Malvus ponders upon the status of Sump and Pzob, given their relative power and industry. He knew that the trappings of Order could draw the eyes of the Jedi. Despite what had to be said, the Sith knew it was right. He pulls up the two planets of Sump and Pzob, gesturing to them.
I would recommend we make a show of dismantling the shipyard capabilities of Pzob. Its presence will only draw the Jedi to us, unless you can show make the shipyards more...secretive. I am aware that Pzob is known as a backwater world due to its remoteness. I will say that I have plans to gain Sluis Van and Sullust to ensure our naval needs are met with good results whether or not Pzob's shipyards are dismantled. As for the industry of Sump, I am aware of its mining capabilities. Munitions should either go underground or to be diverted to future worlds who have known industry in order to double their output, such as Phelar on this planet.
Malvus keys the holomap to expand and show the rest of the region from afar.
We cannot risk the Jedi or Republic finding us out too soon. I know it will upset you with such suggestions given, but we must not draw their eyes no matter the risk. Removing one shipyard, but gaining two is worth it. As for the munitions on Sump, it can easily be labeled as Ses-Trade mining activity and mineral refineries that are placed underground to avoid the toxic marshes that cover the planet. Pzob's potential lies in its Gamorrean population; good for heavy infantry, cheap labor and mercenary fighters. A good pool of manpower when needed. I believe you can agree with me on that, Kaan.

"Upset me, Malvus? chuckles I have lived my life in the shadows. What you purpose is a wise course of action. The shipyards at Pzob have already fallen into disrepair as it is and it would be no small feat to permanently retire them. I merely mentioned them as a possible resources, but if better alternatives exist then by all means they must be used. The colony and Temple are long abandoned, and only the former being overrun with the pigmen...even their simple minds knew to leave the Temple be. They'll fall in line once I return...they always did before, and once "The Always Coldtime" he motions to himself returns to them even the fiercest of the Klaggs will bow.
He pauses for a time, looking over the holomap at the various worlds in question. He spoke bluntly, but Pzob had always been a place of importance to him. It was not unlike his own homeworld...a world of thick forests it had been as well. But more than that, the nexus of dark energy there had always called him, strengthened him...and he was loathe to give it up. But for the sake of the Blessed Darkness, he would do what was necessary. That said, he thought to himself, it couldn't hurt for the academy within the Temple to see use again...a new legion spreading outwards...
Sump was another matter. Mortale had been very competent in its management, and making all that vanish, slowly or quickly, would be difficult.
"Sump may prove the more difficult of the two...I do not know the present condition of the facilities there, but my brother Mortale was not a fool. It was well-supplied, maintained, and guarded, and I highly doubt that if it has been abandoned by my Order that they left them without...'surprises'. Not that I am too concerned. I should still have access by merit of who I am."

Malvus taps his chin lightly, remembering the Sith Temple that resided upon Pzob. His mind began to make some calculations. The Order was no more, but its presence was still lingering. That alone could draw the Jedi's eyes at any moment. Perhaps making a public show of its demise would not only throw the scent off the Order's trail but also give Kaan breathing room to do his work.
We will have to fabricate some events in order to draw Pzob and Sump into these plans, Kaan. A public fabrication involving Ses-Trade's expansion into those regions. Given Sump's unknown condition, perhaps a publicized military conquest could be done. Stating the Ses-Trade's intent on eliminating unruly elements within that sector of the galaxy. Pirates, rogues, renegades... I suspect there are those who have past loyalties on those worlds that may not obey you and would be better off dead.
His mind then returns to the nature of Pzob, pondering on the best means to ensure its inclusion into Ses-Trade. Another publication would be in order, ensuring the galaxy was blinded to the truth behind the veil.
As for Pzob... perhaps a rebellion, incited by you and some loyalist agents from behind the scenes. Gamorreans and other native species rising up against elements of the Order that might not serve this cause loyally and would be better off exterminated. Ses-Trade is called in to aid the native species and takes over the planet, liberating it. Sith Temple is dismantled in the process as well as the neglected shipyards. The dismantling won't be public, but the headline would be "Liberation of Pzob." A nice ring to keep the Jedi off our tail and ensuring that your operations continue without disturbances. Is this agreeable?

