Description:
Built and designed alongside the MC98 base series, the MC98c was built and designed as a Command and Carrier vessel, to pair with the MC98. Similar to the MC98, the MC98c came equipped with Mon Calamari shielding systems. But unlike the base MC98, the MC98c was not quite as heavily armed, with only 20 Heavy Turbolaser Batteries, 10 Turbolaser Batteries, 15 Heavy Ion Cannons, 2 Octuple Barbette Turbolasers, 2 Octuple Barbette Ion Cannons, and 10 Tractor Beam Projectors.
But although it lacked in power, the MC98c was able to carry a full 8,000 soldiers and 120 Starfighters. Living up to its role as a Carrier ship.
