Terra squealed when the water hit her, and it was coming from both Morgan and Jake, and she quickly retaliated, sending splashes of water in return. She waded back a little ways until she was no longer standing in between the children, where she then resumed her splashing attacks, aimed mostly at Morgan but with a few towards Jake as well.

*Morgan had little defense against Jake's triple-onslaught, only throwing up her hands to defend herself. Jake even splashed at Terra as well, meaning this was a free-for-all; there were no sides. Morgan grinned and splashed at Jake while he was open, but that left her open to Terra's splashes. She squeaked and raised her arms before splashing back at Terra. She had to keep this going for as long as she could, help them both take their mind off their current situations; it would benefit them both in the long run.*

*Jake had to keep an eye on both girls now, since there clearly were no sides. Between himself and Morgan, water fights were fairly simple, mostly composed of just back-and-forth splashing, or using the Force to send waves of water, or sometimes Morgan could conjure a ball of water; a skill Jake wished he could learn. That, and they could stand in the shallower areas as well, generally not caring that they were naked.
This was a different story; he and Terra both were trying to keep themselves covered up, and there weren't any real shallow areas here anyway. Not that he would use them... Even worse, he had two targets, both of which also had their sights set on him. ... when they weren't set on each other. That was okay, he could learn on the move, and—* YIPE! *Somehow he managed to leap clear out of the water when he felt something slimy brush across his butt. When he fell back in and his head bobbed above the surface, he turned and scrambled to swim backwards away from it. Whatever it was, it had freaked him out a little bit, and he was staring, wide-eyed, at the area where he felt it, breathing somewhat heavily. Then he looked around at Terra and Morgan, then grinned nervously.* J-just a fish, that's all. *He started to blush a little and hoped it wasn't as noticeable in the dimmer light of the cave. Getting worked up over a fish touching him... ... and he'd totally sprang out of the water. Uh oh. That was even worse! His cheeks turned redder, though he tried not to think about it and hoped Terra had been looking away when it happened.
He missed his clothes.*

Terra had been focusing on splashing Morgan, when she heard Jake yelp and her head whipped around to see what had happened. Well he didn't seem hurt, and he had said it was just a fish. She hoped none of them were predatory, but then Morgan hadn't sensed anything dangerous so there was probably nothing to worry about. He was blushing again, and was probably embarrassed about being startled like that. Luckily for the both of them, she hadn't...seen anything...
She sighed and was about to ask Morgan if she could tell how many fish were here when she felt something cold brushing against her leg, just above her knee and gasped and stumbled backwards."AH! Th-that fish! He just touched me!"

*Morgan jolted slightly at Jake's yell and surprised leap right out of the water. Was something wrong? Did something happen? Morgan extended her senses in preparation of attack, only to find that there was nothing around them but a few fish. Something Jake sheepishly confirmed a moment later. Morgan giggled, then suddenly realized just how high Jake had leapt out of the water. Had Terra seen that? And why was Morgan grinning?
Then Terra yelped as she, too, apparently felt a fish brush against her leg. Morgan giggled again; clearly they weren't used to swimming in inhabited waters. Well, apparently Terra wasn't used to swimming at all, but Jake had only swam in pools or empty lakes. Morgan was more used to the touch of creatures, and so, with a grin, she extended her arms and her senses, reaching out to any fish nearby and calling them to her. Soon they could be seen beneath the surface of the water, swimming in circles around her, creating a silvery whirlpool around her.* Look, they're touching me too! *She giggled, when suddenly one splashed out of the water and nearly smacked her face. She flinched, then giggled again. She then ceased her call and they dispersed, swimming past all three of them until they disappeared into the deeper waters again. She enjoyed doing things like that; it was fun playing with animals, even if fish apparently scared Terra and Jake a little. She started to giggle as she waited for their reactions.*