Kaan is silent for some time. The Temple? That was not something he was sure he could bring himself to destroy. But then...it would only need to appear so. Ses-Trade covering his actions, like sand hiding a pit viper. At last left in the darkness he loved and craved, he would grow and grow, his power becoming limitless, the entire universe drowning in pain and darkness never-ending! He was liking the sound of this more and more...it took a great deal of control to keep his outer visage calm while his mind whirled with glee at the blood and death to come. But patience, he said to himself, patience...the hunt is half the pleasure.
"I have just the ones...the Gakfedd Clan. They were the more stubborn and rebellious to begin with. The Klaggs made a show of it for anyone else, but they have always been mine, body and soul. I can easily convince the Gakfedds to rebel, especially if they believe that they are the stronger. Besides... he pauses, then cackles I just had a really good idea...I'll see if it can be done before I say more, but it would solve two problems at once..."

Malvus keys up the holoprojector to display Pzob. He begins accessing files on the three clans mentioned by Kaan. Red colors came up, defining their last known territories or spheres of influence, reports on their chieftains and who they favored and despised. Most of these files would probably be outdated but it could give Malvus a clear view of what needed to be done. His eyes glance at Kaan.
We just need a public show is all. Keep the galaxy unaware of what is truly going on. I may have the dismantling of the Sith Temple be made public though seeing as there has been a recent surge in Jedi militancy. If they believe that Ses-Trade has a common foe with the Sith, they will leave us alone. Ensure any munitions, materials and assets are transported off world temporarily. Possibly to Sump, if its taken before Pzob, or Alzoc III which we are in the process of acquiring. Ses-Trade can label that as mining traffic; mix it in with the necessary machinery and materials to restart the mines there. Keep this trafficking as low-key as possible.
Malvus knew he had much work to do with the necessary fabrication. The fake Ulric, who was still present, was a good and trained orator. He was most likely coming up with the necessary charismatic speeches involving the Liberation of Pzob and the conquest of Sump. His focus then returns to Kaan
Now what was your plan you wished to speak of, Kaan?

"Simple. The shipyard is the answer. It needs dismantling, and the Gakfedd's need rousing. My agents in the Klagg can spread word in their tribe of plans to exterminate them. As I said, they've always been rebellious, and they're ALL stupid regardless of clan. They will need a true sign before they dare to fight...and if you know Gamorreans, nothing angers them more than an unfair fight."
Kaan reaches over to the projector and zooms in on the shipyard information. He glances over it, perusing what information is there. Part of him is pleased to see that there is comparatively little knowledge on his world, yet he knows it must be corrected. He waves his hand over the shipyard again, zooming out to show both the planet and the shipyard. From his sleeve he pulls a datapad and transfers data from it into the holoprojector's computer.
"The shipyard itself remains in orbit by way of 6 solar ionization generators. These have long since fallen into disrepair...my scans of the facility before I departed were minimal, but my shipboard AI was able to determine that only a third of them are still functioning. Now, if a feedback within the power systems can be caused at precisely the right moment, in precisely the right place... he taps the screen, and the projected orbit of the shipyard shows a path of decay ...it will fall from the sky in what will appear to be a natural power failure. And if timed properly, it will land....here. Greetfakjajad. This is a major stronghold of the Gakfedd tribe. They will see it as confirmation of a Sith attempt to wipe them out. The rest of their clan will rally to destroy the Sith overseers, all the more angered by a "dishonorable" attack by faceless enemies. All you need then is to conveniently have a Ses-Trade freighter or two in the area to notice the fighting. Then "noble" Ses-Trade moves to liberate the poor endagered creatures being ravaged by the evil Sith army that has emerged once more. he keys something on his datapad, then hands it to Malvus. What the other Sith sees is that a battalion of Sith Battle Droids lies dormant beneath the Temple, enough to stage a Sith "attack" In the process, the Temple will be leveled by bombardment as the hapless Sith make their last stand within its halls to resist the valiant Ses-Trade who has come to "save the day". Ses-Trade then assumes control of the planet. To any outside investigation, the crash of the shipyards will appear to be nothing more than that of an inevitable crash by a long abandoned station...and sheer bad luck that it landed where it did. Or just the "will of the Force" or some nonsense that the Jedi spout. And by the rebellion's end...there will be no Gakfedd's to tell them otherwise."

