Achiira watched Atuna as he spoke, her eyes filled with intrigue and wonder as he stumbled across his words. As he stood in front of Achiira, she could really feel the force that gathered him, held him, and it was something that really set her in awe of him, reminding her of what she felt yesterday, yet she still found him difficult to read/perceive.
She looked over at Titus just as Atuna did, noticing that he was just staring away from the group and it seemed odd to her. Remembering yesterday that the children barely interacted much with the adults or group, left her wondering if the children were just quiet or not very sociable at all. She knew however that if Titus was to be trained here that it would bring him right out of his shell. Achiira turned her attention back to Atuna as he informed her of how his wife and daughter were doing and the breakfast she'd missed out on.
"I am glad to hear one of us is still getting some sleep, I woke so very early", She said with a gentle smile as she scratched the back of her neck. " If I knew there was an invite there for breakfast I would certainly have joined, I've not had eggs in some time". Her mind flickered for one moment, remembering the time her mother would make eggs every morning, and how her hair would always get brushed into the tightest of ponytails as she ate. She blinked her eyes and gave a gently shake of her head which brought her back to the now. " I got up early in hopes to get a good meditation by the waterfalls, and was hoping to run into the two knights from yesterday, as well as yourself. What brings you out so early with Titus?"

"We're touring the grounds. I was absent yesterday when you lot had yours, and Titus needed some fresh air. We're hoping to stumble upon whoever his future Master will be, should they appear. Master Starflight has agreed to evaluate him and perhaps pair him with a teacher so he can get... started."
Atuna stood very still, even leaving the corner of his open mouth motionless post-sentence, for what felt like a lifetime despite it being only a couple seconds. Then he vigorously threw his hair back and beat his breast with a fist. His head twitched quite suddenly to the right as he spoke again.
"Ah! Fresh air. Wholesome. I rarely get it living in a starship, or in my cramped little penthouse suite on Coruscant. Mm. Yeah... Makes me miss Voss. The air there was so disgustingly clean."
Titus made no movements or sounds, continuing to glance off into the center of the garden. It felt like nothing in particular had his interest, as nothing seemed to be occurring that could command anyone's attention.

Carlos let out a low rumble when Morgan trailed her hand along his scars.
He waited as still as possible as Morgan and the hesitant Roma climbed onto his back. Once he was sure they were secure, he started off at a slow, inquisitive pace- stopping every so often to sniff something. He kept glancing back at Morgan, as if she might tell him why everything was so different.
One step at a time- probably poking holes in the manicured lawns, they made their roundabout way throughout the gardens. While Carlos was careful not to run into anything or anybody- a large Acilay with people on top of him was bound to draw attention from those meditating or walking throughout the place. *Morgan held gently onto her daughter as the acklay moved about, watching her, smiling as the girl seemed to slowly grow more comfortable with it. Apprehension turned to wonder as her little gray eyes darted here and there, amazed at the new view from this high up. Morgan smiled at her, then looked up to see Carlos glancing at her.*"I wish I could tell you more," *she said, guessing his intent, shrugging.* "They built this after I... left. I think you and I have both been gone too long." *She smiled sadly at him, once more feeling a mixture of regret at leaving but gratefulness for Roma's existence, the smile becoming more genuine as she gently reached up to stroke the child's ponytail.*

Mark awoke from his unintended slumber as the ground below him rumbled a bit. He looked around but Master Kalli was nowhere to be found. That’s when it dawned on him... he had fallen asleep trying to meditate after his lesson. However, before he could get too disappointed with himself, he was promptly distracted by the literal acklay in the room. There was a woman with a little girl, and they seemed to be friendly with the mysterious creature. He approached slowly, but didn’t get too close, and tried to keep himself out of sight, although someone might have heard him rustling within the plants.