*Jake still wasn't sure if anyone saw him when he jumped out of the water. Well, if Terra saw him. But soon she jumped a little as well. Well, not really jumped, so much as stumbled a little. A fish had swam past her as well, according to her. Maybe they should stop swimming then. Or... well, he didn't know. As long as they were just fish. ... though now he thought about it, what if they mistook... certain parts of his anatomy for something else?* Eep! *He hadn't meant to make that noise out loud, though he had meant to cross his legs protectively. Now he wanted to find a different place to swim. Wait, was something moving the water?* Ah! *It was a swarm of fish! But why?! What'd they want?! Legs still folded, he tried to tread his way toward shore when suddenly he saw their destination: Morgan. They were circling about her, like they were dancing almost. Of course, Morgan was just using her abilities to call the fish toward her, before joking about how they were touching her too. One even nearly jumped out of the water and into her face, but she only laughed it off as she let the fish disperse.
When Jake was sure they were gone, he relaxed a little—though not enough to unfold his legs—then started to chuckle nervously. Then giggle, then laugh a little more sincerely. He was worried about nothing, wasn't he? He grinned and kept laughing, letting his legs unfold as he tread water in place. This whole thing was silly, and now that he saw that, he was relaxing a little. This was actually kind of fun. Maybe they didn't need to leave after all.*

Terra's eyes widened when she saw all the fish suddenly swimming around Morgan, and she guessed that it was because the girl was using her connection to the planet to call them over. She gasped when one of the fish nearly smacked Morgan in the face, but the girl only laughed it off, and she breathed a sigh of relief. The fish were soon swimming away and she couldn't help but giggle along with Jake and Morgan. It was actually kind of silly to get that worked up over a fish come to think of it...
She suddenly remembered what they were doing before the fish showed up and, still giggling, started to gather the Force around her."You know...we're still having a water fight, right?"Without waiting for a reply, she took a breath and crouched down below the surface and concentrated for a moment, then suddenly shot up out of the water, using the Force to push big splashes of water at both Morgan and Jake simultaneously.

*Their reactions to her little display were amusing to Morgan for some reason, particularly Jake's fright at the sudden swarm of fish. Then they dispersed and the two of them laughed with her about the whole thing. Terra, however, reminded them they were in a water war, and when she went underwater, that gave Morgan enough time to squeak, take in a breath, and go underwater herself.
She was able to avoid the splash, though the force of the wave was still felt underwater. Still, she was able to control her momentum and, with a little push from the Force, propel herself toward Terra. It wasn't really easy to see underwater due to the lack of light, so she had to rely on sense, and hope Jake could distract Terra long enough to...* Surprise! *She yelled this as she popped out of the water and latched onto Terra's back once again, giggling. It was her usual tactic, yes, but it had yet to fail her!*

*And now they were all laughing together, which really helped to ease the mood. But, as Terra reminded them, they were still in the middle of a water fight. Jake's instincts took over and he was on the alert, and when Terra went under, well, he knew what was coming; he was no stranger to water fights after all. Well, two potential outcomes, so he did the safe thing and dashed to the side, away from both Terra and Morgan, propelling himself with the Force.
Sure enough, Terra had sprang up and sent waves of water at them both. And Morgan... disappeared. But a moment later she reappeared, springing out of the water behind Terra, shouting "Surprise!", and latching onto her. Jake grinned and started to swim forward, he could grab Terra from the front and the two of them could hold her down and win the fight! Yeah!
Wait, no! Jake stopped suddenly, barely restraining a squeak at the sudden recollection that both of them were naked right now. Then he floated in place, eyes widened in awe. He'd... totally forgotten they were both naked. ... now was that a good thing or a bad thing? He didn't know, but hey, at least he had been having real fun! Just... it needed to stay innocent, so he instead grinned and instead turned Morgan's grip into an opportunity to use the Force to splash them both. Now Morgan would see that her maneuver had backfired...*