Malvus taps his chin lightly at the proposed plan. It was sound and made sense; the Gamorreans would be given their reason to rebel against any undesirable elements of the Order that Kaan wanted eliminated. As a result, Ses-Trade would be given the casus belli to aid the Gamorreans and liberate the planet from the hands of the Sith. On the surface, the Order of the Eye would be eliminate, but in reality, their resources would be transferred to the future of the growing Dark Side cause that Malvus had planned. Calmly, the Sith Lord claps a few times to applaud Kaan's ingenuity.
I have already fabricated reports of pirate activity, which would have been the root of my original plans to liberate Sump and Pzob from the grips of decadent pirates who claimed to be Order's remnants. The fabricated reports will be enough to send a few cruisers into the vicinity of Pzob with the initial response. I suspect you have loyal troops and a navy to rely upon to serve as additional reinforcements from Ses-Trade's military arm.
Malvus then reverts the Holoprojector to display military reports for a moment as the Sith keys the console.
Give me the intel on your personal forces and I can have Supreme Commander Solaris classify them as a new corp for Fringe System Defense Force. If you have no troops to rely upon, I have hundreds of thousands parked as paramilitary and reserve units. All thanks to the inheritance I gained from the predecessor who ruled this planet while the banners of the Empire flew.

= Continuing where Malvus left off.... =
With the absence of his apprentice, Malvus was able to return to his research deep within the bowels of the Tarkin Estates. Security had been increased three-fold since the formation of Ses-Trade in order to keep others unaware of the experiments being conducted. Despite his lack of time, the Sith was still updated from time to time on the progress of his research and experiments, performed by the scientists below.
The Rakghoul plague strand had proven to be rather unwilling to be modified in any way or form. Instead, the strand remained at its status quo in terms of spread rate and appearance. Many of the resulting specimens had to be put down due to the violent nature incurred by the plague, making them a great risk to the facility below. The strand, after some time, was placed back within the highly secure vault that the late Lord Cygnus had created specifically for it. From what had been conducted, the Rakghoul plague was ruled out as a possible addition, which threw a wrench in Malvus's plans.
After surveying the experiments below, those that were infected by Sith Alchemy and Blackwing, Malvus would return to his meditation chambers. Using the techniques taught by the Sorcerers of Tund many generations ago, the Sith entered the dark depths of the Force, an area where some whispered that could turn anyone mad. Malvus meditated due to disturbances he had felt from time to time, not throughout the galaxy, but from his own research. Specimens had occasionally spoken, uttering words that were almost coherent. Such things that none of those mindless specimens should not be able to do. And it was this that caused Malvus to once more tread the lines of sanity and insanity to seek the answers deep with the Force. Deep within the bowels of the Dark Side itself...

"Forces? I have been asleep for some time. The training facility and barracks on Pzob are long abandoned, and my legions scattered. If you feel it necessary, perhaps 1000 men or so will suffice for this plan, but aside from that...if you feel it necessary, then supply me with a legion, but for the most part the work that I do and have done is one of small numbers and secrecy. I find smaller groups of highly competent soldiers serve me better than thousands of levies."
He returns his gaze to his datapad. The archives he took from the Temple are somewhat corrupted...much of the data has been lost. Yet one or two things catch his interest, most notably one of his old projects. The EHG serum..., he muses. Something like that could end up being useful again. Already his mind whirled with possibilities for the future. The Temple would have to be destroyed, for certs. But the miles of tunnels, catacombs, and facilities beneath it? It would be best to keep some of that operational. At least, for himself. Openly...he would need another face, this he knew. And a different base of operations. He found himself wishing for news of his son. The Admiral would be very useful to him at a time like this. A search would be in order eventually. He glances back over at Malvus.
"When should I begin my work?"

Malvus begins to key up some new information, a military roster. Currently, 80,000 troops were active for duty under the FSDF as the Alpha Legion or Eriadu Army Command Alpha. An additional 920,000 troops were diverted as reserves and paramilitary roles, but still were given routine military training for when they were thrown into active status. Malvus gestures to the massive pool of soldiers ready for combat and active status.
I can supply you with a number of soldiers from the roster. They will come with a seasoned staff of Eriaduan Officers as either a permanent or temporary staff while you rebuild your own strength. These are standard soldiers, but can be trained in specialized roles if need be. Once your planets are 'liberated' and assimilated into Ses-Trade, FSDF will deploy additional soldiers from the reserve to serve as garrison forces for Pzob and Sump. I got plenty of soldiers to use, Kaan.
With the demolition of Pzob's shipyards, it would be imperative to acquire Sullust's shipyards immediately for the purpose of Ses-Trade's naval forces. Once the business of Alzoc III was concluded, Malvus would deploy the fleet for the shipyards on diplomatic overtures to ensure their potential was added to the future of his plans. Yet, the Sith Lord believed it might be better to send a smaller convoy for now.

