A large building that occupies most of the North side of Memorial Plaza. It's not a tall building, only 5 Stories, but it has a large footprint including a small spaceport of it's own. It's a modern building full of offices for various lords and government officials as well as a large council chamber overlooking a spacious garden where the Jedi Lords can meet.

==Return of the Jedi (Lords) SL== <<109 PP; P5 Sector, Serenno, Hall of the Lords, Gardens>>
Mary still wasn't really used to the sight of open soil. She had never seen the real ground until she was well into adulthood. Even during the long year & a half spent hiding in the deep bowels of the city-world she had been born on, she had never come close to going deep enough to see natural soil. There had been lots of it on Felucia though, which she still considered a stinking bog of a planet, even though she had only spent a little time there. & a relatively peaceful & relaxing time at that.
For the moment, she was trying (& failing) at yet another of the traditional mediation practices. She was studying ... some kind of green things. It was a plant, obviously. But beyond that, she couldn't even tell if it was full grown, or new or about to die. She could name off forty three types of anchor bolts, by size, shape, function, & tool needed to remove them. But plants? In her mind they were more or less all the same.
She knew she needed to clear her mind. The raw chaos & burning emotions in her would drown her, eventually. She had never had a problem with controlling herself before. But then again, she hadn't been hunted & hunter in the dark, brutal bowels of a city while a pair of crystals whispered into her ears nonstop for more than a year before either. In some small rational part of her mind, she took dark amusement in the fact a whole host of study papers could be written up about her mental state. It they could tie her to the chair long enough to get a peak inside her brain.

A priority meeting was called by Lord Commander Malvern, some months preceding Serenno's reunification. There had been some discussion among the various military commanders of the Jedi Lord retinues and armies and it seemed like the Lord Commander had a mind for a high priority target as an opening statement to the galaxy of the Jedi Lord's existence and a means to gain ships that their navies desperately needed. The addition of CIS caches, found across the planet, proved to be quite a boon, but the Jedi Lords needed some strong assets. And that was what this meeting was to be all about.
Lucien stood within the Hall of Lords, looking out at the rebuild Saffia. Lord Stone had done a good job at getting their new capital rebuilt. The people were very grateful to the High Lord and his fellow Jedi for their efforts. Now, resources could be freed up and used for other tasks. The Lord Commander pulls out his datapad, examining it quietly before putting it away once more. It was a big risk, what they were to do, but they needed ships... and there was only one place to get them in good quality and quantity.

Ever since the unification of Serenno and the formation of the Jedi Lords, Titus felt like he had not stopped. The Aparian Wastes were a large territory and uniting them in freedom had been no small task. But it was one that the Saurian Nation was uniquely equipped for, given that most other beings would have sweltered in the heat of the desert. However, such a victory provided only a brief respite for deep within the Aparian Wastes existed an old Separatist jail known as The Spike. Within which was contained a treasure trove of old CIS intel. Some of which had lead to an expedition that Titus was planning on conducting with the aide of Lyrica and her people.
But even that was not the extent of all of the projects that were ongoing. Some of his people were already hard at work upon a secret project which, when completed, would provide a new means of interstellar mass transport of people. For now though, he put such thoughts aside as he made his way into the Hall of Lords. This call by the Lord Commander had provided the perfect excuse to get away and have a bit of a brief break from the chaos of his daily life. He took a seat then, and settled his gaze out across the city Lord Malvern...

Countess Bruce arrived soon after. Representing the County of Annandale and it's interests. The Lady Bruce was worried that these very interests may make her somewhat unpopular at this current meeting, but she was determined to stand up for her people at least. Entering the Hall, she bowed to Titus, whom she had only met in passing since returning to Serenno. And she offered a bow and friendly smile to Duke Malvern as well. She quietly took her place and awaited more to arrive.

[ Princess Lyrica Starlight | The Hall of Lords | The Lords' District | Serenno ] Attn: Mary Cerulea , Lucien Malvern , Maximus Titus [RETIRED] , Abi Bruce A soft trumpet announced the arrival of Lyrica Starlight, and a small escort of Aldar Jedi Knights, all clad in resplendent chrome gold and burnished shiny red armour. Lyrica herself wore a long, lacey white dress that covered her arms, neck, and hugged the rest of her form. A small white cape was wrapped around her slender neck. The only thing that clashed against the lovely dress was the oxygen mask that hung down the front of her neck. She, like all Aldar, was aglow with an ethereal light, and they moved with silent, gentle grace.
She smiled and bowed her head in greeting to those already present. Moving off the entrance path, the Aldar placed themselves behind the princess, who took her appointed seat and settled down. She was curious about the plans of the Lords now that the last of the warlords had been subdued or driven off-planet. The word was that there was going to be some expanssion soon, and they would be making moves for other planets. Idly, she wondered if the Jedi Lords had the resources and manpower for such operations, of if they would be in need of the Aldar's assistance more than ever now.

Unlike his Aldar counterpart Ivoj entered the council chamber without any fanfare. Wearing the same clothes he had during the fighting, everyone seemed to have an opinion on them considering how patched they were. The best description he had recieved was from a teen who had called his look "bitchin". Ivoj smiled remembering the interaction. The only thing that he had bothered to change in his look since the battles were the beads he had woven into his beard to commemorate the fallen.
Since the building had been constructed Ivoj had done his best to avoid the building instead choosing to be out amoung the people he had fought to help protect. It seemed that everywhere he went there was someone whom he had fought beside in the fighting, or helped save. There was always a free drink to be had. Still even he had lordly duties, and shuffling in behind Lyrica he took a set in an open chair.

