Description:
The MPO-1400 Star Cruiser (Medical Refit) was a redesign of the MPO-1400 Star Cruiser to serve as a mobile Field Hospital for the Corellian Coalition and her allies. Much of the passanger cabins and leisure areas were converted into patient rooms and various medical facilities and operating spaces. Allowing Doctors and Paramedics to perform immediate life saving surgery on troops and civilians wounded in conflict. Additional space was lost in the belly of the ship, where space was created for a relatively small Hangar Bay for U-55 Orbital Loadlifter (Patient Transport Refit) and UT-60D U-Wing (Medevac refit) vessels to dock 2-3 at a time and unload their patients. Military grade shielding systems were added to improve the vessels survive-ability within conflict areas.
