Description:

Knowing that some of the biggest hindrances one faced in combat were the abundance of starfighters screaming by, Hadur chose to design an anti-starfighter screening vessel for the Mortalis line. To cut back on costs, not only was the ship made on the smaller side, which was most typical of the type of craft, but limited how much surface area there actually was. As such, the ship was designed to look like a hollow triangle, with only the bridge descending into the opening. This was seen as a double-edged sword. While it would take away from the area it could be attacked by lowering surface area, precise targeting from enemies could more easily bring it down.

While armor and maneuverability were below average, its speed and armament were left to stand tall against other of its class. Armed with thirty-five quad laser cannons and four concussion missile launchers holding five missiles each, it was still a valuable asset in defending larger ships from starfighters.