High Lord Everett Stone would join the rest of those gathered, causing the Duke Malvern to bow his head to his liege. Once he took his seat, Lucien would take his at the table, beginning their meeting with the Circle of Lords. A console, in front of him, was activated and the Jedi inserted a datachip into the device. The windows were tinted, the lights dimmed, and soon the image of Kuat came before the entire council.
With our reunification, our purpose will shortly take us beyond the reaches of Serenno's system. However, that will require ships in order to transport our troops to various battlefields and warships to confront our foes. Serenno has very little in the manufacturing of proper vessels.
The Duke keys the console, narrowing the image of Kuat to the very ring around it, the shipyards controlled by Kuat Drive Yards... and the First Order. The image was a bit outdated, but it was enough to make the point nonetheless.
I had heard a story of a mission against the First Order that crippled a shipyard in the Bilbringi system and made off with some Imperial technology. I say we do the same, but this time, steal from the Imperial Navy's most vital shipyard of Kuat. We would certainly find some prizes there to enhance our navy's flexibility and capability.
Lucien looks at those gathered.
The risk is great, but the potential reward is worth it. We would likely have our pick from Imperial Star Destroyers to proven frigates and corvettes of the resurgent Empire. We insert ourselves, in small teams, through the civilian traffic, get on the shipyard, capture some vessels and get out before the Imperial Navy can fully react.
...hopefully.

Once Lucien had finished speaking Ivoj stood up and began to speak.
I am always down for a fight Duke Malvern but isn't stealing from the heart of Imperial Space a bit to far? Even for us. As you pointed out someone recently has done something similar at Bilbringi. It doesn't take a genius to up your security measures in place after someone breaks into a facility and then ensure that those same measures are taken at all your new facilities.
Sighing he stroked his beard
Even if we get into Imperial space without issue, and can gain access to the shipyards those are easily the least of our problems. There is no way we can steal everything what is to stop any vessels docked or in nearby space from stopping us. Or worse, tracking us here?

==Raiding Kuat== <<109 PP; P5 Sector, Serenno, Hall of the Lords, Gardens>>
Mary hadn't really been invited to the meeting. But she also hadn't been forbidden from it either. Instead of actually showing up herself though, she remained in the gardens below, face hidden as usual behind her mask. A small drone, no bigger than a large beetle, had whirred its way up through a window & had settled on a wall with a good view of everything. The video & audio was being routed into the displays in her helmet as if she was actually floating there anchored to the wall. Though the little spy drone didn't have nearly the range & multitude of sensors that her actual mask did. It was still plenty good enough to get both high definition video & a range of false color overlays. With the data being routed to her mask, the mask also filled in all the usual overlays that Mary preferred to have, including Name & Rank identifiers when possible, pulled from the still being formed Jedi Lord databases.

Duke Malvern turns to address the words stated by Ivoj Nob.My Lord Nob, your concerns are noted, but we must try something. Try to hit the Imperials where it can hurt.Lucien states before looking around at those present.Fortune favors the bold, members of the Council! And we were bold to reclaim this world from rebels and warmongers that sought to turn Serenno into their playground. Certainly, there are risks with what we do, but hitting them, at a shipyard, will allow us to gain much needed vessels for our own war efforts. The Rebel Alliance and New Republic did it before. Certainly we can do the same!

As the meeting began and Lucien set out his proposal, Titus had sat in silence for a moment or two. Like many others, he had indeed heard stories of a Alliance mission to Bilbringi. The stories varied on the exact details, but the rumour went that a flight of TIE/sf fighters were stolen, while a number of docked Star Destroyers were destroyer. The dry dock was anywhere from badly damaged to sheared in half. What ever the truth was, only the Alliance and the Operatives involved would know. The thing that mattered the most right now, was that Lucien was proposing the Lords attempt a similar feat, but this time stealing capital ships While I'll admit that Lord Nob has some valid points, Lord Malvern is correct. We are short on resources and manufacturing capabilities. Hubris will be the Imperials downfall. If Bilbringi did indeed happen, Kuat is one of the largest shipyards in Imperial space. You can try tighten security as much as you want, but everything has a shatterpoint where it can be broken. We merely have to find the one for Kuat...

Mary found herself once again in the oddly foreign gardens of the Hall of Lords. It had been several months since she had arrived on the planet. Months that had, apparently, been spent being shuffled around as little more than an extra stack of paperwork half lost in the more pressing issues that seemed to have cropped up around the now completed liberation of the planet. Not to say that she had been completely idle during that time. In fact she had helped out in any number of small ways. From leading minor strike teams to clean up warlord & bandit camps, to the seemingly endless need for droid labor.
She had, however, apparently reached the end of her paperwork limbo though. She had been summoned to appear here in order to be evaluated by one of the local masters for training. Now she was just waiting for the mysterious being to show up. As always, her mask's HUD filled in various 'relevent' details for anything she focused on. As well as highlighting a range of preselected sensor returns. One of those was any weapons, lightsaber or otherwise anyone else in the garden was carrying. Which, thanks to the range of sensors in the mask & attached ones studding her belt, included anything covered by something as flimsy as cloth or even thin metal.
