Malvus remained quiet for a long time after Flvin asked his question. After this long silence, the Sith turns slightly to key the holoprojector in the middle of the conference table. The lights dimmed and then were illuminated by a blue glow. The image of the Galactic South, otherwise known as the Western Outer Rim, came into view.
I plan to use this puppet state to forge a new core for a Dark Empire. An alliance made up of Sith, Dark Jedi, and Dark Side practitioners, with one goal and purpose in the mind...total domination of the galaxy and destruction of the Jedi. With the disappearance of the Dark Tide, our brethren have scattered like the stars. It is time to once more fall under one banner and rebuild.
Malvus was willing to share what had with Flvin and keyed some reports were not on the main files, but rather from his terminal.
I have secured support from the NoE remnants of Pzob and Sump. Kaan is working on the arrangements necessary that will bring Ses-Trade to securing them publicly. I have begun military campaigns upon Alzoc III and diplomatic ventures towards Sullust. We will use the virtue of patience to bid our time in order to rebuild and regroup.

Darth Flvin remained silent as he listened to Darth Malvus, his attention directed towards him. He kept his hands wrapped in front of him, slightly flexing his muscles to avoid discomfort. He eyed the holograms up and down, obtaining as much information as he could. The Sith Lord was in full agreement with Malvus' plans, but he knew things wouldn't be as easy as it seemed.
"The Outer Rim will not be difficult to control, but our actions will not go unnoticed. We must strike fast if we want to assert our dominance of this sector."
He looked towards the map once more with a pause, he than looked back to Lord Malvus after gathering his thoughts.
"Allow me to help with these Military Occupations, it will certainly not be difficult for me to accomplish. "

Malvus glances at Flvin for a moment as he keys up some of the detail operations in progress.
Not all will be military occupations, Flvin. Some will be fabricated while others will be coerced by us in order for Ses-Trade to be called in to deal with them. Collaborationist governments will be installed along with Sith spies in order to ensure the planets remain loyal. Ses-Trade's military will be firmly under Eriaduan control. The Fringe System Defense Force totals a million soldiers, all trained upon Eriadu and under the command of Arlan Solaris, one of my Voices.
He brings up details of the military, indicating a large amount that were in paramilitary and reserve units. Over some 900,000 were still within those divisions and awaiting elevation to military operational status. The Sith turns to Flvin.
Our diplomatic talks with Sullust should be wrapping up shortly and Alzoc III is being secured by force. Once Sullust is taken, I can give you soldiers and have ships prepared for a new operation; Mustafar. Its mineral extraction and mining will prove invaluable to us. Once the ships are built, I will begin fabricating reports in order to justify Ses-Trade's advancement upon that planet. Mustafar will be your stronghold, Flvin, in my scheme.

The Dark Lord smiled under his metal cowl, his anger fueled his emotions. His lust for chaos and destruction became immense, looking to explode like a ticking bomb. His home world of Mustafar was a forgotten realm of betrayal and darkness. A story of which brought Darth Flvin to his dark and powerful state.
"Mustafar will fall Darth Malvus, and I will see to its demise. Anyone who opposes me will suffer..."
Darkness engulfed Flvin as he spoke, the force around him swallowed be his anger. Anyone near the Sith Lord could feel his emotions and the darkness that swallowed his mind. His hands clenched tightly as he spoke, his voice twisting at the sound of his home planet. Flvin was eager to channel his anger, his passion for destruction fueling him. He couldn't wait any longer, he needed to get to Mustafar as soon as he possibly could. The wait was finally ending, and Malvus would soon unleash the beast inside Darth Flvin's mind.

Malvus calmly keys the holoprojector off for now. Sullust was still in a grey area in terms of its peaceful assimilation into Ses-Trade's hegemony. It would be some time before ships could be ordered, produced and deployed for Flvin's usage. In the mean time, Flvin may have to do with sticking around on Eriadu. The Sith's gaze turns to Flvin.
Until the Sullustan negotiations are concluded, I have no ships that I can offer for a Mustafar campaign. In the mean time, you may have to linger on Eriadu until I get word from the delegation at Sullust through Ulric Tarkin and his cabinet. Once Sullust Shipyards are acquired, we can begin producing warships for you to utilize.

