The Terminus-class Destroyer, also known as the C-class Destroyer, was a heavily armed destroyer of the resurgent Sith Empire, seeing service during the Great Galactic War Era. It is viewed to be a larger scaled version of the Gage-class Transport, by a mere 100 meters, but supports far more firepower than its sister. The Terminus-class was designed to be a dedicated warship for a number of tasks, ranging from escort duty to patrol and even serving as a frontline warship within fleet formations. During that time period, it was used more to secure territories captured by the Sith Empire and in order to free up Harrower-class Dreadnoughts for other battlefields that needed its presence.
Compared to the Gage-class Transport, it supported greater firepower, but less in terms of troops while comparable with starfighter complement. It was far more ideal as an escort vessel than any other role it was designed and intended for. In total, the arsenal of this destroyer was 20 turbolaser cannons, 16 quad laser cannons, 8 ion cannons and 2 tractor beam projectors. It carried 16 starfighters and a company of 285 troops.
