Jedi…Sith… Conflict, Peace… Equality, Oppression… Freedom, Responsibility…
Gunter Andril sat on the cold stone floor, his squat legs crossed beneath him. The room was filled with noise and light from devices he had placed all over the floor. Music played from a dozen different directions. Holofilms and vids, shone brightly in the air and on the walls. Insects crawled and scattered, running into one another as they conducted the tasks set to them by their very natures. A million things were happening, all at once. Atoms transferred electrons, electrons reached higher and lower energy levels, valence shells were filled and empties, molecules broke apart and combined with other elements. Oxidizers became reduced, reducers became oxidized, acids reacted with bases. Neurons fired and fell silent, muscles twitched and pulled. Chiral compounds resonated, photons reacted.
Gunter saw all of these things happen within his mind's eye, blending all sense of time into nonexistence. He felt the Force well within his body, his every cell, before fading away like a receding tide. Gunter was linked with the Kasha crystal embedded within one of two crystal chambers of his lightsaber. The weapon itself hung in the air before him, the emitter angled directly towards him. The crystal with which he was joined through the Force improved his ability to clear his mind of distractions, a technique utilized by the Cerean people during meditation. Gunter had taken advantage of his Jedi knowledge and expanded upon the technique, learning, over a period of years to clear such distractions by accepting them all. Rather than removing their presence to his senses, Gunter accounted for them. He did not push away these distractions. He did not push away the sounds that sounded, the sights that shone, or the life that found itself immersed in the all-encompassing energy of the Force. He took them in, accounting for them all, holding them within his mind and tracking them through the Force. He was capable of using this knowledge to truly become one with his environment and everything that took place with in it. Any onlooker who saw Gunter in this state would see little more than a stone figure, sitting cross-legged. They would feel themselves become somewhat of a part of the environment themselves, as Gunter absorbed them too, into his consciousness. They would feel the tug on their mind, the skip of a heart beat. They would feel the flutter of an insect's wings, hear the chirp of an avian from kilometers away. They too, would be accounted for.
Hundreds of thousands of light years away, Yavin 4 was under attack. Their orbital defenses had been crippled, their fleets routed, their world subjugated beneath the beskar fist of the Mandalorian Empire. Gunter did not know these details. Though the Force brought his mind's eye across the galaxy, to Yavin 4, showing him a world of green and blue, filled with suffering and confusion and fear. He felt the presence of the powerful Jedi Masters as much as he felt the individual minds of the soldiers who fought for them, the Knights and Apprentices who learned from them. Gunter felt the wind and rain on a world as if he were there, sitting cross-legged on the moist soil beneath the canopy of the forests of Yavin 4. Gunter was there, though he could not be seen. He was detached from his body, detached from Honoghr. The Force had carried his soul across the galaxy to the planet of the Yavinite Jedi Order. He saw the Praxeum, built from the ashes of the Grand Temple, reconstructed by the Jedi who lived there, in years long since passed. He saw the shields that protected them, felt their energy absorb and deflect whatever attack befell them. He saw starfighters fly and soldiers march, vehicles crawl and roll and float through the forests.
The lightsaber floating before him began to draw power. As its activation switch was flipped with a single thought from Gunter, power rushed from the battery through to the crystal chambers, light began to shine within the round emitter nozzle. A bright green blade shot forward from the weapon, its energy hissing as it cut through the air between its source and its owner. Before reaching him, however, the blade froze, humming softly, mere centimeters long. Gunter held the blade's energy within his mind, accounting for its photons, electrons, the nuclei of the energy's very atoms. He held them in place as they shook, struggling to release their deadly energy. Gunter released the blade and deactivated the weapon.
Slowly, he withdrew from the Force, finding himself once more on the cold stone floor of the Jedi Temple. He opened his eyes, thick lids sticky with dust and grime and his own fluids. He parted his thick, wide lips, feeling the saliva that had dried and held them together. He felt the stiffness in his joints, the hungry ache in his gut, the pain in his back."Hrm," Gunter grumbled. "Hrrrarummm…"Gunter was waking for the first time in days. "Hrrmmy mnnnd seeeees…" "Rmmmy mind seeees…" "Mmmy mind sees wrr…" "Mmy mind sees warrrr."Gunter reached out with one, clawed hand, gripping the hilt of his lightsaber and setting it on the ground before him. The wood hilt of the weapon clattered dully on the floor as it rolled several times, then stopped, resting against a pebble. The small, green Jedi turned to his side, uncrossing his legs and struggling to his feet. His knees ached and groaned, his back creaked and seared with pain. Gunter reached for his chrono, having been lost in the Force so deeply and for so long, he had not concept of time as it was normally understood by the beings of the universe. He was lost, for the moment, on when he was. The Jedi looked around him as he activated the chrono. The other devices surrounding him were coated in dust and debris. There was no music sounding, no holovids playing. Gunter could feel the lives of the insects and plants and other animals within the Force. But these devices had not functioned for some time, they're power sources run dry long ago. Gunter furrowed his brow, blinking several times to force away the blurriness that plagued his vision.
Gunter Andril had not awakened from his meditation in five years. "Mmuch catchhhing up…to do…" He muttered, his throat raspy and dry. He reached down, wincing at the stabbing in his back, and picked up the wooden-hilt of his lightsaber, clipping it to his belt. Gunter brought his hands up to his face. His claws had grown long and twisted, and when he ran them through his hair he found it tangled and dry, falling in wispy locks all the way to the floor."Lllong time…it has beeeeen." Gunter breathed, the effort of speaking sending him into a coughing fit. Once he recovered, Gunter stood fully and stepped towards the open entrance of the stone-worked room. The sun seared his vision, he jerked his hand up to cover his eyes from it.I must speak with the Jedi here. Gunter told himself. They must know...