" You missed a very good tour held by Knight Vilbri, and the Gardens seemed to be a big interest with your children." Achiira smiled gently, looking over towards Titus before she continued." I am very glad you have decided to let Master Starflight evaluate Titus, it was quite a hot topic for discussion yesterday. I hope all goes well with that." Achiira turned her sight back to Atuna, catching him in some sort of motion that she could only describe as a malfunction, or glitch a droid was caught in. It caught her off guard, and his twitch made her jump a little. She thought whether to ask if he was okay, but decided best not to in case it would come across as rude. She let his little moment pass, hoping he didn't notice her itching discomfort."Yes the air here is easy on the nose, compared to some places". A small twist of her face and scrunch of her nose could be seen as she thought of Nar Shadda. "So you and your family mainly live in the starship? I can't imagine how that must be. It must be nice for you and your family to be back on land and with an actual room to stay in, with places to visit. Suddenly realizing that Atuna and his son were supposed to be with Master Starflight, Achiira straightened herself up and apologized.
"I am sorry, I realize you have things to take care of, maybe we could meet at a time convenient for you? There is something I'd like to speak with you about, in a more private setting. It can wait until whenever, there isn't any rush." She smiled gently and bowed her head a touch.

"Oh, absolutely. I'm certain this tour won't last too much longer. I probably don't have clearance to half of these halls yet anyway..." Atuna gestured broadly around himself, in every possible direction. "Being a guest and all."
"Dad."
"Hm?" Wheeling around, Atuna seemed to glance back and address his sown directly, who continued to cast his physical gaze to the middle of the garden. "Wassup, Titus?"
"When can I start training?"
"Uh, once Master Starflight finds you a Master. And I'm sure an evaluation would precede that."
"Mm."
Atuna grimaced as he turned slowly back to both ladies and sighed. "Sorry. He's been impatient his whole life. It's not either of you. And this garden is sincerely quite impressive. But, uh... I don't suppose we might keep this moving, just to keep him occupied?" Then he offered a hand to Achiira and smiled to her. "Feel free to accompany us. I'm sure we'll find time to answer your question somewhere along the way."

Kalli stood in patient silence while Atuna, Titus, and Achiira spent those few moments talking. All she had gathered in her quiet times was that the Lemep family and Achiira Taan had landed relatively close together -- enough so that it could have been mistaken that they were traveling together. The fact that they weren't was just a coincidence. However, Master Starflight knew that the Force worked in ways that mortal minds would never fathom. Perhaps Its will would unravel in due time, especially now that they had crossed paths.
Smiling, Kalli nodded towards Atuna. It was a reasonable request. Titus was young, and it was evident he was growing further impatient with every second that ticked by.
"Of course," she answered aloud. "In due time, all things will begin to move forward, from clearance to your own rooms to even Titus and Achiira's development as padawans under a master, including an evaluation of both. Your patience is, as always, appreciated."
Kalli's smiled brightened, the edges of her eyes wrinkling, as she glanced over at Achiira and Titus. As much as the Jedi Master wished to simply snap her fingers and make it all so, there were routines and procedures. She was sure that Achiira and Atuna already well understood all of this. Titus, though, may have been too young to grasp it. Hopefully, in due time, he would grow to understand.
With a faint nod of her head, appearing like a small bow, Kalli then continued to guide the party of now four throughout the garden.
"What all did Master Vilbri show you during your tour, Achiira? Titus?" she inquired, head forward, as she strolled down one of the main trails running parallel to the river. "Everyone seemed exhausted by the time I arrived, and the tour seemed cut short. I'm sure there's much of the Temple that's still a mystery to you. I'd be happy to pick up where the tour left off."
There was a pleasant lightheartedness within the Master's tones as she attempted to strike up light conversation. In truth, it did well to hide her curiosity about what Achiira wanted to ask Atuna. However, that was a conversation meant strictly between the young woman and the elder Miraluka. As Kalli believed, the Force worked in mysterious ways. This was just another one of those times. If she could introduce them to a more secluded part of the Temple and allow them a chance to have that conversation, Kalli would be a faithful steward to the Force's guidance.

