"Indeed?" *Sobrius's eyebrows rose slightly at the description of such a place, with names he barely recognized. In his defense, however, his past single-minded ways prevented him from being as knowledgeable of galactic affairs at large as he should have been. Of course, he knew of the names from his brief studies of the world of Eriadu before his arrival here, but that was the extent of his knowledge on the apparently well-regarded Sith Lord. If his influence was so great that his resting place gave even the non-sensitive denizens pause, perhaps this was indeed where Bogan wished to lead him.*
"Would you mind directing me to these vaults?" *he inquired.* "They may very well hold what I seek. Be assured that I am not here to make enemies of the Imperial banner, nor am I some sort of kleptomaniac; trinkets hold no value to me. I assume the influence I sense is something far greater than a mere relic."

Ulric Tarkin nods, once again, recalling the sentiment of the people towards the Sith, who had ensured, a number of times, the law and order of this area of the galaxy. Now they were far and few between, resulting in lawlessness to fester within the Southern Quadrant of space. The Viceroy gestures for Lord Sobrius to follow him, knowing well that his master would certainly be waiting within the vault for their visitor. It was a suitable place, considering the vault's significant presence of relics and artifacts of the Dark Side, ranging across the board with mostly unknown trinkets.
From the conference room, and along with an escort of security guards, Lord Tarkin leads Sobrius through the main hallway of the Tarkin Estates, a massive hall that extended almost ten stories high in an open canopy. One of the side hallways, large in size as well, was where they halted. Before them, and down a set of straits, was a thick metallic doorway. Ulric approaches a panel, keying the unlocking mechanism. A series of clicks and a groan was heard as the door slides open, scrapping slightly along the aged metal. Lights began to flicker on as the door opened to Sobrius, just enough for him to enter.
Ulric turns to the Sith, gesturing for him to enter.
I know you will find what you seek, Lord Sobrius. This vault contains many secrets and certainly one of them will prove to be the answer.
Once the Sith had entered, Ulric keys for the large metallic door to close.

*Sobrius quietly followed the man along, now and then examining the rather-impressive surroundings, though mostly keeping an eye out for potential threats or exploits should they be necessary. The Sith did not quite expect things to turn against him, particularly because of the history the world had with the Sith, and because he trusted Bogan's guidance in drawing him here. All the same, he wished to be familiar with his surroundings as best as he possibly could.
Eventually he reached the vault and was invited to go inside.* "Thank you," *he spoke as he took a step within the old vault, which closed behind him. Here was the true center of darkness's influence on this world, where a rich history seeped into the air. There were indeed many various valuables and trinkets sorted throughout the room, relics with their own stories to tell, no doubt. Stories that, when Sobrius focused, he could feel told to them. Of a Sith with great influence over the sector, commanding his own Empire and standing against dissidence and obstruction by the Jedi.
And it all emanated from a single position from the opposite end of the chamber. Even from this distance, he could see that it had been strangely damaged. He approached, somewhat slowly, reverently, and soon he could see that, indeed, its contents had been opened and spilled upon the ground. Sobrius frowned, uncertain why such a prestigious Lord of the Sith would be so desecrated in this way. Perhaps the Tarkin's words had been mere fluff... or perhaps an intruder had caused this display, and the Tarkins had been too reverent—or fearful—to restore it.
Either way, it was very apparent that Sobrius was no longer standing here alone.* "It seems there is one other here comfortable in the presence of Sith artifacts."

At that very moment, a dark presence, alive and thriving, was felt off to the right of where Sobrius stood. A presence, previously masked and unnoticed, came to life and revealed itself to the visiting Sith Lord. Footsteps were heard seconds later, with a voice coming from nothing.
There is, Lord Sobrius.
The voice came with movement that was seen within the shadows, surrounding the once proud altar and burial place of Lord Cygnus. Peeling from the darkness came a Kissai, a towering and lanky looking male clad in black robes. His Sith eyes gazes upon the human visitor before glancing over at desecrated sarcophagus of Lord Cygnus, a proud manifestation of his handiwork. Lord Malvus turns to look at Sobrius after admiring what he had down to his late uncle, showing the deceased Sith that the Kissai was the true master of Eriadu in the end.
I know you have come, looking for me, Darth Sobrius.
The Sith's tentacles upon his chin twitch slightly, decorated with traditional Sith jewelry.
Now, the question is why you seek me.

