As Maedhros' recollection neared the end it was clear Zuka was getting angry. Slight tentacles of electricity began emerging from his clinched fist as he stood in front of the large window. Zuka restrained himself, unlike last time and turned to face his young cousin...
"I see now...The vile influence of our late uncle Cygnus and his ilk have seeped into another innocent life and tainted it. Thank you for sharing, I know it must be difficult to share, but through your pain will come strength. Allow that pain to feed your power, but don't let it consume you...balance is key."
Zuka laughed as he suddenly found him acting as a teacher once again. He released a small sigh...
"Cygnus Tarkin as well as his grandchildren are traitors to the family, their existence has been stricken from records. That is all the revenge I can give you... But relish in the fact that by doing so would really piss Cygnus off."
Zuka revealed a slight smirk and continued on.
"So with revenge out of the equation, you must choose a different path. You mentioned reclaiming your birth right, technically your grandfather was the next in line to inherit the Tarkin Estate, but then came Adolph. With their passing it falls back to you according to what Cygnus led everyone to believe...But he has been revealed to be a liar and a traitor. It is I who rightfully inherits the family estate as I am the last remaining and closest heir to the true patriarch, Wilhuff Tarkin. Cygnus kept that truth from me to further his own plans as he knew I would lead a different direction. Unfortunately, Cygnus squandered everything so I am left with debt and dust. If you wish...since you are family... you are welcome to join Lord Malvus and I in rebuilding the family name. There is musch you will learn and everything you do will only better the family and in that ourselves. Think on that..."
Zuka turned to look out the window, while his words sank in.

With this, the battle's end came swiftly as the opposite end of the staff came up and lightly tapped her left arm, then was redirected in its spin to to up under Luxeria's saber as she just started to regain control of it to hit it just above the hilt. The staff spun again as it came down on the top side of the saber, hitting the same location above the hilt. The sudden sting on her arm and the quick double strike at her focused point of grip, the saber was removed from her hand and sent to the ground. The final attack was the droid stepping in and pushing against Luxeria with the middle portion of the staff which sent her back to the ground without the ability to roll away as the end was pointed at her chest. Shortly after the Magnaguard had successfully disarmed and defeated Luxeria, the presence of Malvus would fill the room as the Sith returned from the conversation with his cousin, Zuka, and the sudden appearance of Raven's long lost descendant, Maedhros. The thoughts of family matters were cast aside as Luxeria's master walked into plain view. Vurkar bowed to his Sith father before stepping back to let him take over his apprentice's training. The Sith Lord snapped his fingers assertively, making the droid back off of his apprentice, going into a standby posture as the master approached Luxeria.
With a flick of his wrist, her lightsaber landed within the palm of his grip as Malvus's eyes glanced down at its construction. It seemed this model was nothing better than a training lightsaber. How Luxeria had managed her training thus far with this tool was quite the feat. Without hesitation, the Sith tossed it to the feet of Luxeria. It seems that, to further your combat training, you will need to construct a more powerful lightsaber, one more suited to your grip and style of fighting. I, for instance, use a pair of lightsabers that can be joined to form a saberstaff, similar to the one used by the Dark Side Adept, Asajj Ventress. It is good for its versatility and ability to make unpredictable changes during combat.Malvus turns, gesturing to his son's own weapon, a long-handled style lightsaber. The long-handled lightsaber is an interesting model as well. It is good for aggressive swings and particularly forms to the body, allowing the handle to swing around the body's mass with ease. Although the long-handle makes it a plain target for opposing duelists, in the right hands, it can be a rather potent weapon. The Sith then returns his gaze to his apprentice.Your weapon is your life, Luxeria. You must have a weapon that can be relied upon and fit with your style of fighting. As a warrior, you must be one with your weapon as your weapon must be one with you. To construct your own lightsaber will be the first phase of your combat training.

As Maedhros listened he thought on the choice before him. He could go back home like his father did, live a normal life. Maybe his chance was missed, maybe this was not his destiny.. Or perhaps he could stay and join them. Build something for himself. Something worthy of his grandfathers memory. Something of his own.He turned to Zuka and scanned his face looking for sincerity. Maedhros heard no lie in his voice, nor sensed anything but the utmost sincerity. Perhaps this was where he belonged.
Well then. Perhaps it's for the best. There is nothing for me anywhere else.... I will stay.

