Nicademus exhales slightly before rising from behind his desk. The Imperial paused, looking at the frozen image of his father.
It means you are my younger brother and you are Baltasar's older brother.
The Emperor says as he pats the Grand Marshal's shoulder, who suddenly realized the truth. He was no longer the middle child, he was now the younger child to two older siblings! His usual rigid expression twitched slightly at the reality as Nicademus comes around to the front of the desk.
The real question however is...
Nicademus pauses as he looks at Brock.
...do you accept this truth? Do you accept the fact that you are a Delvardus?

Despite his control the weight of knowledge that had just been tossed on him was enough to crack years of training. At the Emperor's question Brock couldn't help but burst into a bit of laughter shaking his head at the absurdity of it all. Oh I believe the truth that this man He gestures to the now dormant holorecording. was my father, but that does not make me a Delvardus. My mother may have dropped me with the Jedi Order as soon as the opportunity presented itself but at least she had the decency to look me in the eyes and tell me it was for my own good when she did it. His words were tinted with just a hint of rage as memories begin flooding through his mind, memories he had thought long buried. I will be a Ferrum until the day I die, no matter who my father was. He locked eyes with both of the other men for a moment before continuing. He left you two with a far different legacy than what he gave me, and I'm not about to give him credit for what I built for myself here. There was genuine heat in his words and his brown eyes now, it was tempered by training, but it was clear for anyone paying attention. He wasn't sure how he felt about this new revelation but he knew he wasn't happy about the implications.

Nicademus' eyebrow goes up slightly at the comments by Brock.
I was not asking if you accepted the family name, Brock.
The Emperor says, looking directly at the Imperial Knight.
I was more asking if you accept the fact that you have family before you.
The Imperial moves away for a moment, walking over to view the Galactic City from the large window, situated behind the Chancellor's desk.
The discovery of another sibling when we have lost our sister is a fortunate discovery. She will never be replaced, but it shows me that our family was never complete to begin with. Our father's secret went to the grave with him and I would have never guessed that he had an affair with your mother after I was born. You may continue to be a Ferrum, Brock, that is your choice and one I will not make you change. But...
Nicademus pauses, turning back to look at Brock.
...you are a Delvardus to me. You are the lost brother that we never knew existed. And I would like to give you the opportunity to be a part of that family. Remain a Ferrum, but still, I ask that you be a part of this family.

Senate Building, Hangar Facility.
The shuttle known as Duty-bound landed at the designated spot, that was specified in the information packet that Viktor received from the Comms Officer when he entered the Planet's orbit. Viktor exited the shuttle and walked down the ramp and once he was on the landing pad, he removed his helmet and stared out at the wondrous view that was Coruscant. Viktor continued to walk away from his shuttle and all the while taking in all the sights that he could see from the hangar facility, he still couldn't believe that he was on Coruscant. He had heard stories about from several of the older Jedi Master while he was still apart of the Order, but Viktor made a note that the stories didn't do it justice. Not wanting to delay any further, Viktor pulled out the Information packet and looked through it for where he had to report to.