Terra could see that her splash attack hadn't been as effective as she was hoping, and it occurred to her that maybe she should have just stayed silent before launching her attack. Too late now, as when Morgan disappeared under the water, she had an idea of what was coming next, and sure enough, Morgan had latched on to her back. Giggling, she tried unsuccessfully to dislodge the girl, and looked to see Jake approaching rapidly. This was bad, if Jake got there, she wouldn't be able to launch any more splash attacks.
Except Jake stopped suddenly, and she wondered what the boy was thinking. Terra didn't have long to think on it before she felt a buildup of the Force and soon both she and Morgan were splashed. Spluttering and laughing, she continued to squirm around, trying to dislodge Morgan from her back.

*Morgan was glad her tactic worked, but now Jake was coming after them as well. Wait, was he really going to attach to Terra like she was? Had he really made such a breakthrough? That was fast. She hadn't expected him to— Oh, nope, he was backing off. He probably realized what he was doing... shame. But then he splashed them both!* Eep! *Right, they weren't doing sides. How had she forgotten that?! Terra, meanwhile, was trying to shake her off, so Morgan only held on for dear life, futilely trying to kick up water at her face. She was not about to let up her assault anytime soon, no matter what happened.
That was, until a sting in the back of her mind alerted her to predatory figures, approaching, gliding through the water. Morgan didn't bother to extend her senses and see what was approaching; she could do that when they were safe on dry land.* Everyone out of the water, now! *Morgan jumped off Terra's back, swam quickly to the edge, and pulled herself up and onto the ground. She rolled away from the edge and pushed herself up to her feet, hoping the others made it out in time while she attempted to ascertain the identity of the incoming assailants.*

*His attack was successful, and Jake grinned, but Morgan only continued to hassle Terra from her back. Well, that was okay, that meant they were still just open to attack and— Morgan's sudden cry to get out of the water snapped him out of his playful mood. He knew not to question it, so he only swam as quickly as he could, grabbed the edge of the lake, and pulled himself over. He scrambled to his feet, turned around and stumbled backward. What was in the water? What had come after them? Did it—
... oh kriff! After chiding himself for even thinking a bad word, he realized now he had just scrambled, naked, out of the lake, and he sincerely hoped that this wasn't some sort of prank by Morgan. But she seemed to be focused intently on the water, so hopefully she was serious. ... didn't stop him from discreetly covering himself with his hands as he nervously whispered aloud to Morgan.* What is it?

Terra continued to squirm and giggle as she tried to dislodge Morgan from her back, but the fun was interrupted when Morgan suddenly told them to get out. She quickly waded towards the edge of the lake and hoisted herself out of the water. Once out, she took a step back from the lake's edge and turned to Morgan, who was staring at the water, no doubt attempting to identify what it was that was posing a threat to them. She was really glad now that they had Morgan with them, otherwise they would have been caught unawares...
She breathed a sight of relief, then realized that she was both naked and had nothing in the immediate area to cover herself with. Her bag which she had stuffed her clothes in was where she had left it, thank goodness, but out of reach, and she wrapped her arms around her chest, shivering a little bit and waiting for Morgan to tell them what it was that had just chased them out of the water. Hopefully Jake wouldn't peek, as she was taking care not to look at him.

*Whatever was coming, Morgan couldn't see it. But it was getting closer. She had an inkling of what they were based on this, but her senses confirmed it: Rippers. Three of them. Okay, well, this would be easy, she'd calmed rippers before and befriended one in the other river that even gave her a ride once, it shouldn't be hard to hard to do again. She extended her palms and prepared to reach out to them—
Too late. The three manta-like beings leapt from the water, fangs bared and jaws spread as they aimed for their pray. No time. A squeak released Morgan's lips and she drew her palms back, then thrust them forward again in a Force push that disrupted their patterns. Screeching noises could be heard from them as they split apart; one looped through the air and landed back in the water, the other sailed upward, and the third glided away to the side, swooping around before it too disappeared back under the surface.
Great, now she had to keep an eye on three of them. Three that could coordinate attacks and make her job even harder. She would have to draw them off somehow, just long enough to calm them down. Or...* Protect me! I'm gonna try to calm them down! *Morgan then took a couple steps back. She would have to focus on this one at a time, then when she had all three calmed, she could send them away, or feed them fish, or... something. Meanwhile, Lokay cowered beside Morgan's bag, hoping he wouldn't be noticed. These things almost resembled mynocks to his eyes, but they had a different smell and quite a more predatory instinct, so he figured it was probably best if he didn't try to attack them...*

