The office of Graemon Gorgano, Consul of the Union of Fondor, Director of Coalition Security and Intelligence (also known as C-Sec), and one of the founders of the Corellian Coalition, was situated in the smaller northeastern tower of the Coalition District. Within this building was also where his department, C-Sec, operated and went about its daily routines as the external and internal protection against all threats, would-be or otherwise. The lower levels are relatively a hive of activity among officials and field agents of this department within the Coalition government.
The office overlooks the coastline, and district, below. It is decorated, mildly, with trinkets of Fondor, of the Tapani Sector, and other items that Graemon had collected over the years. The emblem of his house is situated to the left of his desk, while the emblem of the Corellian Coalition is situated to the right. Also to the right is well painted portrait of Procopia, the ancient capital of the Tapani Empire, known for its warm oceans, islands of grassy plains and small woods, and an overall verdant paradise. To left, along with his house's banner, are books and other small ornaments that decorate a few bookshelves. A statue of a strange, dog-like creature is situated in the center of the room.
Due to Graemon's tendency to work late and long hours, he does not visit his manor, in Coronet City, very often and has ensured the office has a comfortable sleeping quarter, with a small lounge to relax in, off to the left of the main office. Structure of the Coalition Security Force (C-Sec)Internal Division (CID) - also known as Coalition Interior Bureau (CIB), this division of C-Sec deals with internal operations relating to planets, population, and individuals of the Coalition. The Internal Division works alongside the main organ of C-Sec, the Enforcement Agency, which makes up the police force on various worlds, both Coalition and Planetary funded. They are viewed as the law enforcement of the Coalition and ensure the safety and security of the populace. External Division (CED) - also known as Coalition Exterior Service (CES), this division deals with external operations beyond the border of the nation. This agency is made up of highly trained agents that are educated in specialized functions such as infiltration, sabotage, and, if need be, assassination. This branch is viewed as a dangerous line of work, considering the estimated lifespan of these agents. Yet, at the same time, they feared and respected within C-Sec. Most of their work involves intelligence gathering and external operations that take them sectors beyond the Coalition. Defense Force Division (DFD) - also known as Coalition Military Intelligence (CMI), this department works with the Coalition's military in gathering necessary intel for upcoming battles, campaigns, and more. These agents, compared to the External Division, are made of military personnel that are skilled in their line of work. Utilizing fast and stealthy craft, as well as advanced technology, they are the vanguard of the Coalition's fleets and armies in securing necessary facts and reports for High Command. Their skills ensure that the Coalition's military is aware and not in the dark. Coalition Defense Brigade (CDB) - also known as the Peace Guard, this section of the Coalition Security Force is a small paramilitary unit within the structure. Based off the infamous Galactic Alliance Guard, this company is made up of skilled commandos and several squads of shocktroopers, all with paramilitary education. This is a function that only goes active when necessary or in agreement with the Director of C-Sec and the Prime Minister. They are beholden to the Coalition's Constitution and sworn to uphold the civilian law and order of the nation. Yet, their function is to be the frontline in operations that call for more than just police intervention and when the military is unable to respond.

A notification would pop up in Gorgano's datapad. The Corellian's spaceport authorities notified the arrival of a consular cruiser, a CR-90 named Jan Dodonna. The corvette belonged to Senator Voon Ostrenis-Massa, according to what intelligence (DFD/CMI) could gather and report in such a brief time. Other specifications reached his desk, like the number of living forms scanned aboard and the presence of three starfighters flying alongside the cruiser: two A-wings and a B-wing. All the ships had New Republic/Galactic Alliance identifications and markings; the fighters even had a blue fuselage, befitting their status as scort to a senator's own ship. The senatorial corvette had docked in the indicated landing pad. A request for a meeting was forwarded to Gorgano soon thereafter.

Much was on the table of Graemon. His engineers and a detachment of the Coalition's military, along with members of the Coalition Defense Brigade, were underway to Froz to take up the new outpost that was nearing completion. On top of that, he was working with the military intelligence in ensuring their fleets were aware of what laid ahead of them at various designated targets for expansion. Probably the only enjoying work he had was planning his upcoming wedding with Lynne Jameroo. The news was selling like hotcakes across the HNN, a publicity that the Fondorian had grown to accept at this point.
As he was reviewing new details on the Froz construction, he sees a new notification brought to his attention. Graemon examines the report from spaceport authorities on this CR-90 that requested a meeting with Gorgano. A quick review of the intelligence's records brought up this very Senator Ostrenis-Massa. He then sends a message, giving ascent to the request. Graemon departed his office and proceeded down to the first level of the Coalition Security Building. A conference room was made ready to meet with the Duros Senator.

