The U-Wing is a prime example of that, actually.

The u-wing I will grant as a canon example of a fighter sized craft with passengers (unusual as that sentence was to type), The Kom'rk however is nearly seventy meters long. So while it is billed as a fighter (& this is a topic that is being debated as of now), it is nearly 70 meters long. Or roughly twice the length of the YT-1300.

Actually, I believe you are incorrect with lengths, as it clearly states in the submission that it is only 52.4 meters long. While I understand confusion, I am curious to know where you are getting your facts from?

So, there are several references in canon, that show starfighters can carry passengers. And, as far as I know, there isn't any rules on the site saying otherwise. So I believe the point has been made. I appreciate your assistance, Mr. Nicademus Delvardus IV and Miss Luxeria , for the canon examples. ~TI

The big sucker has two given lengths (as it seems they fielded a larger model & a smaller model, both under the same name. 68m & 52m respectively). In either case, it makes the ship 150% or 200% the size of the YT-1300 (34m). I'm looking at the stats for those. The Helix is understandable, it is roughly the size of the falcon with a comparable crew count. The Aggressor is much in the same category, true it is only 20 meters, but every given image of it is nearly as broad as it is long & is likely one large deck, or two tight ones. The Guardian is another case like the Aggressor, from the look (given the stated length of 22m), the body is between 20m & 25m from top to bottom of the crew section (not counting the wings, which nearly double that). That is space for several decks. Most fighters try to keep a very small front/rear profile in order to reduce the chances of an enemy hit. The Guardian is as blocky a target from behind & the side as it is from above or below. The G-1A are just ... questionable. 5 people in a 15m craft is ... very very tight quarters. For reference that is only slightly larger than an X-wing. The given images looks to have roughly the same rough profile as the x-wing. Narrow cockpit area & a large engine block directly behind. Could I put 5 people into that ship? Sure, but nobody in it is going to be happy & the pilot is going to have fly with people pushing into them.

I still say that, given the examples, a craft of this size can carry 5 people. Its probably not meant for long journies anyways, like the G1a, which probably took them down to the planet, rapidly deployed, then went back into the air. I could see such ships used by law enforcement, quick and sudden deployment, and anything similar.

Agreed. & even if troop costs end up being a 2 point item (something that is to be debated by the writers here in general ( Jump in on that debate here) This still has enough flex in its point count to pass. Admy Watches(& ship Approved)