Achiira pursed her lips, stopping her words from leaving her mouth as Titus now had his fathers attention. Titus seemed rather eager to start his training, which Achiira wasn't surprised at, she had a feeling he would make a great addition to the Jedi order, with the help from both his father and a Master here at the Temple. Something Atuna said had reminded her that Master Starflight was still by their side, instantly making her feel bad once again that she'd kept them from their business.
" My apologies once again, I forget you three have things to take care of, and I would be happy to join, thank you."
She was glad at the offer to follow them through the Temple, wanting to see much more, and also getting the chance to speak with Atuna about why she had come to Felucia Achiira smiled as she turned to face Master Starflight, who started once more to guide them through the gardens. It really was good to see her again, feeling that kind and gentle energy that reminded Achiira of her previous Master. It was always a warm welcome, that seemed to put her at ease and comfort.
"Master Vilbri showed us only the Library and the Gardens, before we all parted ways to unpack and rest, I know it had been a long day already for most."

With a faint nod of her head in Achiira's direction, Kalli took in her answer along with Atuna and Titus's silence together. Although her gentle smile was unwavering, the Jedi Master took in a deep breath and exhaled a long, quiet sigh.
"Of course. That is to be expected. I hope that everyone was able to rest up well over your first night here in the Temple. It will become easier once we can get you all more settled and into a sense of normalcy. All in due time."
There was much to do to ensure that Achiira and the Lemep family could fully settle in as soon as possible. Unfortunately, everything couldn't be achieved in a single night. What more, ensuring that everything was tended to was not her only duty within the Temple, which showed itself soon enough as she led the four of them through the gardens. Her comlink soon chimed in, a voice buzzing from the device on her arm.
Master Starflight, I'm alerting you as requested about our patient. He's now just stirred. His vitals are normal, but there is an oddity we found. We would appreciate it if you could make haste towards the Medbay.
Kalli paused, looking between Achiira and Titus. The Master Jedi's smile faded as an apologetic, conflicted expression took hold. After a beat, though, the woman seemed to make her decision. Unfortunately, it was the only decision really left to her. She turned slightly away from the others to respond to her comlink.
"Thank you for the update. I'll be there shortly."
Lowering her arm back to her side, she turned towards Achiira and Titus. Her focus seemed tuned onto Titus, though, as the woman knelt down to a knee to be eye-level with the boy. Although the Master Jedi's smile returned, it was weighed down and without its usual effortless authenticity.
"Titus, Achiira--do you both remember how to make it to the library from here?" she asked, tilting her head to glance up at Achiira. "I can try to arrange to have someone meet you there as soon as possible. However, if you want, you're also free to roam the grounds at your leisure, and I can try to find you as soon as I can. The Force will guide me back to you."
The mention of some restricted regions earlier wasn't a concern. If only a select few could access it, only those people would have the credentials to enter. Aside from that, the whole Temple was there for them to wander and explore and grow familiar with. Although she had planned to take them all on this tour together, this newest news demanded her immediate attention.
Standing back to her full height, she nodded her head in a faint bow in Atuna's direction.
"If you need anything at all before someone arrives, please speak with the librarian. She'll ensure your message is passed quickly."

