Description:
As part of the Delta Initiative, which saw the production of the SB-7 Delta-Wing Starfighter, Incom Corporation also produced a design known as the Dorn-class Fast Carrier. A ship meant to serve alongside Coalition forces and deliver 3 Squadrons of Starfighters into battle from long range thanks to its Advanced Sensor Array and Enhanced Communications Array which allowed the Dorn-class to keep in contact with Coalition fleets from afar while deploying a veriety of starfighters into combat.
In total, the Dorn-class Fast Carrier could hold 36 Starfighters, a security force of 100 soldiers, and featured 2 Dual Heavy Turbolaser Cannons, 8 Point Defence Quad Laser Cannons, and 2 Point Defense Quad Concussion Missile Emplacements. For defense, it had a reinforced hull, a Mon Cal shielding system, and stealth fittings meant to keep the ship off of enemy radars.