Luxeria watched as the droid moved back and went into stand-by with a simple snap of her master's fingers. She turned to look at him from her place on the ground as he summoned her lightsaber to himself and began to look it over. As he eyes scanned it, it was hard to grasp just what he was doing. Though the questions swirled her mind, they were short lived as he threw at her feet. That action alone was clear enough of his thoughts, but was reinforced by his words.
Taking her saber, she pushed herself to her feet, her eyes never leaving Malvus as he explained his own and his son's type of saber and the effectiveness of their use. He easily implied the idea of her saber being utterly worthless, to which see couldn't see his understanding. In fact, she couldn't help but feel something well up inside her, though she couldn't explain the feeling. It wasn't so much irritation, but something about what he said irked her somehow. Still, she remained calm and quiet as he spoke, taking in the words before she'd speak.
When he was finished, she looked down at her own saber. Indeed, it was simple in its design, but she didn't see how it was being looked at as it was. After a moment, she returned her gaze to Malvus. "I know that my understanding of the lightsaber and its construction is, at best, basic. Yet, I don't understand what makes a lightsaber more powerful. By what I've seen, mine is as capable as Vurkar's, especially if it can easily remove a man's head." She remembered her time on Alzoc III during the fight with Malkor. Even after his death, she had taken his head just to be sure he was down. "Just as I know little about what a lightsaber can do, I also know barely anything about the crystals used within them. However, when Andor gave these sabers to me and Lura, he told us that they held a Qixoni crystal. What I came to learn of it was it was capable of creating a stronger blade than normal. But what I do know is that the weapon, while being better than its opponent is preferred, it is the wielder that brings out the full potential." When she spoke to him, it almost sounded as if she was questioning his words. However, Luxeria wasn't going to simply obey and follow a master just because he was the master. She wanted both the perspective of herself and him to be understood and to better understand the reasoning behind the words. In this would she get more out of what he said as well as find the reason to truly follow his advice.
"Also, as you said, I need to create a saber that best fits me and my style of fighting. But my skills are but basic movements and mostly instinctual. I cannot create a lightsaber that suits me when I have yet to establish who I am or what works best for me as a fighter."
Now that the sparing had come to an end, she had sensed another's arrival. That was three unexpected visitors that he had to interact with and begin involving them with his plans. It was only starting, but she felt similar patterns starting to appear as it had with Andor. How long before he was so caught up in his plans that she would end up left to her own devices again? "Are there any recordings within the library that I can listen to or watch that will help me to better understand these different forms?"

Malvus did not chastise his apprentice's words. Instead, he remained silent. His eyebrow was raised slightly at the mention that her previous master, Darth Andor, had merely given them these lightsabers. In addition, they already held a rare component. The Sith scoffs slightly before speaking plainly to his apprentice.
Andor should have taught you how to create your own lightsaber, not given it to you as some gift. Each lightsaber is unique in its own way, Luxeria. Just as they're many individuals in the universe, we must view lightsabers as such. No two lightsabers can be the same in construct, appearance nor quality. A lightsaber must be constructed by the individual to fit the wielder.
His eyes would glance at the lightsaber, a manufactured model with a twin. It was unspeakable that a Sith Master would just grant his apprentices their own lightsabers. It was heresy nonetheless. Andor had skipped over a key lesson in Luxeria's education; for if this lightsaber were to go out, how would she know how to repair it or build a new one from scratch? Malvus would rectify that.
The Sith would slowly reveal his hand, carrying one of his lightsabers within his palm. The metal hilt would raise gently from his palm and begin to deconstruct itself before Luxeria's very eyes. His fingertips twitched every so often as the entire frame was removed, revealing the mechanics and parts that went into the construction of a lightsaber.
Any lightsaber is capable of cutting any head off a person's body, apprentice. Yet, you must have a lightsaber formed by your hands, that way you know that you can trust its reliability and know how it works within your hands. To have a lightsaber crafted from hands other than yours invites disaster and complications. To know your lightsaber, you must have created it.
Slowly the parts come back together as Malvus brings his lightsaber back into order. Quietly, it is placed upon his utility belt. There was a reason why the Sith was showing a great anger towards Andor and how he managed the previous apprenticeship over Luxeria. If the Order of Ruin had such leaders at the helm, then that sect was doomed to fall into nothing... and under the boot of Malvus and his One Sith. And without the proper education, his apprentice would have never become a true Sith.
The biggest detail that you did not learn, Luxeria, was that the construction of a lightsaber requires a period of meditation. This process can last for days on end as the user imbues the lightsaber crystal, chosen by the wielder to give life to his or her weapon, with the Force. The crystal and wielder become attuned to each other. This is a key step that could result in either life or death, apprentice. This weapon given to you would have eventually failed you and then you would be vulnerable. That is why we must ensure a proper weapon is constructed for you... and I will train you in how to understand the process that goes into this construction.