Althalos had been on a long and enduring journey, which had been leading him from planet to planet never stopping anywhere to long. Althalos was always on the move searching from almost anything knowledgeable in the force, which had brought him to the planet Honoghr, a planet in the outer rim territories. Althalos figured if it wasn’t for the strong presence of the force that he felt he would of never stopped on this planet on the first place. For he did not care for the dense jungles and humid weather of jungle planets, as he could already feel the sweat tingling around his neck he sighed gratefully though as he came upon the temple stopping here not in vain. For he had been on some planets where the force was strong, but all was left was the aftermath of a great battle. Althalos figured he could stop at the temple to look around and see if he could learn anything to his knowledge and liking or news of the world for he been out of it for some time. He usually did that at times going on his quest for knowledge he secluded himself for others not knowing what type of thing were actually happening around him, but his journey was almost up for he had basically learned what he had wanted to know to begin with.
He could sense the presence of people around the temple but no one had been here for a while just as if he missed them. Sighing thinking to himself if only he had been there sooner he might of actually met someone worth talking to.
“Well I guess I could wait here a while and meditate, and maybe see who could show up. Seeing as they were just here a while ago.”
Althalos snickered to himself realizing what he just said about seeing, as he himself was technically was blind of actual sight. “We’ll wait and sense I should say.”
Althalos pondered on this thought for a few minutes only to laugh a bit again and shook his head as he was talking to himself. Even though he had been doing that a lot lately it had been quite some time since he had actually been on a planet and not floating around in space.
trying the familiarize himself with the layout of the temple, as he stumbled into the meditation room. Walking into the meditation room Althalos looked around, before going and sitting down in the middle of the room sighing with relief as he pulled the sword off his back and setting it down in front of him. He reached around behind his head and undid the not pulling the cloth off around his eyes flatting it out on the ground beside his sword. For most people a miraluka was a strange sight for where there eye should be were just empty eye sockets with skin, the fact of this didn't bother Althalos much but he wore the cloth so people wouldn't actually stare at him too much, as that made him quite a bit uncomfortable.
Relaxing himself Althalos took a few deep breathes feeling the force swirl around him as he did. After a few more breaths he started to pull the force around him as he did it went through his body as he started his deep trance meditation Althalos mind started to clear up and he could sense what was all around him now, he saw the sheer size of the temple and beyond into the dense jungles as the wildlife went around their everyday live without a care in the world. Taking another deep breathe Althalos started to relax his muscles which had been sore from the long journey cooped up in his ship, he figured it was time for a light healing. Althalos stayed this way in the room for what could have been hours until he finally shook his head sighing with relief as if a great mountain was taken off his shoulders.
Althalos grabbed the sword in front of him and unsheathed it looking at the dullness he sighed on his journey he did not actually take to good care of his sword. Pulling out a piece of stone he had to sharpen his sword he went to work. It would be a few hours until this process was done for the phrik tydirium sword would be sharp enough to use.