*The figure had at last chosen to reveal itself. Sobrius turned to face it as it appeared from shadow, confirming his spoken observation. The voice belonged to a Kissai... a surprising fact, though Sobrius did not let this show on his expression as he studied the being, who seemed... pleased at the state of the sarcophagus. But it was clear to Sobrius before the figure spoke: He was what—or in this case, who—Bogan was leading to.*
"'Why,' indeed," *Sobrius spoke, hands folding behind his back.* "I had trusted Bogan to reveal this information to me once I had found what I was searching for. I admit, the 'why' is not immediately apparent to me, but perhaps all shall become clearin short time.
"It would seem further introduction is in order. You know my name as Sobrius; I am the protector of Clak'dor VII. I was not aware there were other Sith lurking so close by in the region. Bogan drawing me here without the call to fight... indicates that that perhaps we are meant to be beneficiaries in some way." *He paused a moment, appraising the Sith before him before continuing.* "The world of Clak'dor VII is home to a Sith Temple, occupied by many Sith acolytes who serve Bogan, as I do. The world has also been supplied with ships and elite troops that are at my disposal, courtesy of the First Order. I seek expansion... in the name of the Sith. The First Order is merely my means of doing so."

So it seems my student, Nicademus Delvardus, has finally gained a foothold in this region...
Unknown to many, at large, the Dark Lord of the Sith that stood before Sobrius had trained Nicademus, Artemis and Azria, the three children of Cyrus, in the ways of combat, Imperialism and other necessary lessons that would forge them new paths among the stars. Nicademus had been educated to rule, Artemis to command and Azria to manipulate and exploit. Each of these skills had been set to create the First Order, from what he had seen so far on the HNN.
Malvus glances once more at the defiled tomb of Lord Cygnus before moving away from it, leaving the burial room for the larger vault outside.
I am Darth Malvus and, here too, is there a Sith Academy. Right below our very feet, do these acolytes and warriors refine themselves and further their ambitions. They are the reborn principles of Darth Krayt and the One Sith... the Rule of One. Here, we prepare and grow stronger for our inevitable return.
Malvus stops to look at one of the artifacts left by Cygnus, an ancient starfighter from the resurgent Sith Empire of the Great Galactic War.
Tell me, Lord Sobrius, where do you seek expansion in the name of the Sith?

*Now this piece of information caused Sobrius's eyebrows to raise again, completely unaware that this Sith had some attachment to the First Order's Supreme Commander. And then he smirked; Bogan's reasons for drawing him to this place were now completely clear. He listened as the other Sith introduced himself as "Malvus," and detailed a Sith academy that rested below their very feet, learning the tenets of the One Sith. All the better, then...
When asked where Sobrius wished to expand the Sith, Sobrius confidently explained,* "The First Order is currently expanding into the core regions of space; such a campaign will more easily open a route of supply between here and the opposite end of the Outer Rim. However, such a route is not entirely uncontested... Between us and the core, sitting upon the Rimma Trade Route, a certain world known as Vandelhelm would no doubt dare to stand in our way. Jedi make their home there. A small group, I hear, but they would become a nuisance to us, lest we remove them before they were given the chance. Thus, our path to the core becomes unchallenged."

Malvus reflects for a moment upon the planet of Vandelhelm, a planet within the Expansion Region. He recalled it was well-known for being rich in minerals, a home of starshipwrights and had immense manufacturing capabilities. Truly, this group of Jedi had chosen an ideal world in which to settle upon. Its position upon the Rimma Trade Route was indeed disturbing... if they were left alone, these Jedi would only become entrenched and be harder to dislodge.
Is this group with the central Jedi Order or are they separated from the main Order?
If this Order was standing alone, then it presented itself as a worthy target. An easy target for the Sith to take down.
I have soldiers, warriors and ships... I doubt we will need it all, but a substantial detachment will be needed to purge the world.

