Named after the notable Imperial, Gilad Pellaeon, a revitalized spaceport within the Capital District serves as the main hub for traffic, for space ships, in and out of this region of the Galactic City. The Spaceport is heavily watched by Coruscant's Planetary Security and security checks are rather thorough. Occasionally, Stormtroopers are seen surveying ships with large cargo manifests. Yet, all this visible safety measures does not seem to impede upon the usual flow of traffic throughout the Spaceport.

Having made its way down from orbit, the Lambda-class shuttle carrying Xoia Reyes began its approach for the Pellaeon Spaceport within the Imperial District. The trip had been smooth and direct, allowing the timing to line up as they went. With the spaceport insight, the pilot activated the comms to notify Xoia of the approach and that they would be landing within the next few minutes.
Taking a breath, the woman stood from her place on the floor, most of the trip having been spent in meditation. She was a Force-sensitive and if she intended to fully utilize its power while in the pilot's seat, she needed to keep up with the meditation methods instilled in her by the Imperial Knights. Grabbing her pack, she made her way out of the stateroom and stood before the boarding ramp, ready to depart the moment it opened. She was there for barely thirty seconds before the shuttle began to shake slightly, signifying their landing. Grabbing hold of a strap above her to stabilize her, she held tight until the shaking stopped and the ramp began to open. She let go of the strap but held her place until the ramp had fully descended.
As Xoia departed the craft, she looked around, seeing where she needed to go. It didn't take long to sort out the direction she needed to take and began heading into the check-in zone. There were a few in front of her, so she stood patiently waiting as each person was checked before granted admittance. Her's wasn't the only check-in station with another close by for this section of the spaceport. Already she could make out different species still working to carry on with life as if Coruscant was still the same planet it was before. It was something that ultimately benefited the First Order over making it more restrictive to those aligned with the First Order.
With the person in front of her checked in, Xoia moved up. Taking a small breath, she spoke. "Flight Lieutenant Xoia Reyes. I'm reporting to Imperial High Command by order of Vice Admiral Lurkan." She then slid her identification to him and waited.
Taking her information as she spoke, he began looking through the files on her to verify she was who she was and that she had said orders.
"Xoia Reyes. Let's see. Here we are. Ok, everything checks out. You can get transport to Imperial High Command just outside. Please enjoy your stay."
Taking back her identification as he returned it, she nodded. Shifting her pack on her shoulder, she headed out of the spaceport to where one could get transport. She waited for a few minutes before finding one. Paying the driver, she took her place in the speeder as it left the area and set a course for her desired destination.

As the transport that carried Xoia reached the spaceport, the woman paid her fare and departed the speeder before heading inside. She would have loved to have enjoyed what the planet had to offer, yet her time was short. Nearly all of it would be spent getting back, prepping her things, and leaving once more. A week wasn't a lot of time. A vacation her would have to wait, but now that she was in charge of this new vessel, she would make it a goal to return here for some downtime with her crew. It wouldn't hurt to also get ideas from the others about where they would like to head for some R & R for future shore leave.
Making her way through the check-in stations, Xoia made her way back towards the shuttle where the crew was already waiting for her return. She imagined it was less than ideal to have to remain in place as they awaited their passenger to finish their business, but it was the job they had. Boarding the craft, she thanked the men for their patience and returned to her room as they began the take-off procedures. It wasn't but a moment before the Lambda-class shuttle was lifting off from the spaceport, its wings opening up and pushing the craft into the flow of traffic that lead them into orbit.

Only days after the events in the Imperial Palace a white Upsilon-class-Command shuttle descended upon the imperial capital district with it's destination being set at the First Order's local spaceport. As steam emerged from the ramp, two black Stormtroopers in black armour and yellow stripes left the shuttle, followed by the white-coated figure of a silver-haired woman. Grand Admiral Kasalle only took a brief look upon the surrounding area, before her escorting troopers would lead the way forth in order to keep the whole visit as discrete as possible. Without further disturbances and only few brief salutes greeting her from bypassing officers, the Grand Admiral left the plattform in order to attend the arranged meeting, that would be held up soon in lights of recent events.
For many the message of the Emperor's death was a shock and as overlord of the Muunilinst oversector, Jenia was both in her role as Grand Moff and Grand Admiral oblieged to report at the crownworld of the First Order, not only to pay her respects to the passing Emperor, but as well to swear her loyality directly towards the new heir of the Empire.