Flvin's hands clenched for a moment, his anger churning inside. His ambitious actions would have to wait, as things weren't as ready as he was. He nodded his head forward, and placed his hands behind his back once again.
I shall find a place to rest for now, alert me when things are ready for departure.
The Dark Lord turned slowly, making his way towards the large door enclosing the conference room. He raised his hand slowly from behind his back, and used the force to gently open the large doors in front of him. They opened with ease, and the guards on the opposite side immediately stiffened their posture. The Dark Lord continued his shallow pace, moving towards a solitary chamber where he could could rest and meditate for a bit.

With news of Sullust's submission to Ses-Trade, the necessary fleet production was placed upon Malvus's lap, adding to the resources of his grandiose plan that was slowly being set into motion. Once this news was confirmed and sent to the HoloNews center, Malvus would call upon Flvin to meet him in the library, for there was much to talk about with the acquisition of Sullust's shipyards and the ongoing campaign on Alzoc III.
Once Flvin answered and arrived, Malvus would be seen mussing over some old Sith texts, left graciously by his decadent uncle for anyone to snatch. Cygnus may have been powerful, but he was overconfident and fool. If he was indeed so cunning as he was, Malvus would not have been able to desecrate his tomb and mock the corpse of his late uncle. Malvus's crimson eyes would glance up at Flvin for a moment before the Sith spoke.
Sullust has been taken at last, Flvin. Which means we can finally produce the ships you will need for your ultimate conquest of Mustafar. Tell me what you will need for this venture in order to not only take Mustafar but to also defend and hold it in the name of Ses-Trade.

The Dark Lord graciously walked into the large Library, his hands hidden inside his cloak. His mask concealed by the shadow of his hood, but his presence was well known by the guards among the halls. Flvin was able to conceal himself through the force, but he didn't need to hide himself among his own. As he walked through the entrance to the Library, he could see the large shelving units. Thousands of holopads and hand written books scattered among the room, history and knowledge from years before. The Dark Lord had no desire for petty history however, and continued his shallow pace towards his fellow Sith.Sullust has been taken at last, Flvin. Which means we can finally produce the ships you will need for your ultimate conquest of Mustafar. Tell me what you will need for this venture in order to not only take Mustafar but to also defend and hold it in the name of Ses-Trade. The Dark Lord pondered for a moment. He needed to be absolutely precise with his decision, all his strategies and military operations depended on it. He took a moment to pause, then calmly unraveled his plans for Mustafar."A Fleet of course. A Destroyer to lead it, cruisers, corvettes and frigates to escort it, starfighters to protect it. I'll also need an expeditionary force, one that will swear complete loyalty to my command. Commando's, Para troopers, foot soldiers, all are necessary for me to fulfill my plans."

Malvus would recline within his chair for a moment, glancing over at a datapad nearby. He picks it up and tosses the device over to Flvin. Upon it was a record of reserves and paramilitary units, numbering over nine hundred thousand strong. That was nine with five zeroes. Malvus was wise to have chosen Eriadu at the moment when its predecessor vanishing, leaving behind a massive army for the Sith Lord to utilize.
Tell me the number you want and they are yours, Flvin. As for the ships, send an order to Sullust and it will be carried out.

The Dark Lord handled the Holopad gracefully, and began to process his order. His finger moved from one corner of the screen to the next, pushing down on every sequence. The order took him a couple of minutes, but his request was made and in due time his forces would be gathered. He tossed the holopad back gently to Darth Malvus, aiming to have it land on his lap. Flvin stood slowly, his hands moving underneath his robes. He looked towards his fellow Sith, his yellow eyes gleaming with gratitude.
"I've imputed my request. I understand it will take a while for things to process, but that time will allow me to gather my inner demons...the dark side is calling."
He bowed his head slowly, and pivoted towards the exit of the library. His robes concealed his body, but his form was quite revealing to anyone watching. The Dark Lord traveled with haste towards his solitary chambers, a dark envelopment of his own private room. Inside you'd fine an assortment of furniture, but the meditative mat in the middle of the room became the most important thing for the Dark Lord himself.
The Holopad contained the following Military Request:

