Adding systems or sectors to the boards?

Would it be possible to make a similar request to add a planetary system, star cluster or other larger, stellar regions that would feasibly contain a set of important planets? For example, would requests for adding the Tion Cluster, which contain the relatively important worlds of Lianna, Raxus Prime and Desevro be acceptable? This could be beneficial in saving room on the boards as well as expanding location opportunities and you can have smuggler crews and other groups claim that they “operate out of the Tion Cluster” or “the Ciutric Sector”