[OOC: A thousand apologies if I just seem to start in the middle of nowhere. I wasn't quite sure where to start for places, but this spaceport seemed to be the most suitable location for my character to come into the storyline.]
The hatchway of what can only be described as a ship that was worst for wear opened with a jarring shudder. The ship seemed out of place alongside the Imperial vessels and official vehicles in the spaceport. What had once been used as an official transport vessel for short-range distances across planets had been crudely transformed into a cargo smuggling vessel to service clientele across the galaxy.
She had found these so-called traders visiting her homeworld of Eshan. They were a motley crew of creatures from different worlds, all living and working together on this vessel. She found their sense of comradery to be charming, despite the smell. There were six crew members in total: the Captain, the first mate, the pilot, a mechanic and a few others. She never quite understood what the others did on the vessel only that one was a heavily armed humanoid man who spoke very little to anyone, and rarely left his bunk. The other was a holy man of some sort from his world and spent his days on the ship preaching about the god of light.
The crew found her in the marketplace three weeks ago. They had offered her safe passage off the planet in exchange for some local knowledge and some parts that she found for them. That trip had taken her from the Inner Rim to this place. During that time, they had been bombarded by the asteroid belts, hostile scavenging vessels and nearly boarded by pirates. She anxiously bounced in place as she waited for the door to open. Three weeks on this vessel and she was anxious to finally get off of it. Plumes of steam came out from the aching hinges before the hatch froze in mid-air. The sounds of someone jumping up and down on the hatch could be heard, along with a few profanities. Eventually, the door opened enough to allow its passengers to disembark.
"Is it supposed to do that?"
A voice asked, but her question was met with a grunt.
"We're here, aren't we? This is the end of the road. Job's done. We get our credits, then spend the night at port. You can go where you want after we unload the cargo. We leave in the morning. Fly back to Ambria for another job. Ya sure you don't want to come along?" The captain was some sort of quadruped creature from the Outer Rim from a species that she couldn't pronounce. They waited for her reply, but she seemed preoccupied. "Take this communicator. I'll find jobs for you."
She was in awe at the Spaceport. This spaceport was nothing like she had ever seen before. It was a monolith of a structure, likely created to hold much larger vessels than the ships that were strewn around the hanger. She looked down and felt the commlink being pushed into her hand and took it.
"Thank you. I need a few days here, perhaps more."
The creature didn't seem to be interested in hearing her explanations for now. They had looked away. They were busy directing the ground crew on how to unload the cargo from the ship's cargo bay. Several large, metallic containers were pulled out from the ship's underbelly by a volley of droids waiting with trolleys to pull them away. "Whatever you say. You know where to find us."

As the ground crews got to work unloading the cargo and attending to the ships various maintenance needs as dictated by the captain, a Customer Support Rep stood nearby and waiting. Vessels that were new arrivals or were denoted as containing passengers beyond the crew were supplied one at their landing pads. It was a curtesy to help those visiting the Imperial Capital with avoiding dangerous areas of the planet such as the lower levels, or direct them to where they wanted to go. Given the planet wide nature of the city, it was extremely easy to get lost

The past three weeks on board a ship that barely hobbled through hyperspace had left the crew stir crazy. Nearby, a customs droid spoke to the captain and crew mates individually, asking them the casual questions about the nature of their travels. Eventually, the droid came to her. The droid spoke to her in a strange series of electronic boops, beeps and bleats. When it finished, she answered each question in succession. “Name? Ren’Xing. Planet of origins? I guess I came from Eshan. Nature of my trip? Business. No, I’ve never heard of the Telosian flu. I’m not such. I haven’t been coughing anything. No, I don’t have any exotic fruits or creatures to declare. Business with the First Order? What’s that?”

