At 4 km's long, it is larger than any previous design and is intended to act as the Order's new flagship. Its primary feature is a dorsal mounted Auto-Cannon, siege breaker technology that was pilfered from old Imperial Designs. From there, the vessels narrow shape and sharp, fierce angles were covered in a variety of weaponry. Allowing the Dark Horizon to concentrate its fire more readily upon what ever stood within its way. Meanwhile, thick armour plating and state of the art shield generators provided the ship the ability to take hard hitting vessels head on. Meanwhile, the main bridges narrow, low-height design made it a harder target for enemy vessels. But should it be taken out, a secondary bridge was located deep in the heart of the ship and could take over operations at a moments notice.

Except it was a singular cannon and installed within the ship. I think 10 may be too much for a ship that also has an autocannon attached to it. That's a lot of power needed to be able to utilize both of these together, not to mention to power the ship and the shields.
Plus, due to their role of protecting the Star Destroyers when they opened their ventral doors, sounds like a close range weapon.

Yeah, I would hardly claim they were long range weapons. Definitely short range anti-starfighter support than proportionally scaled up technology. They would be positioned around the hangar bays and the bridge to deal with any hostile forces trying to attack those locations. Hope that explanation helps any.

Yeah, the idea was powerful, concentrated power when forced into close range combat. Ten batteries, despite the size of the ship, is a bit much if they are really powerful. What do we think about just 5 or 10 individual SPHA spread throughout the ship?

From what we saw, the SPHA cannon in the central hangar took out a Munificent (no note of it being damaged or not), but that's a 900 meter ship gone in one blow. I was gonna suggest four cannons (drop them down from batteries) in total, two on either side of the vessel and the hangar bays. It would be a good broadside attack if vessels came within range. That or we find an alternative from the SPHA cannon.