"A force, perhaps 9000 strong, should serve well enough until my own forces are rebuilt, then. As for ships...currently all I have is the Icarus. She's been a fine ship, but not exactly combat worthy."
He browses over the roster list seemingly at random. Faces fly by him at a rapid rate, faster than it seems anyone could read. But then, he pauses over one Lieutenant Gideon Kaine. Eriadu-born, enlisted at the age of 17. Had skill in command and small squad tactics, but not any more so than his compatriots. All in all, he seemed to be no more or no less impressive than his fellow officers...just another average soldier. Yet, the Lord of Chaos stares intently at his file for some time. He points at the projector.
"Him. I want him."
There is a finality in his voice that was not there before, an air of command. In fact, the entire aspect of the older Sith seems to have changed. When first he had entered the room, he had been cautious...tensed. A being of shadow content to hide there in its safety. But now he stands taller, shoulders spread, a cold and calculating stare in his silver eyes. All tension is gone, and he stands as a lord once again.

Malvus gets a communication which he examines quickly before speaking.
The fleet I deployed to acquire Sullust's shipyards has begun conducting diplomatic ventures. Once its acquired, we can begin constructing new warships that you may need, Kaan. As for your force, I will give you an even 10,000 to command. I will ensure Gideon Kaine is transferred to your command with any officers that he recommends.
Calmly, the Sith keys in the orders for FSDF's High Command to ready Gideon Kaine, a staff of seasoned officers and 10,000 troops from the Ses-Trade Military Reserve to be put on active status and be ready for departure when the orders are given. Malvus ensures that the orders are done in the name of Ulric von Tarkin, though High Command was practically in the pocket of the unseen Sith Overlord.

with a nod "Excellent. Then if there is nothing else, I will return to the Icarus by your leave."
This was working out so very well, Kaan thought to himself. He'd rebuild, reform...under this new guise he would be ready to re-emerge into the galaxy again. So much hinged on the next few weeks and months, but he looked forward to it. Testing himself against the universe once more, blood on his swords, death in his hands...let the Jedi scheme. He would, as always, laugh last.

Malvus glances at Kaan and gives him a nod, allowing for the Sith to be dismissed. There was now much more work at hand with the inclusion of a former Lord of the Order and, with him, two new planets to Ses-Trade. He would be working hard to make publications involving the Liberations of Pzob and Sump as well as the peaceful assimilation of the Sullustans. He had heard some progress from Alzoc III and, from the looks of things, the pieces of his plans were falling into place.

Kaan departs for the Golden Venture to return to orbit and his own vessel. He was sure that enough time had passed for repairs on the Icarus to be complete; he knew that this Malvus was very efficient already, and like him a Sith. And the Sith did not tolerate delays. On that note, he decides, it would be best to begin planning the next stage of his task. Upon leaving the office and taking the lift back to the docking level, he makes his way back to the ship that brought him to the estates. He notices that the workers around the pad and even the guards are a little more stiff at attention compared to when he first arrived. A small smile forms on his face...he would have to go without that recognition for a time, but he certainly enjoyed it after so long. Boarding the Golden Venture, he loses no time in gaining clearance for take-off. Plotting a return course to the larger ship in orbit, he sits back as the sky around him gradually darkens and the universe opens up around him. Removing his lightsaber from the hidden pouch on his flightsuit, he looks the battered weapon over. He'd been in possession of this weapon for a long time...it had been a gift many years ago when he had resided for a time on the Death Star. Or rather a crude copy of it that the then Council of the Eye was attempting to construct. It was plated with electrum...a dark crimson blade focused through a corrupted Krayt Dragon Pearl. The housing has seen better days...cut and scratched from constant battle and age. With a flick of his wrist, the saber floats above his hand, coming apart into all its various components. As he looks it over, a thought occurs to him. This was the weapon of a Sith Lord thought to be long dead and gone. Perhaps it was time to construct a new weapon for a new chapter in his life. He reassembles the blade and clips it to his belt, remaining quiet and lost in his own thoughts for the remainder of the voyage.