Luxeria listened as Malvus continued to speak, though he showed no anger in regards to her words. She was thankful for such and got what she wanted from it. He went into further discussion as to the true reason of it being nearly worthless to her. It wasn't because it wasn't a capable saber, but one crafted from another. Prior to his words, she would have thought nothing on it, and though she had planned to craft a saber of her own that reflected her, she would have carried it as her normal weapon, never thinking of it failing because it wasn't tuned to her or crafted. There was much to learn in regards to crafting a saber.
She watched as his saber floated in the air and began to disassemble itself. It looked like there was nothing to it, but she didn't let his actions cloud her thoughts. She expected creating it and giving it life was a task on its own. Once the saber has reassembled and Malvus finished speaking, she gave a nod. "I understand. I believe these were gifted to us out of need on his part. We were given these sabers when we first arrived on Thule to begin setting the foundation for the Order of Ruin. He expected a fight with its leader and his followers. Despite being barely trained, he gave us these sabers, no doubt for his own benefit than for ours. While I always planned to create a lightsaber of my own, as I had downloaded files on it prior to our departure from Kuat, I wouldn't have thought anything about using this saber and its possible failings."
She looked the saber over again, her grip tightening. She had thought foolishly on that subject, though it was uncertain whether she was the fool in thinking it, or Andor was for not ensuring the information was given to her as Malvus was doing now. Despite the plans and the possibility that things would become like the Order of Ruin and that her training with Malvus would become spread, she knew she could still gain knowledge and power her, unlike back on Thule. If anything, he could guide her in the direction in her studies so that when they did meet for their next session, she would have things to work on with him, questions for deeper knowledge, and something to show. Placing the saber back on her belt, she looked back to him. "However, until I can establish myself and know my style and preferences, crafting a saber to reflect these things cannot be done properly. Thus this saber will have to do until then. I do realize, though, that the longer I rely on it, the greater the chances of it failing. I feel it would be best to grasp a basic knowledge of many different styles and learn to use them decently so that I understand how they work with me. With that knowledge, I can truly form my own weapon. But as I progress in understanding the forms, so will I in the lightsaber and its creation."

Zuka turned around to reveal a slight smile.
"I sense much potential within you, how knowledgeable are you in the ways of the force? Advanced knowledge in the force isn't required here, but it certainly can help in tight situations. Others...more devoted people would say it is transformative and often allows one to enhance their life almost spiritually. I wasn't always able to wield the force as I do now, but being a realist or pragmatist is a Tarkin trait. When I served Emperor Palpatine to hunt down the Jedi after the clone wars I quickly realized how disadvantaged I was if I were to confront a Jedi. After capturing my first Jedi I learned as much as I could from him before executing him. With each Jedi I obtained I grew stronger in the force and my job got easier and it did transform me... I do see the universe differently than when I was younger.
If his newly discovered relative was willing, Zuka would make him his apprentice. Zuka had never taken on a apprentice and was picky on who he favored. Seeing as Maedhros was family, Zuka was already partial to him.