Malvus would look down at what Flvin desired and went ahead with the order, sending troop deployment orders to the Ses-Trade High Command, mobilizing a full division from the reserve. The order was archived under the signature and decree of the fake Ulric von Tarkin and labeled as green status granted to several units of the Ses-Trade Armed Reserve. Sullust was sent the order for the new fleet, which was now being managed between Sorosuub Corporation and officials of the Ses-Trade; many of whom were in the pocket and under the influence of the unseen Dark Lord.
The Sith calmly watched Flvin depart before returning to his studies. He began to wonder on the campaign over at Alzoc III. Solaris had reported in the commencement of the assault upon the rebel stronghold, but no word yet from his son nor apprentice. Malvus suspected the pair were enjoying the violence too much to report in at this present time.

Malvus would stir from his meditation as his force senses alerted him of the arrival of his apprentice and son. Even from such a distant position in proximity to Alzoc III, the Sith Lord could sense the ongoing struggle and destruction of those that stood stubbornly against the advancing Hegemonic forces. Unknown to Luxeria and Vurkar, who was too young to remember those days, Alzoc III once had a teeming population of Sith who obeyed the will of Malvus when he once lived as Valstrol Horica. Many of them died in the resulting cataclysm that resulted in the Sith's disappearance. Those that remained were being hunted down by his new servants on Alzoc III, the Crimson Acolytes. After dispensing of the dissident elements within his ranks, the Red Sith sent those that remained on Eriadu to Alzoc III in order to serve a greater purpose.
Word would come of the shuttle's landing, forcing Malvus to rise and leave the meditation chambers. A droid was sent to retrieve Darth Flvin, who was an honored guest within the the Tarkin Palace. For even as the three were gathered to the Red Sith, Malvus knew exactly what had to be done. For lately, using the deep meditation techniques of the Sorcers of Tund, the Sith had seen a revival coming, a resurgence for the scattered Sith and Dark Jedi who now roamed the universe. And the time had come to decide upon the future of those who followed him.

Luxeria made her down the ramp of the shuttle, slightly behind Vurkar to his right. She allowed Vurkar to lead, though they knew their destination. She could feel the presence of her master within, waiting for them to meet with him. She had the feeling that there was much to be discussed. She was eager to hear, to see what path laid before them. Under the banner of the Order of Ruin, she had thought that a grand future awaited her and the others within the growing order. Yet, nothing had been heard from them, nor had she felt the presence of Andor since her departure from Thule. It seemed that the sudden flare that fell upon the order was its only spark of life. She only hoped it would not be the case this time around.

The Dark Lord sat still in stasis, his legs folded over each other as he maintained a steady seated position. His mind was focused, that meditation that he had only started a few hours earlier was starting to become distorted, interrupted. He sensed forwards with the force, reaching out in front of him in hopes of finding something. A protocol droid stood outside his room, slowly knocking on the door as it was programmed. Darth Flvin rose silently, using his broad legs to heighten his stature. He dusted off his robe gently, then made his way towards the door. He motioned his hand once, and the locked door slid open; revealing the silver coated protocol droid standing in his wake.
Lord Malvus requests your presence Lord Flvin. Please, follow me.
The Dark Lord looked back once towards his temporary room, the neat and tidiness glistened among the sunlight peering through his window. He snickered for a moment, then began following the protocol droid towards Lord Malvus and company.