[ Serenity Sage a.k.a. Red | Waterfalls | Jedi Temple Gardens | Felucia ]Setting Bean the droid translator and pseudo jet-pack down, Red settled atop a large rock, folding her legs under her, and resting her palms on her knees. She closed her eyes and began to go through the meditation techniques taught to her by the masters. Though she had been raised to the rank of Padawan by Rawkill, the Ewok had since disappeared, and in the bond that had been growing between them, she felt something had abruptly cut off.
It didn't take a genius to figure what that likely meant.
She was sad, but there was little she could do about it, and there were still all the traumatised Younglings and Padawans for her to look after, it helped take her mind off things. But she was possibly one of the weakest Force-Sensitives in the temple, and Red felt that could be attributed to her minimal to almost non-existent training.
Attuning herself to the Force normally came easily to her when she was working in the docks, tinkering with ships or droids. One Jedi Knight called that a Moving Meditation Technique. It worked well for some, didn't for others. Everyone had their own ways. Red nonetheless needed quiet today, for a while. She enjoyed the calming noises of the small waterfall nearby, and she felt the Force all around her.
Slowly she began to concentrate on lifting a large rock the size of her head. Next, a fist-sized rock, then a pebble, and they all began to balance precariously one atop another. Holding three rocks all at once took concentration. She'd managed a feat slightly more impressive back on Nar Shaddaa, when she helped Rawkill deal with the slavers and Sith. But it was dangerous, because she was untrained. She could have burned herself out.
So now, ignoring the bead of sweat forming on her brow, she instead pushed aside memories and thought, singularly focusing only on the rocks and building their little tower.

You sound as though you have someone in the sickbay that needs your attention, and it would be remiss of me not to remind you that healing is one of the few things I actually can do. I thought it prudent to offer, as a... thanks, for the hospitality and the warm welcomes your Order has afforded my family."Atuna gave a curt bow, bringing a hand to his chest as he leaned in."If you don't require my assistance, I can see these two off. They should know the way to the library with or without me."

Achiira looked at Titus and gave him cheeky grin before speaking to Master Starflight. " I think we should be able to remember between the two of us, and if not, then I am sure we can find something to entertain us in the meantime."
Without wanting to pry into a situation that seemed urgent and none of her business, Achiira took a step back just as Atuna offered his assistance in healing. She cocked an eyebrow up towards him, this being one of the only pieces of information she had on him as a Jedi, or whatever he was. A healer....She thought to herself. She'd not come across many healers, and it piqued her interest even more. Just as he finished speaking, Achiira took a step forward, looking up to Atuna then over to Master Starflight.
"I don't mind watching over Titus, or proceeding with him to the Library without you both."

Master Starflight nodded towards Atuna in understanding. A thankful smile graced her lips, but it didn't quite meet her eyes.
"In a usual scenario, I would be grateful for your assistance. Unfortunately, there is something abnormal about this particular case. Until we can confirm more about what ails this patient, these matters are left confidential to everyone but the Jedi Masters. Should that change, I'll ensure you're made aware."
Kalli clasped her hands together in front of her and nodded encouragingly towards Achiira.
"Although you," she then indicated towards Titus with a slow dip of her chin, "and Titus are not Padawans yet, I'm entrusting you both to act and present yourselves as such. May the Force be with you."
With one final, respectful bow of her head in farewell, Kalli made her departure from the nearest exit from the gardens. Her steps were smooth and appeared leisurely to the unknown eye, but she moved much more quickly and hastily than her usual pace. As much as she didn't wish to leave these newcomers to their own devices so early on, Master Starflight had a feeling, a whisper in the Force, that told her she could trust them with this task.

With a final, knowing nod, Atuna watched as Master Starflight dismissed herself to handle her affairs. Regardless of the nature of the medical emergency, it was not his place to intervene. As she hurried away as slowly as she could, Atuna turned to Achiira and Titus and gave them a slight smile.
"Mmk. To the library, then. Achiira, lead the way, if you would. Let's go, Titus."
"Mm?"
"Ready to go?"
"We're leaving?"
"Are you distracted?"
"A little."
"Well, we're leaving. Let's see what happens next, yeah?"
"Mm."

