Vyrhawk fighter-bombers were a class of starfighter used by the Mandalorian Protectors around 44 ABY. The Mandalorians deployed the fighter-bomber class vessels during their siege of the New Jedi Temple. Armed with two medium laser canons on either side of the cockpit, a proton torpedo launcher beneath the cockpit and the ability to hold a payload of six various bombs depending on the mission, the Vyrhawk was a fairly capable fighter or bomber, though it lacked certain qualities that specifically designated craft overcame.
