, the KAC is divided into many legions (9,216 troopers), each legion is under the command of a Jensaarai, an admiral, and a commander. Even though they were in command, they were expected to be able to fight in any circumstance at any time. Although it is called 'corps,' there are way more than 40,000 units. The exact number is unknown as of now.
The regular soldiers of the Kamino Assault Corps wear standard Phase 1 Clone Wars era armor as of now to help distinguish better between KAC troopers and First Order troopers. Each KAC trooper armor comes in standard white color, however each armor will be customized with different colors accordingly to the legion the trooper is part of.
Legions: (Each character with a Jensaarai can create their own legion. Just list the details of legion below. Details can include legion name, color on armor, details of main characters, ex: jensaarai, admiral, commander, etc.)
Commandos:
Commandos are elite trained soldiers whom are assigned tasks that are too difficult for regular soldiers. Missions they execute include assassination, hostage rescue, reconnaissance, search and destroy, secure important figures, ex: politicians, infiltration, etc. The commandos can sport any type of armor they desire, but the main armor is the commando armor. Commandos are trained to use all types of weapons, from blasters and rockets to vibroblades and fist fights.
Artillery/ Ships: The Confederacy has constructed many Clone Wars era ships for the troopers, including the LAAT gunship (troop transport), AT-TE, AT-XT, AT-AT, TX-130 saber-class fighter tank, and AT-RT. However, they have all been upgraded with stronger weapons and more advanced technology.
Battle Tactics: The soldiers aren't regarded the same way as the droids. The droids are expendable, however, the soldiers are not, in regards to battle tactics.
The droids are supposed to be used in easy environments, ex: cities, towns, plains. The soldiers are supposed to be deployed in terrains and environments a droid can't fight effectively in, ex: muddy, mountainous, snowy.
As for the droids, they'll follow the Blitzkrieg strategy: droidekas and protodekas are deployed in the beginning for a quick, brutal, penetrating attack while the B2 battle droids paratroop in on top of the enemy itself. B1 battle droids accompany tanks or follow slowly behind for suppressing fire. Droids are expendable, so they can attack this way.
The soldiers will use more acute and advanced strategy accustomed to the situation itself. The battle tactics and strategies will vary each battle or mission and would be carefully planned out to minimize casualties.
Brief History: During the final 2 years of the Galactic Alliance's existence, Midnight Squad had set out to Kamino to rebuild an army powerful enough to repel the First Order. While they discovered a way to slow down the aging process from an ancient artifact/holocron, they met Krennel Gulch. Gulch had the same motive as Midnight Squad, so they decided to help each other. Gulch would help fund and recruit for the army on Kamino while in return, the army would be loyal to the Grand Confederacy of the Outer Rim.
The Kaminoans were initially reluctant to help clone another army as this had gone terribly wrong for them decades ago, but, as the saying goes: Money Talks. The clones aged 20 years in just 12 months. Using the artifact, each clone's growth rate was slowed down to the normal pace of a human's growth rate. In addition, each clone had an inhibitor chip implanted, engineered by Midnight Squad themselves to prevent any event similar to Order 66, to keep the clones loyal, along with some other orders.
By that time, the Galactic Alliance had fallen and the First Order was taking over the galaxy. However, the First Order were completely unaware of the rise of the mobilized army in the Outer Rim.