The doors slide and reveal a very tall Duros, he was lanky and moved with the certain unease of someone not entirely at peace with his own body. He wears simple robes, with a clear, straight cut. Clearly, it had been tailored but the customer, the Duros, wanted to offer the image of someone humble, the suit being unadorned and made in dark blue cloth. However, there were hints of his position, like the silvery communicator over his chest and a signet ring with a raising phoenix on his right hand. His voice is as raspy and booming as many other males' -and females'- of his space-faring species.
"Graemon Gorgano. I've heard and read about you. Lately you're target of several Holonet shows, I'm afraid"
He said, with a slight crooked smile, to break the ice. All in all, the Duros' faces were not so suited to a smile of any kind. The senator offers a bony hand. He was remarkably similar to his father, the admiral, thought there were differences in coloring and general features, probably mother's genes.
"Let me introduce myself properly, Voon Ostrenis-Massa, senator. Albeit, I'm afraid, my tenure at the moment is... rather unofficial, just a pretense in these difficult times"

Graemon entered the conference shortly after the Duros arrival. Within the room, there were a couple members of the Peace Brigade, who were mostly on security detail whenever they were not activated for other duties within the Coalition. The Baron walks through the room, heading over to the Duros. His eyebrow goes up when Voon mentions a familiarity with the Fondorian.
The public likes a good romantic story. And the HNN clearly likes show my young fiancee and I a lot. It's something I have gotten used to.
For a moment, Graemon reflected on how things erupted across the HNN when Lynne and him were first seen as an item during the inaugural event of Prime Minister Jacques Hu, the first elected leader of the Coalition. It seemed to have hardly died down since that time. The Fondorian then reaches forward and shakes the hand of the Senator.
I have read the file we have from the Galactic Alliance, Senator. You have quite the reputation among any sort of resistance wherever it can be found in the Core... although, from what I have read, things have been good and bad. You are fortunate that the Empire hasn't caught you yet.
Plenty abandoned the Galactic Alliance or simply vanished when Mon Calamari fell. Now there were rumors of a Dark Side cult that festered on the planet, tainting its waters and becoming despots to its oceans. No wonder a number of Calamari fled to various locations across the galaxy.
What exactly brings you to the Coalition? Are you looking for support for your various resistance movements or... something else?

"The public always likes a good story, no matter if it's romantic. They often like tragedies, the sort that can make a womp rat cry"
He said, gesturing slightly with his left hand.
"And congratulations are due, I guess"
The Duros took a seat, right leg crossed over the left, comfortably. He wears long leathern boots, military-issued.
"The file is rather accurate, thought there's no fortune in surviving, truth be told. I lost many colleagues, some of them were pretty close to me. And I'm a senator without a Senate, which is a sad thing"
He inspects his nails for a moment. His red-eyes looked sorrowful. The senator coughs to clear his throat.
"I have, indeed, supported that... resistance, those rebel cells all over the Core and the Mid Rim. We're hard pressed, resources are scarce and we totally lack firepower. But we have subtletly and... speed"
His Blockade Runner lived up to its name.
"What brings me here... well. Let's see something else first"
Voon produces a holodisk from his sleeve, he lits it up. Schematics, for an ISDII, apparently.

Graemon asks to see the schematics more closely. He takes the holodisk and inserts it into the table, allowing for the holoimage of the ISDII to be brought up to a large resolution. The Fondorian inspects it calmly before clicking for the various details. The presence of a gravity well projector brought the indication that this was a Post-Endor model, one utilized by the New Republic. A further inspection brought up some curious additions that weren't on usual ISDs.
The first indication was the presence of a cloaking device, made evident by a cloaking cone upon the vessel. Another was four long-range turbolaser batteries with the addition of baradium missiles and other powerful ordinances. These indicators were enough to make Graemon knew what he was looking at.
The infamous Anakin Solo.
Graemon says as he removes the holodisk, handing it off to Voon.
I figured these schematics were hidden somewhere in the galaxy. Probably for good reason.
The Anakin Solo was associated with the Galactic Alliance Guard, which Graemon based CorSec off of. Of course without the possibility of using them for a military coup like Darth Caedus, the former Jacen Solo, once used them for. The GA had done its best to bury these two elements that led to a second galactic civil war.
Question is, why bring them to the Coalition's view, Senator?