There is someone... Ann Chalinda thought as she awoke from a long slumber. Longer than a human could possibly sleep, in fact. But as she only looked human, and isn't necessarily so (for humans seldom possess eyes that look like a Sith's naturally), it is possible she could go into deep meditational rest. Nonetheless, as she sensed a presence within the Jedi Temple, and though she considers herself only a guest and possible long-term resident, she still felt, as a senior member of the Jedi, she should inspect the visitor in the absence of the actual leadership. Stretching her hands, she slowly pulled herself out from the wall in which she had embedded herself in, and began padding over to the blind man, her bare feet making unusually loud, heavy footsteps for someone of her size and stature. For she only stood at five feet, and looked slender and frail built, yet there was a solidity to her being and presence, and she reflected the power of the Force with the presence of a planet.
She stopped when she stood no more than ten feet from the man, and watched him in silence. He was comfortable within this place, perhaps he was a resident or a Jedi Knight himself? He appeared to be blind, but that did not mean the man could not "see". There are more ways than just the eyes for one to see the world around them. So she bowed low, hands clasped together in a prayerful manner, and she speaks in a quiet, yet gravelly voice that carried clearly across the entire room, "Greetings, sir. The Force be with you. I am Ann Chalinda, As you appear to have found yourself the Meditation Chamber, may I ask if you are in fact, a Jedi Knight of this world, or a visitor who has been here before?"

Althalos had sensed the woman before he even heard or seen her and knew that she was behind him watching him carefully. Slowly althalos grabbed his blind fold and tied it back around his head. As he stood up he held onto his sword sliding it back into the hidden sheath on his robes.
“Why hello Ann Chalinda”
Althalos turned around and smiled politely at the woman bowing slightly to her as he did notice he was a good foot taller than her and her eyes were unlike most Jedi.
“Please forgive me as I did not sense you on my way into the temple you must have been masked to my senses. As for your question I am not a Jedi Knight of this world or am I Jedi in fact I am strong in the force but the force is one, and why bother choosing sides when having knowledge of the force is all knowing for even the greatest Jedi at times feel the Darkness that the force can harness.”
Althalos laughed slightly only to remember that he forgot to introduce himself “As for my name it is Althalos.”
Althalos bowed again not wanting to be rude

"A curious notion to be sure." She replied in a deadpan voice, betraying no emotion or reaction to anything that had been told to her. Ann stroked her chin thoughtfully, before asking a question, "May I inquire what brings you to the Jedi Temple then, Althalos?"
She opened up herself to her surroundings, without using the Force, but rather what came naturally to her. As one planet to another, Ann was linked to this world in more ways than most sentient beings can possibly perceive, nonetheless, what she did was not with the intention to seem threatening, indeed, she does not shed warning to anything being amiss, other than that her sith-like eyes began to glow in a bright reddish-orange light. Her senses began to heighten, and she could see, smell, hear, feel and even taste better; everything around her became acutely clear in her perception, and she sought out warning sensations for the approach of other beings while she remained attentive to the man before her.

I been travelling world to world learning new things and I felt the force from this planet so I decided to come down and take a look at it for myself, also I have been in space a little bit to long for my comfort. Even though the jungles also do bother me I am not one for this type of weather
Althalos laughed at his weather remark and smiled once more at the woman trying to figured her out he could sense that she was old, but the age he could not figure, he shrugged it off and decided to ask her a question.
"So are you apart of this temple, or like me only visiting?"

"The weather is not so bad." Ann remarked, knowing well of worse planets, herself being one that once had a virtually inhospitable climate. Even now, the furnace of her core burned within her with constant fury and power, and could be seen faintly in her Sith-like eyes. "Yet I understand your limitations to prolonged space travel, it is not a place for most sentients to dwell in."
When asked if she was a part of this temple or a visitor, Ann's expression goes stony, and she abruptly melted into the floor, dissappearing. Althalos suddenly heard her voice from all around him, and within him. I am a part of this temple, yes.
She reemerged a short while later, standing right where she was earlier, her form slowly solidifying from a liquid state into her current shape. "I am part of it, as it is a part of me. I am part of this world, as it is a part of me." Ann briefly wondered if perhaps it was her that Althalos had sensed. But she hadn't become active until he arrived in the temple, and as he didn't bear the same scent as Zion, Ann awakened. Only then did her powers in the Force become active, so perhaps there was something else he sensed, which was why she is presently attuned to her surroundings, and she began to expand into the Force as well, to sense for something strong.

"Well I have been on desert planets, and some very other strange worldly planet, but it seems my body just doesn't like the dense jungles, puts me out of sort at times"
Althalos laughed at this watching the woman carefully until she answered his question and melted into the floor. Althalos wasn't at all to surprised with the fact that she vanished or reached out into his mind he just stood there as normal until she reappeared in front of him. he clapped his hands lightly at this and grinned some
"It looks like my long travels and stopping at this planet were wrong at you, because must i say it is always remarkable meeting people of your kind of sort, depending if you have a kind. I once met a being that tricked me into thinking he was a puddle only until i stepped on him and he screamed playing a cruel joke on me he did, but I just said to him kindly I could not see where I was going because I had no eyes!"
Althalos laughed at this little joke he made as it seemed as if he was talking to himself as much as he was talking to the woman. with this alathalos asked another question.
" so you are one with with everything and everything as the force freely flows through you not one thing but many things?"