Malvus gazed upon his apprentice as she spoke. Luxeria exhibited a mind that was far more educated and knowledgeable than any apprentice the Sith Lord had encountered before. He could tell that she knew things, but needed someone to guide her in order to understand them fully. Through her words, Malvus saw truly powerful apprentice before him, one that would, one day, be among the few who truly could be counted as Sith. The Sith Lord would then turn to the standby Magnaguard model and gesture to it, making the droid once more ignite its electrostaff. The droid twirled it a few times before getting into a offensive posture. The Sith then returned his gaze to Luxeria.Let us try this once more, Luxeria. Remember, Makashi is known to elegant and focused, and based on balance and footwork to outmaneuver opponents. Fluidity, precision, and economy of motion are relied on, rather than strength, with Form II bladework heavily utilizing jabs and light cuts rather than hack and slash movements. The footwork of this form is commonly followed a single line, front and back, shifting the feet to keep in perfect balance as the practitioner advanced and retreated. This style based on balance, on back-and-forth charges, thrusts, and sudden retreats. As Malvus speaks, he would gesture to the droid as it mimic a rough style of Form II given its programming and weapon at hand. The favored weapon of Form II practitioners was a single-handed lightsaber as this style was very much focused on one-vs-one dueling and lightsaber-vs-lightsaber combat. The Sith then raises two fingers to Luxeria. The two key maneuvers of Form II are the contentious opportunity and Makashi riposte. The former is recognizing and exploiting any opening in an opponent's defense, so that you may swiftly strike the flaw. The latter is meant to alter the angle of an opponent's attack in order to retaliate quickly. So, focus upon disarming your opponent, Luxeria. That is the key of Form II, a swift and decisive disarming maneuver.Without anything further to say, the Sith steps back as the Magnaguard twirls its staff some more, advancing steadily upon the apprentice. Malvus would watch this session attentively to ensure Luxeria understood his words. However, knowing her intelligence, she would be able to utilize his words and be able to turn them into the actions that were Form II.

Luxeria watched as the Magnaguard came out of stand-by and stood ready to attack again. She turned and ignited her own saber, though it didn't come to her. She then heard the words of Malvus. As he spoke, the image of the form changed from the few words that Vurkar had spoken. With them, the concept behind it was completely altered. It made her wonder if Vurkar actually knew how to perform the style or if he never got to the point of actually instructing her as Malvus was currently.
Her eyes never left the droid as it began to go through some of the movements of the Makashi form. Though she had been focused on her own movements, she had picked up on the way it had moved against her. What she found interesting was that it moved almost exactly as it had when it fought her: its stepping movement, the way its attacks was a brush against her skin instead of an actually slash, even the way it deflected and parried, making her more open afterwards. She paid close attention as she watched. With this new concept, it seemed to be more like a dance than actual combat. It would certainly take time to fully grasp the movements, to maintain the balance her master spoke of, but the idea of a graceful style appealed to her more than a typical straightforward art.
Malvus then continued to speak, describing the to key maneuvers of the form, the second which sounded like the one move the droid performed on her. It had locked itself with her saber and pushed against it and moved it to a certain point before letting it give, giving it a free opportunity to inflict its attack against her, which led to her defeat. With that, she had the image of that type of block and parry in her mind. The other was simply recognizing an opening and making her attack. While she expected that it was something all forms needed, this form made the best use of it.
As the droid began to move on her, she lifted her saber in front of her with both hands. She watched as its easy pace suddenly quickened as it seemed to skip forward, leaning out with its right side and thrusting in with the staff. Stepping back on her left foot, her body twisted to the left and leaned a little as her saber came down and brushed it past her. Keeping a mind on the movements of the droid in their prior spar and based upon Malvus's words, she didn't hold the staff but moved with it, letting it move with that staff back before pulling it back so that it spun around the back of her head. As it came around to her right side, she slashed nearly straight up for its left arm, but it tilted and leaned to dodge the attack. With its staff extended passed her, the droid brought it up towards her, more in attempt to just hit and push her off balance. The movement of Luxeria's attack allowed her to fluidly bring her saber down to block, but once again stayed with it for only a split second. She then spun to her left. As she came around, she twisted her saber so that as she came to face the droid, she'd drive the blade straight into its chest.
The droid gripped the staff with both hands as Luxeria made her thrust, the end that didn't attack her coming up to push Luxeria's attack upwards. Going with the flow, she let her blade move down the right side of the droid before making a wide sweep at its waist to which the droid simply stepped back. The retreat was short as it pressed in as soon as her saber passed by, quickening its attack pace and pushing the offensive on Luxeria. Making use of the staff, the Magnaguard struck out, aiming first a straight attack from the right then flowing in a light slash from its left in an upwards angle. It continued on, moving with the flow of its attacks letting the right attack move downwards to attack at the ankles. With this, the right end of the staff moved over to the left before coming up to attack at her head, which it attacked first with the right end that moved to attack the same position with the left end, a move only capable with use of a staff.
Luxeria responded the best she could, the attacks coming quicker than before. She brought her saber up to her left to block the first attack, the flipped it downwards to her right to deflect the second attack. The principle of fluid movements became her friend in this as the deflection easily led to the movement of her saber to her right side to block the staff from meeting her feet, then back up to block the first attack at her head. Overall, it seemed she performed a solid four point defense, stepping back easily the whole time. When the final attack followed at her head, she ducked and brought her saber over to her left as the droid made an attack back at her shoulder with the left end of the staff. However, in this movement, Luxeria's right foot was back and nearly directly behind her left foot. When she went to block the next attack, her body twisted to her left, both hands on the hilt. This led to the droid's attack taking advantage of her sudden lack of balance and caused her to stumble a bit before falling to the ground, though she kept hold of her saber.
While she had gotten a better grasp of the movements and concept of the form, she lacked the full depth of understanding in her footwork. It had led to her being unbalanced in the last attack. What was further was that she didn't realize her two hand grip aided in the unbalance due to the extra twist of her body that didn't distribute the weight as well as it could. Two things she had yet to grasp about the form was its better use with one hand and the grip she had upon the saber.