He moved from his post and rushed to the woman's side and came to a stopWelcome to Imperial Centre, better known as Coruscant. Throne World of the First Order, or more commonly known as the Sixth Galactic Empire! Ruled and overseen by the Glorious Emperor Octavian Delvardus the First! An Empire that spans a third of the galaxy! Val Corrend, Visitor Services Representative... The crew that was previously moving around her abruptly stopped their work and looked at her. She could feel their piercing gaze upon her, and a palpable tension could be felt in the air. One crew member, a dark-skinned human woman who served as the ship's first mate swallowed hard. The echani had asked one of the few questions that were considered taboo in these parts: being willfully oblivious of who and what the First Order was. By this point, it was next-to-impossible to not know anything about the First Order. Ren'Xing looked around awkwardly, uncertain of what had just happened.
"Did I say something wrong?"
At the same time, a strange figure approached the small group quickly. A voice spoke to her, she turned her head to see where the voice was coming from.
"Welcome to Imperial Centre, better known as Coruscant. Throne World of the First Order, or more commonly known as the Sixth Galactic Empire! Ruled and overseen by the Glorious Emperor Octavian Delvardus the First! An Empire that spans a third of the galaxy! Val Corrend, Visitor Services Representative...""I... see, that sounds important? But what is it?" She asked hesitantly, her eyes darting towards the crew. By now, the entire space port had grown silent. Even the mechanized droids stopped their whirring. Everyone stopped to stare at the small group.

Val had met a number of offworlders before, but until now they'd all come from some sort of civilization. But the Female Echani before him seemed oblivious to what some of he had just said meant. He smiled confidently The First Order could be best called the Government of the Empire. It oversees planets and ensures basic necessities are taken care of and that the needs of the people are met. It provides law and order, to a chaotic galaxy...

A small crowd began to gather around them. Some were droids, others were her own crew mates.
The First Order could be best called the Government of the Empire. It oversees planets and ensures basic necessities are taken care of and that the needs of the people are met. It provides law and order, to a chaotic galaxy...
She looked at him oddly. Almost as if the concept of having some bizarre entity overlooking the wellbeing of others seemed foreign to her.
"I-I don't understand. Can't they do this for themselves? That seems rather silly to have something like that. Weirdly inefficient. If you ask me, it sounds like a waste of time."
By now, Captain Phalanx scurried over to her side with its four appendages. It gave her sharp jab with what she construed to be his elbow. The crew seemed to be strangely at high alert for some reason.
Stop talking before you...
The creature stopped and turned its attention towards Val Corrend.
"A thousand apologies, Master Corrend- is it? My companion has never left her homeworld. She doesn't mean to offend the mighty First Order.
"Oww... what did you do that for? I thought that you said that the entire First Order was filled with nothing more than murderers and traitors that should be rounded up together and stuffed into the exhaust pipe of the asshole of the galaxy, as far as one can reach."

Val had initially thought that a simple clarification might have cleared matters up. But her response seemed to only either indicate further ignorance or just a disbelief in governments in general or the Empire Ma'am, the Galaxy is a vast placed, filled with... quadrillions of people. Thousands of worlds... A machine vaster than any one person is able to manage. As I said, chaos. People would be left with nothing and some unable to defend or provide for themselves. Spaceports, ships, vehicles, modern medical discoveries... none of this would be possible without an Order to life... Soon the Captain was scurrying over and offering apologies for his companions apparent ignorance. He might have left things there, until the Female Echani spoke again. Val smacked a button on his datapad, causing several squads of Stromtroopers to rush the Hangar Bay with their blasters at the ready. Ignorance was one thing, but openly insulting the First Order? That was a very different matter, especially in this context. The Stormtroopers surrounded the crew members, with the Captain pointing his blaster at the Ship's Captain Hands up! You're all under arrest!

[OOC: Well- now I've gone and done it, haven't I? How do you want to play this out?]
The clatter of boots could be heard moving quickly along the serrated metal flooring of the spaceport. No sooner than she had spoken, she found them being quickly surrounded by stormtroopers. The rustling of fabric could be heard around them as the other bystanders and onlookers hurried off to safety.
"Uh... captain?"
The crew moved closer together in the back. No one quite knew what to do next. Some clearly wanted to draw their arms, while others wanted to hide.
The man was flabbergasted at her words. "Ren, remember that thing we told you about inside and outside voice? This was one of those times!"
"What? Did I say something wrong?"

Val made a hasty retreat from the encircling troops to ensure he would be out of any firefight that might evolve. A pair of Stormtroopers lead him away to take his statement on the matter. Meanwhile, Captain FN-505 motioned for his troops to move in Keep your hands up. Search the others and confiscate any weapons, we're going to take you all in for questioning... The rest of the crew were separated out and searched before being handcuffed. A pair of Stormtroopers grabbed Captain Phallanx and moved him aside while another moved to grab Ren'Xing I suggest you don't resist...

