Description:
The Type D is a return to the original E-Wing setup, compared to the Type C predecessor. However, a major difference is that this specific model is a dedicated interceptor with stealth capabilities similar to that of the StealthX. The paint job ensures it is hidden to the naked eye with a stealth field generator that hides the starfighter from sensors, making it completely invisible. This makes it an ideal starfighter for recon and scout missions, while still having a good armament to fend off pursuit and duel well in dogfights.
The Type D losses its missile ordinance, which previous models had, and relies solely on twin heavy laser cannons.