Lord Malvus remained silent in his chair as Darth Flvin, Vurkar and his apprentice, Luxeria, approached where he was awaiting them. The tendrils upon his chin twitched every so slightly as his eyes remained closed for now. The Sith did not speak for a long time, even after his requested company had joined him within the library. Quite a time passed before the Dark Lord stirred, slowly opening his eyes to gaze upon the trio standing before him. It wasn't much, but it was a start, thought Malvus. The Sith would rise to sit upright, fixing his posture as he sat upon the chair, gazing at those assembled.
The Old Ways have failed us... many have attempted to revitalize our ways through the forging of empires and the brash decisions to be a public face. To be seen by our enemies so that they may know the face of their fears. I have seen many of these attempts... and all of them fell, not to invaders or the resolve of our foes, but to their own decadence. We cannot trust the Old Ways anymore, with so many that have wasted their visions.
The Sith rose from his chair as his words were paused for a moment. Even with the Ses-Trade Hegemony, serving as the mask of his ranks and actions, Malvus did not seek to build an empire. Under his old name, Valstrol Horica, the Sith had failed and disbanded his own creation in order to begin a path of redemption. A path that was needed to rejuvenate who he was and to cast the past away from his very being. Slowly, the Dark Lord descends, passing through the trio as he walked to a desk, gently touching some of the ancient texts left behind by his uncle. There was still much knowledge needed to be grasp... yet Malvus knew he needed to do more than just be a hermit.
There was a Sith once, a foreigner among the ranks of a Sith Order, who spoke words of truth. Words that we should have heeded and listened to many generations ago. Even Darth Bane understood those words before this particular Sith existed... and his successors held that principle close to them, ensuring their apprentices understood it just as well as they and their masters before them. The Sith I speak of is Darth Nihl.
Darth Nihl, the Fist of Darth Krayt and a top enforcer of the One Sith during the reign of the late Dread Lord. Nihl was the one who assumed control of the One Sith after Krayt was struck down by Cade of that cursed Skywalker lineage. Despite being a mere enforcer, Nihl saw the broad picture where others would have denied it. This Nagai understood what had to be done in order for the Sith to thrive once more. It was these same words that Malvus had examined countless times recently... and it was these words that helped the Sith come to his decision.
Darth Nihl said, shortly before the One Sith went into hiding... "We will disperse into the galaxy in small numbers, masking ourselves, hiding amidst the enemy. We will infiltrate governments on every planet. All must be brought down for something new to be created. Together or alone, we will slip onto worlds and strike from the shadows. We will be invisible. We will be patient. All that exists will be torn apart from within. Darth Krayt's vision of the galaxy remade will be realized. He lives in us. The Sith will prevail." These words must be obeyed in this time. For we are scattered now; diminished from what we once were and have been in the past. There are no more ranks upon ranks of Sith Warriors, legions of soldiers to command, stable and vibrant empires... there is only the void of space and the darkness of the Force.
The Sith lets those words sink in for now before turning to view Vurkar, Flvin and Luxeria for any possible reactions to his speech. He still had more to say, but Malvus wanted to see if anyone opposed the words of Nihl or supported this stance. He was building to his decision, using the groundwork set in motion here to begin anew.

As they entered and took their place before Malvus, she was surprised to see another with them. She had not yet felt his presence until this moment. Perhaps he had arrived some time after their departure for Alzoc III. She could only assume further that Malvus knew this man seeing that he was here with them.
Her attention then became completely focused upon the words spoken by her master. She had crossed her arms just before he began to speak and her eyes revealed their focus. Not once did her attention drift from him, even when he moved passed them. She said nothing, only wishing to listen to his words in full before formulating any type of thought in response. But she came to agree with his words. Even when he asked her before she left about the different rules the Sith had followed before, she admitted to not thinking any of them did well in strengthening the Sith. Though the path he intended would leave them hidden from view in regards to who they truly were, she felt that it was a better choice, at least until the time was right.

The Dark Lord entered the room, his dark aura cloaked among himself. His force identity was made considerably unknown, for his senses showed another person in his presence. He approached Darth Malvus, only to be surprised by the appearance of three other Sith. He maintained his posture, straightening his spine and flexing his muscles as Lord Malvus began his speech. Flvin listened keenly, the words of Darth Bane and Darth Nihl quickly caught his attention. Darth Flvin respected Darth Bane more then anyone that existed. The thought of following in his steps made him tremble with excitement, a man with such power made him shiver out of control. He continued listening, hearing the great words from Darth Nihl from his time with the One Sith. It made him think for a moment, connecting past history with each other. His studies in the past taught him of past Sith and their great ambitions. The words of Darth Nihl quickly reminded him of another powerful Sith Lord, Darth Sidious.
Flvin stepped forward slowly, waiting for Lord Malvus to silence his tongue.
"Darth Nihl's words are intriguing, it stirs thoughts of history in my mind. The Great Darth Sidious followed in these words of secrecy, engrossing himself in society as if he never existed. Should we conduct ourselves in such a manner, we shall never reveal ourselves to the galaxy...until the time is right. We must grab a hold of powerful figures, and dangle their bodies by our strings. The galaxy will become our instrument, and we shall never have to play a tune."

