Description:
As part of the Mythic line of vessels of Lyncitech and Hadur Industries, the Garuda-class starfighter was built as an assault fighter for the line. Built with a larger body than most fighters of its style, sharp edges are replaced with a smooth, curvy aesthetic typical of the Mythic lines of ships. However, this bulkier frame takes from its maneuverability thought it's still capable of speeds equal to the X-wing and other assault fighters. Moderately armed, a pair of twin laser cannons rest under the cockpit along with a pair of twin laser cannons mounted on the stern of the ship, which requires a gunner in order to handle ships tailing it. A pair of proton torpedo tubes rest on each side of the fighter near the wings capable of holding three missiles each. Capable of hyperspace travel on its own, it came equipped with class 1.5 hyperdrive.