The patrons of Pallaeon's spaceport moved out of the way of the stormtroopers. They quickly made their way toward whatever exits they could find. The stories of arrests and the likelihood of being caught in the crossfire were common in the Core Worlds. There was always paranoia around the spaceports. Perhaps vestiges of a time-gone-by when attacks on the spaceport were more common. There were blaster marks on parts of the ceiling that were too high for the worker droids to reach without special tools. Most would not notice them because they blended in with the dark, metallic panels that lined the ceiling to protect the underlying structures from the stress of having so many ships flying in and out of the busy port.
Kriff, girl. Look what you got us into. Say nothing to no one, the lot of you.
She looked at the crew being wrangled by the stormtroopers. Somehow, she seemed unphased. In the corner of her eye, she watched the Captain being restrained and dragged away by four stormtroopers. Everyone else seemed to go willingly without much of a struggle. Ren'Xing looked at Captain FN-505 and simply waited for them to arrest her. She didn't give them much of a struggle for some reason. Unlike the others, she didn't seem to fear the stormtroopers. She opened her mouth to speak, but decided to stay quiet for now.

Captain Phallanx and his crew were taken away to waiting airspeeders, while FN-505 and the last remaining members of his squad moved in on Ren'Xing. Two Stormtroopers grabbed her shoulders while a third locked her wrists in a pair of stun cuffs. FN-505 lowered his rifle then and gave Ren'Xing a quick pat down and check for any hidden weapons or dangerous objects Anything I should be aware of? Another couple squads of Stormtroopers moved into the hangar bay and started securing a perimeter around the ship. Official barriers were erected whilst the cargo was tagged and marked for holding. If the Captain and his Crew were released they would take the hold off the cargo. Otherwise the state would seize the cargo and continue it to its destination and profit off the sales, or catch any underground elements it was going to that were hostile to the First Order

The crew of the ship protested as they were rounded up initially, but then grew quiet as the waiting airspeeders took them away. The ship's cargo was seized. Several worker droids appeared and began to scan then open each container carefully. Preliminary and deep scans revealed no metallic components, wires or anything explosive. The contents of the storage containers was grain. Plain, unimpressive grain.
"I don't know anything," she replied when Captain FN-505 spoke to her.
The stuncuffs wrapped around her wrists, tightly. She did little to protest them, and the pat down. Both yielded nothing. She had absolutely nothing in her pockets, not even a single credit.
The droid began to scream and screech in a high-pitched tone, which would likely prompt the stormtroopers to investigate the container even further.
At the droid's prompting, two stormtroopers peered into the container and began to shovel out the contents. They reached down deep into the grain container and grasped around blindly. Moments later, they found what they were searching for- an industry first!
"Captain, you may want to see this." The stormtrooper raised a transparent bag container what looked like a mixture of rocks and crystals. They were suspended in some sort of gelatinous matrix.
Stunned gasps could be heard from the crowd.
The captain began to protest as the items were pulled from the grain container, "that's not what it looks like! Smuggled gems?! Never! Those are glass beads! No, I don't know why the buyer wants seaglass beads. Who knows?! Marital aid? Fun? We don't get paid to ask these kinds of questions!"

Captain FN-505 was a little surprised when the pat down and search found nothing, you'd expect even some credits or ID or some sort (either real or fake). But there wasn't a damn thing. However his attention was soon drawn from Ren'Xing to the Droid and Stormtrooper running searches on the containersSeaglass beads? and why were they hidden in a container of grain? Take them away!FN-505 personally escorted Ren'Xing back to the waiting airspeeder while the ship Captain was loaded into a separate one. With their occupants aboard, the airspeeders took off for the local police station in Galactic City

She brought little with her from Eshan except for the clothes on her back. There was something spectacularly unremarkable about her appearance, demeanor, and clothing. Her clothing was simple but clean and well-kept despite the weeks of space travel.
She quietly followed after Captain FN-505 to the waiting speeder. The other crew members were clearly agitated that the cache beneath their ship was now being searched. Who knows what kind of contraband was hidden within?
"Where are we going?" She asked the Captain as she was escorted away. It was unknown whether or not she was given an answer. Soon, they were up in the air. Speeding swiftly away from the Spaceport and leaving everything behind.