The Duros' mirror-like eyes had stared at the Fondorian as he checked the schematics: clearly, he was pleased with himself.
"Black Annie, yes"
The senator joins his fingertips and leans back on the saddle.
"A flagship like none other. Devastating, yet subtle. They will not see it coming. Even after all those years it will live up its reputation"
He smiles again.
"These schemetics were hidden, but the fall of the Senate brought down many firewalls, specially for someone with high-clearence codes"
The CR-90 held quite a few secrets. Information was always a valuable asset. And he had salvaged as much as possible.
"And... oh well, I needed to ingratiate myself with you, Baron, so you were willing to trust me. My father -sigh- vouching for me would have been cheap, don't you agree?"
More so considering they were estranged and very rarely kept in touch. The senator then leans forward, slightly.
"I propose a collaboration, baron: I am willing to act as a liason between you and the said rebel cells. In exchange of equipment and supplies I will reach were you, officially cannot and I, as a senator and member of a past government will be able to. And it's in your interests to undermine the new Empire. And do not understimate my diplomatic skills: I bet there are quite a few unaligned systems, yes?"

Graemon looks once more at the schematics before shutting off the projector. To be honest, Senator Voon Ostrenis-Massa , you did not need such a mighty gift to convince me. The Coalition stands for freedom in the galaxy and is anti-Imperial. Whoever is in line with our goals to see the galaxy made free again is a friend of ours. This... is still an interesting find. The Baron pulls out the datachip, examining it for a moment. Then the Fondorian looks at the Duros.I will need to get the Senate to approve of the funding to your rebel cells, but it shouldn't take much to persuade them. Anything that can hinder the First Order is of us to use. We are still building up our power after all and time gained from your operations is a boon nonetheless. On the matter of the unaligned systems...Our diplomats are already hard at work with negotiating with unaligned systems. We have already gained the membership of the Hapans Consortium as well as Naboo and working towards Bothuwai. Instead, I ask that you be a liasion towards other rebel cells. They are harder to convince compared to planetary governments. Your skill will be vital towards securing communications and connections between us and them. I believe this is more beneficial.

"One is never sure. Better to come bearing gifts than to come empty-handed and demand anything, would have been rude of me"
He said, moving on the chair, adjusting his position slightly as too look to Graemon with his mirror-like eyes directly.
"The First Order must be brought down. However, I don't fool myself, right now it's beyond impossible, least so with the resources at my disposal"
He grimaces.
"Many planets are suffering under Imperial thrall, or worse..."
The senator shudders at the rumours about the once-free and bright planet of Dac.
"... that renders me sleepless at night, that I'm powerless to help them. I'm in contact with quite a few cells, but I'm lacking personnel and resources"
He didn't mention their new base or the supplies they had gained. Still, three fighters and a corvette amounted to be little.
"And, certainly, firepower"
The senator touches the signet ring he wears, with the rising Phoenix.
"You have only to send me data about some of the cells you're hard pressed to gain connections to, I can be your contact. In fact..."
He hands Gorgano another holodisk.
"This has data to open an encripted communication channel between us. You know more than anyone than some secrecy is required in these kind of deals. We cannot use public channels, specially since the Resistance right now is still in its infancy"

Graemon takes the holodisk, looking down at it.
I will see about arranging a meeting with you and the Prime Minister Starmane. Then, we can open the discussion to the Senate and see a measure passed that will give you what you need. Senator.
Secrecy was alright, but the Fondorian knew that they still needed to follow democratic protocol. If it was just the Union of Fondor, there would be no issue, but the Baron felt they needed the support of the whole of the Coalition to make a difference for Voon and the associated rebel cells throughout the Empire.
Give me... a few days to arrange something with the Prime Minister. In the mean time, enjoy your time on Corellia.
Graemon says, wanting to extend some hospitality to their visitor.
Certainly, once the Prime Minister knows of your cause, he will able to persuade the Senate to follow suit.

"I guess bureaucracy must follow suit. The natural order, isn't it?"
He tilted his head. Was hard to ascertain if he was sarcadonic or not. The senator flexed his bony fingers.
"I will look for the meeting with your prime minister"
Voon had expected some more nerve from the baron, but it seemed the procuderes must be followed at all times.
"I cannot rest iddle in Corellia for standard days. Work must be done, no-one will do it for me"
He replied, stern.
"That holodisk, as I said, has my encripted comm contact details. Codename, Fulcrum. I guess someone in your office will be diligent enough as to notify me when the Prime Minister is available for meeting"
Voon stands up on his heels again.
"I sincerely hope something can come out of this"
He turns to the exit.
"Good luck with your engagement, baron"