Maedhros nodded in interest in the turn of conversation.
I was taught some by Kane Skirata one of my grandfathers Generals, he along with my father showed me most of what I know. Before I left I was able to get my hands on an old holocron, and learned some of what my grandfather had to offer. I learned however that he delved deeply into sith magic. Which is something I very much desire to study.

Zuka sighed as Maedhros expressed his desire to learn Sith Sorcery, Zuka was quite familiar with its practice, but felt utilizing it would unbalance himself. Zuka also was not a fan as he witnessed its full use with Cygnus and how it corrupted the once noble Tarkin.
"I can show you the door to using Sith Magic, but you will have to walk through it alone. I am very familiar with what one can do with such power... but even the strongest of Sith pay a price for its use. It is my belief that it was Sith Magic that corrupted Cygnus Tarkin and if Raven had lived longer it would have corrupted him too. So I warn you... I will personally put you down if I feel that you are a danger to this family and our interests. I will not allow another Cygnus derail and weaken this family. Am I understood?"
Zuka starred deep into Maedhros eyes as Zuka was absolutely serious. He cherished his family, so much so that he would absolutely kill to protect them. Flashbacks of Cygnus crossed Zuka's mind ignited his new hatred of Cygnus.

Maedhros could sense his concern, the read on his face was very evident. He was not a fan of sorcery. Perhaps he was correct, and maybe this was not a path he should seek, but he had his heart set on it for quite some time, and it would take more then a man he just met to dissuade him from his current path.
If that time comes, do what you must... But do not underestimate me so much, as to think you can just put me down on a whim old man. He turned to Zuka with a smirk.* I hear us Tarkins are stubborn buggers.

Zuka returned the smirk with one of his own...
"Indeed we are. It cost Wilhuff, Cygnus and Raven their lives."
Zuka turned to exit the young man's suite to return to the corridor.
"I only made it to Eriadu myself, my ship in orbit is in disrepair...which is a story I'll share later. Get settled here and meet your uncles in the training area. I will will need to discuss matters with Malvus alone before you and I begin."
Zuka disappeared before Maedhros could reply.