*Jake waited for Morgan's announcement as they gathered together on the shore and— Eep! He didn't mean to look there! His eyes focused dead forward, on the back of Morgan's head, as he waited for her judgment. But she never spoke, only extended her arms before they appeared from the water: Rippers.
Jake gasped and almost moved forward to protect her, but Morgan had already diverted them with a Force push. He had to keep an eye on them... and as much as he hated to admit it, he needed both hands. In fact, even Morgan asked for a distraction so she could try to calm them down. Couldn't she do that easily before? Or was it because there were more of them sporadically moving about? Didn't matter, she needed their help.* Okay! *He stepped in front of her protectively, hands in front of him with palms opened as he tapped into the Force, drawing in energy. He assumed he needed to do little more than just Force push them away if they got close. Yeah, he could do that, that was easy. He and Terra could handle this together. Just then, one leapt from the water and aimed at Terra; Jake almost gasped and turned but knew Terra could handle herself; besides, he was trying not to look in that direction.
Then the one above swooped down. Jake yelped and threw the stored-up energy toward it, knocking it for a loop as it too fell back into the water. That was a relief, but it was only the beginning...*

Terra started to gather the Force around her and stood one the opposite side of Morgan when the girl said she would try to calm them down. Hopefully it was more successful than it had been against the boars, as there were probably no Felucians coming to rescue them this time. Strange that she would once again be fending off wild animals in the nude, but her mind was no longer on her lack of apparel anymore. Rather she was now focusing on making sure none of these things got to Morgan.
One of the rippers flew at her, but she was ready and sent it flying back into the water with a focused Force Push, but she readied herself, as they would no doubt attack again. Once again, she gathered her strength and when another leaped out at Morgan, she sent it back with another Force Push, but with her focus on keeping it away from Morgan, she didn't notice the second ripper that flew at her...

*Jake waited, his palms still open and in front of him in a defensive position, still tapping into the Force. One surfaced and his hands moved as though to intercept it, but it only surfaced and waited there. Morgan had calmed that one, good. The other two, though, were probably still about. Jake kept an eye all-around him—a careful eye, in more than one way—as Terra seemed to be assaulted twice, only to push them back. Well, this was going we—* Terra, look out! *He ran a step or two toward her and thrust his palms forward, unleashing the pent-up energy toward the one that had just launched itself at Terra. He let out a breath of relief, then smiled reassuringly up at Terra— then quickly looked away, blushing. No, not the time to think about this, he had to keep an eye out for ore atta—
Just in time, another of them had launched from the water. Directly for Morgan. Jake gasped, but didn't have a push ready, so he did the next best thing: Charge directly toward it, intercept it in its path, and knock it away from Morgan physically. He was successful in sending it gliding away, bouncing off the rock before plopping back into the water, but Jake stumbled, falling on his side. He scraped his hip a little, but as he rolled into a sitting position, he noticed something much worse: A bleeding gash across his lower chest, accompanied by smaller cuts that also drew blood.
He gasped; he hadn't even felt himself get cut, he only cared about protecting Morgan. He didn't even know what to do but stare at it. It wasn't a fatal cut, but they weren't near any medical aid. But wait, they weren't helpless.* Th-there's a medkit in my bag! I need help! *Now that he noticed the gash, it really hurt, and he winced and grimaced to show for it. He really screwed that up, didn't he? No, he'd saved Morgan, so it was worth it. He just hoped he didn't ruin the trip...*