The galaxy will become our instrument, and we shall never have to play a tune." The Banite Sith's principles have their pros and cons, Lord Flvin... but they will be of no use to us now. There are many Darths in this galaxy of ours. Bane's order crumbled and faltered after the death of Sidious and the many attempts by Lumiya to create a successor; all of whom failed in the end. Krayt's philosophy of the Rule of One would be something more efficient given our state; as I said before, there are many Darths in our galaxy and thus it would be difficult to continue the Rule of Two.Malvus knew what he spoke could be considered heresy. Many Sith idolized Bane for creating a strong philosophy and a lasting order of Sith that existed for many hundreds of years after his demise. Yet there was truth; after the death of Sidious and his apprentice, Vader, there were none left to continue the teachings of Bane. Sidious employed many dark side practitioners within his empire, resulting in many Dark Jedi and Dark Side Adepts that were not truly Sith. Many claimed to be Sith, but the question remained... where they truly Sith or were they impostors?
Lumiya's attempts at creating a successor proved vain... though she sought to preserve the Sith legacy after the collapse of the Banite Sith, none of her apprentices were truly worthy. Flint was ultimately killed by Lumiya for his betrayal. Carnor Jax, though successful for a period of time, fell at the hands of his rival, Kir Kanos. This left Lumiya without an apprentice for three decades, till the ascension of Darth Caedus, the first true Sith since Sidious. Yet even with the Skywalker blood in his veins, Caedus fell into darkness and was killed. Lumiya was vanquished shortly after.
Krayt's Order left many Sith, even after his death. His principles and philosophy still vibrated within the galaxy long after his death at the hands of Cade Skywalker. And, given the many Sith of their galaxy, it could once more serve its purpose in uniting the Sith once more. Malvus saw the need of Nihl's words, the Sith Imperative, or the Grand Plan, as initiated by Darth Bane and the Rule of One. The Republic may be gone... but the Jedi still existed. As long as the Jedi Order lived, the Sith would continue to fight and seek their long-time foes demise. If you do not believe in the Rule of One, if you not believe in the imperative measures that must be taken to preserve ourselves... to make us strong once more... then leave my presence. Leave my world and never return. Loyalty is needed in these days, contrary to our nature... such a drastic change could be considered heresy to you all present... but loyalty will ensure that our enemies will face a much stronger foe when we rise once more from the ashes and strike forth from the shadows.Lord Zuka Zammanee Tarkin's presence in orbit is revealed to all that are participating in the meeting. Malvus did not seem phased by the sudden presence of Zuka Zammanee Tarkin, yet his force senses were immediately alerted to his presence. One of the few that the Sith could call friend and ally... one of Malvus's oldest acquaintances since the days of Lord Mendacious reign over Eriadu and the usurpation of Cygnus Tarkin over the Sith's rightful inheritance. His sudden appearance made the Sith curious; curious as to why he had appeared suddenly after all these years.

Darth Flvin wavered, his thoughts circled his mind as his body sat still in stasis. The talk of abandoning the Banite Sith was treacherous......but Lord Malvus was right. There are too many Sith in the galaxy, and no way to reestablish Bane's rule of two. Flvin breathed a sigh, its audible tone muffled by his mask. He looked to the Sith on his right, then back towards Lord Malvus.
"Banite's Sith will always burn a fire in my heart, but I respect your decision. Reigniting the Rule of Two would seem almost impossible at this point, a catastrophic event would be needed to wipe out the weak. For now, we must gather what we have. Darth Krayt's Rule of One shall be followed with honor and loyalty. Anyone who stands in our way will crumble into dust."
Darth Flvin continued his speech, slowly bring himself down to one knee as he did. "Your leadership in the past did not waver, your command unparalleled, your power unstoppable. I, Darth Flvin shall pledge myself to the One Sith. Keep me by your side, and I shall squash every insect that tremble at our wake. I am your saber, a living weapon....a Dark Lord of the Sith."