As Zuka navigated the corridors of the estate he made mental notes of what exactly he needed to go over with Malvus. Just as Zuka was about the pass the massive doorway leading into the library he paused and was reminded of the countless hours he had spent planning the business of the empire and of family matters. Zuka clinched his fists at the realization it was all for nothing, at that time. The hatred and anger of Cygnus began bubbling up once again. All the work he had put in amounted to nothing now. He collected himself as a patrol of droids began to pass him. The thought of Malvus handling things calmed him as he continued his brisk trek back to the training room. After passing several security checkpoints Zuka arrived at the training room. As he approached his cousin he walked with a definite purpose, Zuka had much to attend to with little time...well, at least to him he had little time.Zuka stopped as he stood to Malvus' right side, as Luxeria made her maneuvers Zuka focused his sight upon her training, but spoke to his cousin...
"Val, I know by accepting and taking on the Tarkin Estate I will only be inheriting debt... I will accept the burden. I will make the estate solvent once more, but I will require some start up resources from you. I also need a fleet and a army, as well as some permissions to repair and upgrade my vessel in orbit. I'll need security access for the entire estate as well...even the vault. I want all of Cygnus' belongings sold off and used to pay down the debt...no matter how little it will do. I have a lead on Varonat that could help pay off the debt as well, may not be viable, but it requires attention."

Malvus watched as Luxeria showed improvement since the last bout with the droid. Still, she had some trouble especially as the Sith Lord eyed how she wasn't utilizing the one handed grip that helped Form II excel in order to make movements more fluid and balanced. The Sith raises his hand, making the droid back off for now. His eyes turn to another droid nearby as it came to life and drew a different weapon instead. From the looks of the design, the weapon was an Echani Vibrosword, known to be cortosis-weave which gave the metal lightsaber-deflecting qualities. The Magnaguard with the electrostaff stepped back, allowing the other with the vibrosword to step forth. He turned to his apprentice.Let us try an exercise with a vibrosword which will mirror the most common scenario of dueling in lightsaber combat, one lightsaber versus another. This will help you concentrate not only on one venue of attack, but get used to Form II. The electrostaff will have to wait until you are more accustomed to Form II's fluid movements and balanced style. Focus on not only avoiding being disarmed, but practice using only one hand on your lightsaber. Begin. He steps back as the Magnaguard ignites the vibrosword, bringing the electricity to life as the same was done with the electrostaff. Malvus would then focus entirely upon his apprentice to make sure she did better this time. However, distractions lurked all around him."Val, I know by accepting and taking on the Tarkin Estate I will only be inheriting debt... I have a lead on Varonat that could help pay off the debt as well, may not be viable, but it requires attention." Even as Malvus spoke with his apprentice and watched as Luxeria began a second bout with a different kind of weapon, he could sense the approach of Zuka. Determination was a clear intention, even from the down the hallway, the Sith could sense that purpose within Zuka. His cousin would speak to him as he entered, but Malvus kept his eyes trained upon Luxeria as she dueled with the vibrosword-wielding Magnaguard. Yet, despite his attention not moving in the slightest, it was clear that the Sith was listening to his cousin's words. However, the response may not be what Zuka would have wanted, but was nonetheless what Malvus had to say.I will grant you the resources to repair and upgrade your vessel in orbit, Zuka, but I cannot give you the estate nor security access. I cannot simply hand that over, Zuka. The estate is needed for my designs, not only for the One Sith, but beyond that. Its security will remain within my control as its inheritor. It is the house of the Viceroy Ulric von Tarkin, after all, to the public, if it were suddenly changed in hands, this slight detail could alter everything I have set in motion. However, you may use Sullust shipyards to build your fleet, if you wish, and as for an army, I can let you borrow some soldiers in the near future. He then pondered about the Vault's contents and Varonat, both subjects that had been brought up before, not long ago, and both that had been denounced by Malvus. The Sith raises a gloved hand, gently touching one of the twitching tendrils upon his face as the Lord Regent's gaze remained upon the training Luxeria. He remained silent for longer than expected before speaking calmly. The Vault's contents will be sorted out eventually... I have been meaning to send what scrap metal is in there to the foundries over at Phelar to be used for Eriadu's industry. However, as you know, other plans and matters require my attention more so. For now, the Vault will remained locked as it has no importance to either of us. As for Varonat, tell me about this lead and I will consider on whether or not its worth looking in to.