"You could say that." She answered. She didn't quite get Althalos' joke and she blinked at him wonderingly. "The Force is in everything around me, though I am obviously not the Force itself."

Ann narrows her very Sith-like eyes at Althalos, "By being what I am. My eyes are like a Sith's, but I was not one, and never would be one. What you see is the lava that makes my blood and life force. The embers of my core and spirit can be seen in my eyes. I am an exile from the people whom I resemble from Felucia....no, they aren't natives of Felucia, but were immigrants there. Now, this is my home, my people, my world."

" Well no harm done, I did not mean to disrespect you at all one bit."
Althalos didn't mean to pester her to much, he figured it would be time to stop asking so many questions for it was rude too, also he figured he might of ask one to many already.
"So what do you do at this temple this Ann?"

"I did not take offense." Ann calmly replies, her expression staying cool and collected. Being someone as long-lived as herself, she was used to the "rushed" and hasty nature of people with shorter lifespans. She has all eternity, they have decades, centuries at the most. When asked what she does at the temple, Ann had to think about that. It wasn't like she was offered a specific role in actuality.
"I...stand in place of the Masters when none are present to greet newcomers and visitors. Though I lay no claim to the title of master myself. Think of me more as...Keeper of the Temple. I see to its preservation, cleanliness, the comforts of the students and masters, and when necessary, its protection."

“It’s hardly a job.” Ann said, “Rather, just a responsibility I have taken upon myself to fulfill in the absence of the proper authorities. Nonetheless, I would not impose myself further than necessary.”
She thought the situation over in her head, considering options, and then spoke, “Will you be needing a place to stay while you’re here? I can arrange the necessary accommodations for you if you will be here for a while, until you have found what you’re looking for. The conditions of the rooms are adjustable according to the occupant’s needs.”

Althalos nodded to ann as she said it wasn’t really her job but more of a responsibility, he understood the role of responsibility but his quest of for knowledge was able to separate him from responsibility so he could fulfill his own selfish need of knowledge to learn. Ever since day one of his training in the force althalos loved to learn until it took him on to his full hearted quest of selfishness but now he was here pondering on the thought of actually settling down. The possibility would be endless with this temple and the knowledge he already had, he figured that much on how ancient but new the temple seemed rather than for a few spots. IT also wouldn’t hurt due to the fact more people should be at the temple sooner or later and he would have more company, even though he didn’t really mind ann, if it wasn’t for being able to since the ancient power inside of her he could of seen her as a regular girl. He figured he could stay for a little while.
“You know what ann, that would be very nice and grateful of you to let me stay at the temple for however long that is, I do not know for I haven’t stayed in one place for too long, in a very long time, I have detached myself from society almost as an outcast you could say, or how must force user would consider grey I guess, but I would be very appreciative of your hospitality and kindness.”

Ann nods at him and bows her head lightly, “Excellent then. Follow me this way.”The solid and unusually heavy girl turns on her heel and walks away. Even without the Force or supernatural sight, Althalos should have no trouble following Ann due to the amount of noise she makes with her thudding footsteps, which can even be felt as vibrations in the ground. She takes her time nonetheless about guiding the man through the hallways to the Living Quarters of the temple.

A slate grey speeder pulls up to the front gate of the temple. After settling to a park, a pair of non-descriptor humans step out & make their way over to the guard posted at the entrance. Each wore a bland grey uniform that wouldn't look out of place in nearly any security force or army across the galaxy, neither wore any identifying medals or other attachments. Remaining in the front seat & driver's position of the speeder where another two of the grey suited humans. Remaining seated in the back of the speeder was a much larger zabrak wearing a visor.
-Grey Officer 1 Greetings. May I inquire as to the location of one Ice Matango?

The slightly aging secuirty guard stationed at the entrance of the Honoghr Temple had so far enjoyed a life of relative comfort and laziness, considering barely anyone ever stopped by the main gate to ask for permission to enter or ask where someone was. He liked it that way, but today was shaping up to be a strange day as a speeder stopped in front of the Temple entrance and a man got out and inquired about where Ice Matango was. If he was honest, he wasn't so sure himself, but most times he'd ever watched the holonews, she always seemed to be at that Medical Center =Security Guard= I couldn't tell you exactly where she was son, but you might try that Medical Center just outside the city. She seems to be there alot... might be she's sick fairly often...
