Favoring saving money to a pilot's safety, the SX1 Trident didn't see a whole lot of widespread production, due to the survivability of pilots. But it did become the test bed for the newer and more improved, SX3 that has now become The Organization's mainstream interceptor. Armed with only two laser cannons, no shielding and no hyperdrive, all this fighter did was pave the way for its successor.