All Zuka could do is release a slow quiet sigh. Why the secrecy? Zuka thought to himself, had he not always been a loyal ally through the years? It didn't matter, this wasn't the time or place.
"Your help is appreciated. As for Varonat, when I served in the time of the Galactic Empire... The true empire under Emperor Palpatine. I almost participated in a raid to put down and control a gas production operation. If memory is correct, the imperial data I saw mentioned a gas production industry that thrived there. I don't know who controls Bespin these days, but corning the tibanna gas market could help our goals. Since you haven't told me what specifically needs to happen around here to advance your One Sith... I will do what I do best; if anything having a private gas production facility would insulate us from price inflations in the galactic gas market. I see a profitable economic opportunity here."

*Slowly, Gavin's freighter progressed downwards through the planet's atmosphere, cutting through the clouds that stood in his way. There was several minutes of nothing but sky before him as he dropped lower and lower until he finally dropped below the cloud line and was able to see the planet's terrain. He already had a city in sight, the estate he was instructed to go to resting within its confines.
The ship glided over the earth as he headed towards the coordinates of the estate, taking time to glance around and see just what this planet had to offer in its wilderness. Was it a simple and beautiful world that one could find peace in? Perhaps it was covered in treacherous terrain that challenged even the most experienced survivalist. As a man who not only spent time in exile, but trained himself and his apprentices in such terrain, the idea of the latter excited him a bit. Would it be something new to him? Would it be as blistering hot as the magma fields on Mustafar, as frigid as the snow caps of Hoth, as hostile as the dark swamps of Dagobah, or dry as the dunes of Tatooine? Then again, it maybe have been the former and been as beautiful and elegant as Naboo and other such garden worlds. Questions he may seek answers to later down the line.
Reaching the city's border, Gavin made sure to slow the ship to a speed enough to keep him in the air as he kept his eyes open for any other ships flying around. It wasn't long before he spotted the Tarkin Estate, as if it was easy to miss. It was a grand building, much like the Estate of the Ten back on Kuat. He chuckled and shook his head as he reached it and began his landing cycle. The ship came to a halt in the air as it descended upon a landing platform, the freighter turning so that the boarding ramp faced the building. It was a few seconds before he felt the shudder of the ship as it settled on the ground. Only by one, switches were flipped off as systems began to power down and go offline.
Standing from his chair, he made his way to his room and began to gather a few things before heading out. The first thing he went for was his sabers. Two went into the holsters built into the pants on each leg, two hung on his belt on each side and a single saber attached flat to his belt at his back. Overall, all five sabers were in place. For now, he chose to leave the saberstaff behind. He didn't see himself using his own lightsabers for any reason; they were simply grabbed out of habit. Finally, he grabbed his gray trench coat and flung it on before heading to the boarding ramp, letting it lower as he walked off the ship. There he waited, expecting a guard or escort to lead him on somewhere.
In the moment he had, he closed his eyes and reached out towards the building. The presence of both Luxeria and Malvus was strong. They were indeed here. Without a doubt he was brought here by Mavlus's wishes.*

I will do what I do best; if anything having a private gas production facility would insulate us from price inflations in the galactic gas market. I see a profitable economic opportunity here." Malvus continued to keep his attention fully upon Luxeria. Yet his mind was at work; Zuka was clearly someone who wanted to expand the Hegemony in order to encompass more for the One Sith to use. However, the Sith Lord was against major expansions due to the fact that it might draw attention. Yet, they were in a rather inactive part of the galaxy. The Republic neglected it, many Sith factions passed the region over. The Sith was aware of the fruit on Varonat, known as aleudrupe berries, could be used as a replacement for tibanna gas for blasters. Something Zuka pointed out from the get-go. He would momentarily glance at his cousin before returning his gaze to Luxeria.Get your fleet up and running first, Zuka, then we may discuss the possibility of taking Varonat. One step at a time.*In the moment he had, he closed his eyes and reached out towards the building. The presence of both Luxeria and Malvus was strong. They were indeed here. Without a doubt he was brought here by Mavlus's wishes.* A couple YVH model droids would approach Gavin from within the Estate. These mechanical horrors would examine the visitor with their robotic opticals before the pair turned to move back inside. It was a silent gesture enough that indicated that Gavin should follow. The droids walked down the empty and silent hallways of the estate, bringing Gavin to where he could hear a lightsaber clash with a vibrosword. Malvus had finished speaking to Zuka when the droids entered, bringing in Gavin. He glanced momentarily at Gavin, having finished speaking with Zuka and was once more focused upon Luxeria's spar with the Magnaguard.Gavin Phoenix... not a coincidence that you arrive on my world. You always seem to arrive with purpose and intent; whether its to speak with me or visit Tyrana, who has been absent from my presence. Yet I suspect you came for another reason, as my apprentice knows of you. She told me of her meeting with you and the spar with Anya Syen... an Imperial Knight of my former student, Nicademus, if I am correct.