The lone Sith Infiltrator descended towards the planet's ground level with a gentle pace. It's thrusters pivoted at the right angles, slowing the overall descent of the vessel. Maneuvers were quickly made, and the ship made it's approach on one of the designated landing pads. Guards could be seen standing around the pad, while others patrolled the complex adjacent to it. Small portions of steam exited ports on the infiltrator, it's landing gear extended it's legs, touching down on the landing pad in unison. The rear door opened slowly with exhaust, and a large hooded figure descended the extending ramp calmly. His face was hidden by the shadow of his hood. The guards standing by the landing pad attempted to stand still, but their curiosity was becoming more apparent. The hooded figure walked passed the guards, and entered the complex in front of him.
The lights along the large walls of the Estate attempted to brighten the room, but the hooded figure's darkness swallowed the light with his presence. He did not stop to admire the the decorative paintings, or the hand crafted ornaments hung across the halls. He had a mission of sorts, a task he needed to complete. He continued his gradual pace towards the inner sanctum, a chamber of sorts. The soldiers standing guard did not attempt to stop the hooded figure, they instead stood to the side like a swinging door. The hooded figure continued walking, the room getting bigger the closer he moved in. He spotted the person he was looking for, and immediately stopped in his path. He looked behind him slowly, and the large doors closed shut behind him. The sound of the locking mechanisms were enough for the hooded figure. He turned his head back towards the front, and slowly removed his hood. His metallic like mask stood out from the darkness. The Dark Lord Flvin stood at 7 feet tall and an astounding 300 pounds, his damaged robes sculpting his large figure. Unknown to Eriadu, The Dark Lord from Mustafar had arrived.

The fake Lord Tarkin awaited Darth Flvin as the towering figure walked into his conference room. The middle-aged Eriaduan looked at the man's curious appearance; the metallic mask was a major giveaway as Ulric looked down at something unseen upon his console screen. As the last of the locking mechanisms were heard, Lord Tarkin looked over to his right as another figure walked into view. A red-skinned humanoid came into view, clad in the trappings of the average Sith Lord. For a moment there was silence before Ulric spoke up, glancing over at Malvus.
Another one of your friends, I take it?
You should be used to this by now.
Oh yes, I should be. I forget my place, I should be used to every Dark Sider from here to Bastion.
Malvus glances over at Ulric who goes quiet afterwards. The Sith then turns to look at Darth Flvin, who had last been seen on Korriban before his mysterious disappearance. It seems plenty of Sith Lords were making it a trend; disappear mysteriously and reappear mysteriously. However, unlike others who had visited before, Malvus knew Flvin well. The Red Sith looks at Flvin for awhile before deciding to speak directly at him.
This is the...third time you have vanished now and reappeared, am I right, Darth Flvin?

The Dark Lord towered above most of the objects in the room, his posture as perfect as it could be. He folded his hands behind his back like an elderly man, and began pacing around the room slowly. He listened keenly to Darth Malvus, but his eyes wandered around the room as the conversation took place.
"I am merely a shadow Darth Malvus, an entity in which you cannot detect. Surely I may have vanished to the human eye, but a Sith Lord like yourself should know I never went far."
He began to edge closer to Darth Malvus, his head now directed towards the Sith Lord.
"So what brings you to Eriadu Lord Malvus, and what does it require of me?"

Malvus's eyebrow goes up slightly at the question presented by Flvin.
Do you not remember that I rule Eriadu now, Flvin? Or has it been that long?
The Sith glances to the human male sitting at the conference table and gestures to him.
This man is the public face of my identity as Lord Ulric Tarkin. No one knows that the real Lord of Eriadu is a Sith and I plan to keep it that way.

The Dark Lord looked towards the fake leader, judging him like a cover of a book. He smirked inside his mask, and approached the two in front of the conference table.
"Perhaps my attention wasn't on you Darth Malvus, but It certainly is now. I will speak of my adventures another day."
He removed his hands from behind his back, and wrapped them over each other in front of his chest; flexing his muscles as he did.
"A Puppet state is not a simple task my friend, what do you intend to do with such power?"