Achiira gave a gentle smile to Master Starflight before the Master left to tend to her other duties, as a way to reassure her that she would act accordingly within the temple. Something that was said stuck in Achiira’s mind as she watched the Master leave. Although you and Titus are not Padawans yet. For the best part of the morning, Achiira seemed to forget that she wasn’t a Padawan anymore, and her thoughts moving to her former Master and once again realising her journey had changed and she was on a new path.
She turned to face Atuna and nodded gently, before pushing off into direction they entered the gardens. Something niggled at the forefront of her mind as she led the way, the force moving in and around her body, the sensation she seemed to get whenever see was by Atuna. She knew it was time to speak with him.
“Atuna Sir, pardon me, but there is something I wish to speak with you about, and instead of delaying I’m going to just say it. I believe the force brought me here to Felucia, to you. It was like a calling. And when I arrived and set eyes upon you everything felt right. I’m not so sure how to explain it, but the force tells me I’m here to meet you. And forgive me, I know you have to figure things out with your Son and don’t mean to put this on you so soon, so I am happy to wait until that is sorted.”
She glanced up at him just as she finished, slightly anxious, yet eager as what his response should be.

"Naturally. It's not uncommon for the Force to bring people together. Being so cognizant of it is a credit to your trainer, or to your former master, or even just your genetics. Who knows; it's a good sign though. And rest assured, I'm aware of what you're feeling."
Atuna did his best to hide a smile as he motioned to Titus, still waiting impatiently at his side.
"But as you correctly pointed out, our present affair must be resolved first and foremost. We have the rest of the day to discuss this, whereas... others lack that luxury. Once we get things moving on that front, I will endeavor to answer your burning questions. But first, I require your assistance finding the Archives. We can earn your merit badge for helping a blind man find the library while we're at it."

Achiira let a smile form on her face as she was assured that he knew of what she was feeling. It comforted her and allowed for her mind to ease a little, especially knowing that they can discuss the matter more at another time of the day. She almost forgot that Titus was still here as Atuna motioned to him, and feeling the young boys impatience she motioned for them to take a left turn out of the gardens entrance.
“Fortunately the Library isn’t too much further from here.” She left a slight pause before putting a question to Atuna. Forgive me Sir, whilst I do not know too much about your species, I understand Miraluka are blind, but how exactly is it you are able to see?

"Mm. Sonar. Echolocation. I just make some funny noises and I can see the whole room."
Atuna then made a strange noise, somewhere between a growl and a burp, followed by an exaggerated glance over both shoulders, one after the other.
"Huh. Didn't see that before."
"Dad."
"Mm? Come on, even you have to think that's funny."
"Can we go now?"
Atuna rolled his eyes with a level of authenticity that onlookers might not know he was blind. He gave a wink and a knowing smile to Achiira as he once more placed his hands much too firmly on Titus' shoulders. "I'm all yours once we drop him off."

Achiira let out a giggle at the old mans wit, which seemed comforting considering she thought of him to be quite serious and stern, maybe even a little bit scary. Atuna’s playful and joking manner seemed only to irritate the ever more impatient son of his, which Achiira found bizarre considering the boy’s age. Lucky for Titus, three of them were pretty much upon the library doors now, Achiira motioning to take a turn at the next left.
“The Library is just at this next left, Titus”, she said smiling at the boy, wondering if he would be able to notice her doing so.
It wouldn’t be long until Achiira could finally get some time with Atuna and figuring out exactly the meaning of them both being here meant. She felt excited, nervous and yet quite overwhelmed at what she might learn. Yet she couldn’t help but wonder if Atuna would train her if it came to that, considering he hadn’t really trained his own son.
She looked up to Atuna as the library doors opened. “ I can go and get us some tea from somewhere if you like ?”

***Before Current Felucian Time***
Jair headed into the gardens, fully expecting Dalo to be following him closely. When Dalo would enter, he might be surprised to recognize the vast majority of plants here. Indeed they had been transplanted from the old Gardens in the old Jedi Base. They were not all in their same spots, and the new Gardens were not an exact replica of the old ones, but rather, these new Gardens were more spacious, with even more plants and pools. There were even some areas with flowing water, reminiscent of the Room of a Thousand Fountains, albeit, with an even more natural feel. These new Gardens, if possible, felt even more in tune with nature and the wilderness than the old ones.