Luxeria stood to her feet as the droid's switched out. She watched it as Malvus spoke further. He gaze then drifted to her lightsaber. She thought on it for a moment. As it processed within her mind, the connections slowly grew. It made sense. Gripping it with two hands meant the body would have to turn more to get both arms to the same side. It made the minor adjustments and fine tuned grace and balance far harder. While not impossible, she imagined it would be something skilled practitioners were capable of.
As she stood there, watching the Magnaguard approach her, she could already tell she couldn't fight it facing straight at it. It wouldn't allow the full movement needed with her swings and jabs. She stepped out with her right foot and held her saber down. The stance itself felt far more right than before. The droid made the first move, going straight in for a jab to which Luxeria leaned back and to the left a little, using her saber to brush the jab aside. The attack didn't end there as it moved upwards, aiming for a light cut at her arm and moving over to her left side for stronger slash at her left arm. Luxeria let her own saber move with the vibro sword as it moved up it its lighter slash. She then brought it over to block the third attack, though she simply slapped it back with the little force she built up, bringing the saber around her head to make her own attack at the droid's left arm.
The sword came around and deflected Luxeria's strike as they both moved similarly to a downward strike at the legs, the sabers meeting once again. While she wasn't doing much stepping, she was tilting and shifting her body to accommodate her swings and strikes. She didn't push herself into a block but rather moved away from it, using her saber to just brush attacks aside. She could already tell the effort put out by this was far less, meaning her stamina would last longer and she wouldn't get as tired out. She kept up the movements, switching between attack and defense as the situation keeping altering.

*Gavin watched as the droids made their appearance. He watched them curiously as he had never encountered their type before hand. They looked more like metal skeletons than actually droids. His head dropped as they got close, ready in case they chose to attack. But instead they turned and began to walk back inside. They had approached him enough that their altered path meant they were his escorts. He waited a moment before finally following after them.
As they made their way through the Estate, Gavin took in the decorations and pieces on the walls. It certainly resembled a place where a knowledgeable Force -user would live. It wasn't long before he heard the clashing of sabers. When they passed through the entrance, he was greeted with the sight of three people standing around watching a woman battle a droid. Malvus only glanced at him for a moment before turning back to Luxeria, but went on to speak directly to him.
He couldn't help but chuckle as he walked up beside the Sith, watching Luxeria as he was. He could feel greater strength in her than when they met on Kuat, but knew it was weak compared to what she was capable of. As for Malvus, he still looked as he did when he and his adopted daughter, Tyrana, met up with him over Alzoc III. What Gavin didn't know was the change of name. So when he spoke, he referred to him by the one he knew.*
"Nice to see you as well, Valstrol. So this is where you set up shop after you set out for Ambria when we parted ways. Did you find your children? And I was speak of Nicademus. When you mentioned him that day, I didn't know of him. Surprising that I have just left his company. I came to discover that he took over Sinistra's title as Emperor, though it has fallen to pieces. Indeed, Anya is my adopted daughter and apprentice. She joined with the Knights and now serves him." *He couldn't help but laugh a little.* "I've been out of the happenings of the galaxy for so long, but yet, I always seem to be right there when a new order becomes known. First the Empire under Sinistra, now Nicademus's as well. I should feel privileged to bear witness to such things."
*He crossed his arms and watched Luxeria for a moment more before continuing on.* "But you are correct, my friend. I do have purpose here. As you have said, I met up with Luxeria on Kuat before the Empire's disbanding. I entrusted her with something and have come to check up on her to see how she's doing. It just happening to be here where you are is just a pleasant bonus."