*Both of them moved forward to protect her; Morgan was grateful for that. Jake sent one back into the water, so Morgan made that her first target, extending her palms and her senses. She reached out to its mind, soothing it, calming it, convincing it that they were not its targets, but friends, and that she'd provide them with alternative food later. It seemed to do the trick, for it bobbed on the surface of the water and watched them rather than attack.
Alright, that was one down, now she could focus her attention back to the others and keep an eye out for another target to calm down. The one Jake had just knocked back in was a safe bet. She reached out, preparing to offer it the same promises when another bolted out of the water straight for her. She yelped and nearly pushed it back, but Jake suddenly ran in, intercepting it and sending it careening away. She hoped Terra was focusing on the other one, because the one that Jake intercepted was Morgan's new target, as she focused her senses outward, promising it the same things she promised to the other ripper—
Sharp pain suddenly crossed her mind. Not her own. It was instantly met by a faraway predatory anger; Rush had sensed it, wherever he was in the jungle, and was on his way to avenge Jake. When Jake sat up, she saw it: The blood on his chest. She gasped and nearly ran to his side, but they were still under attack by the third ripper. Suddenly she heard the scraping and thudding of claws and footfalls on the rock as Rush darted in from the entrance carved by the lake's mouth: Rush was on the murder call. Oh no; if he attacked a ripper, the others would retaliate and the only way to get out of that would be to kill them or escape, and she didn't want to kill them!* Rush, no! *She was glad he was obedient, though there was great reluctance as he slowed down and snarled at the creatures in the water. Morgan could locate the other ripper easily now, and soon she had it calmed down. All three of them bobbed on the surface of the water, as though watching her expectantly to deliver on her promise. Guess she had to take care of this, but someone had to take care of Jake too.* Terra, help Jake! *She then stepped forward, extending her senses out to the fish in the water. She hated having to do this, especially after they'd made her dance around her earlier, but it was the only way to save herself and her friends, and to satisfy the rippers. Fish then swarmed in the area, and Morgan left the rippers to take their meal. Morgan then turned away and she quickly, with much worry, joined Jake at his side, Rush standing beside them protectively and even Lokay crawled close to inspect the aftermath. Hopefully Jake was okay...*

Terra didn't hesitate, but she was cursing herself for not being more alert as she quickly scrambled over to where Jake's pack was. It didn't take her long to find the medkit, and she hoped it would be enough for Jake's injuries. Grabbing the medkit, she dashed over to where Jake was laying and she opened the medkit. Fortunately, she knew how to use the equipment inside and she set to work."OK...I need to clean this cut. I'm sorry if this...stings."Terra needed to make sure that the cuts didn't get infected before she bandaged them, and when she applied the disinfectant, it would likely sting quite a bit. But it had to be done, and once that was finished, she could bandage the wounds using the bandages that were in the medkit.

*Terra was sent by Morgan to tend to Jake, no doubt while his sister finished off calming down the rippers. Suddenly he found himself caring more about her welfare, though it seemed she had it under control. Terra was at his side now with the medkit, apologizing ahead of time if it stung while she cleaned out the gash. He did wince and groan softly, but he otherwise shook his head as he watched his gash be cleaned.* It does—ow—but it's fine. Thanks. *It took him a moment before he realized it was no longer his own chest he was staring at, and when he realized it, his eyes widened and then shut tight as he turned his head away.* S-sorry! Didn't mean to look! *... and now he realized that he was also totally exposed as well, and his face yet again turned cherry red. He would've covered himself, but his arms would just get in the way of his cut being cleaned. He... he would just have to deal with it. And hope Terra was fine as well. His wound was more important right now anyway, and he was just glad she was helping him.*