*Sobrius had chosen the proper words, for Malvus took them into serious consideration. Eventually, he asked whether these Jedi were allied with or separated from the central Order before suggesting use of a "substantial detachment."* "Records indicate they seem to have acted independently, although truthfully it matters not; the splintered Jedi would still come to the aid of each other, something I have witnessed myself. However, their disadvantage is their isolation. The nearest Jedi presence is Corellia, who will no doubt be too occupied with the First Order in the core to send a detachment significant enough to stop us." *He then smirked.* "For that matter, with the path through the core clear, we could call upon additional reinforcements from the First Order. I am certain the Supreme Commander would find clearing the Rimma Trade Route a task worthy of the extra support."

I will need time to gather what men I need to assault Vandelhelm...
The Sith would need to recall his personal flagship, the Overlord, a Bulwark Mk III battlecruiser, from patrol duty within the Seswenna Sector. A sufficient ship to carry the necessary force to purge the planet of its Jedi presence. Malvus doubted that the Jedi had enough warships at their disposal if they acted independently, yet Vandelhelm had plenty of shipwrights, both families and individuals. Certainly a small fleet of patrol ships would be present to keep order.
Do you expect reinforcements from the First Order then? I have heard that other Sith have joined those Imperial ranks.
The presence of Sobrius was enough to confirm that the Imperials were attracting what remained of the Sith presence in the galaxy.

*It seemed that they had an accord, a note that was pleasing to Sobrius; of course, the resurgence of the Sith within the galaxy was even more worthy of praise, but first they had to make their statement known. Malvus was accurate in his assessment of the Sith joining the ranks of the First Order, eliciting a nod from Sobrius.* "There is indeed a small number of Sith within their ranks, and I perhaps wonder if they are using their banner as a rallying flag... Or for their own goals as well. Regardless, I do indeed expect reinforcements, just enough to display the First Order's strength in this arm of the galaxy, truly strike fear into the hearts of the dissident."

Malvus began to wonder who else had joined the First Order and how many there were. He had been aware, through various sources, that the Sith were gravitating towards the First Order. After all, militant states is what they thrived in and tended to form themselves. Hopefully, enough would come to aid in the sacking of Vandelhelm and the purge of the Jedi off the surface of the planet.
I will leave those arrangements to you, Lord Sobrius. Since I am still relatively independent and have no allegiance to the First Order.
The Sith Lord turns to look at Sobrius.
Where will the rendezvous point be, Lord Sobrius?

The days had passed on since she returned from her mission of gathering materials for her lightsaber. She had learned well enough in her time here that nothing could just be given. Guided, yes, but never given. Her previous master, Darth Andor, had made such a reality apparent when the lightsaber he gifted her with long ago failed her in a battle against the order he sought to build. Her current master had stated as such and it eventually came to fruition. It was due to this that she was glad she followed her desires here. Otherwise, she would have become a weakling that needed to be eradicated and never have gained the skill to overcome the failure of that lightsaber. And so, instead of simply receiving the items from her master now, she went out to gather every piece herself and create before she had returned.
It had been months of searching, overcoming trial after trial that awaited her at each turn. From light-sided Jedi, to warlord that simply stood in her way. Many sought to try and take her as a slave for one reason or another, others just sought her death. Each one fell before the skills that she had developed under Malvus's tutelage. And through these encounters did her power and understanding of what she could do grow. When all was said and done, she had forged a saber that felt right in her hands, one that understood her as she understood it. This time, her weapon would never falter.
For the days since she returned, she had spent her time between the library and the training room, expanding her knowledge and honing her skills. Her master had not come to her when she landed, nor had he sent for her. She could have sought him out, but she sensed easily the focus of meditation that came from his presence. No doubt he was still sorting out his plans for this new order of Sith under him and those Sith that still remained spread out in the galaxy. So for now, she would continue her training on her own. Malvus had made it clear to never stop progress, to never stop seeking power and grow. It was more than just the words of her master, but her own desire to continue to progress. She wished to reach and remain at the ever evolving pinnacle of power. She just hoped that his attention to this order would not hinder training. It was why she left Andor.Jumping from master to master what not what she had in mind.
She let out heavy breaths as her saber cut through the last of the droids that she was facing. She had become confident in her combat skills, enough to take on three droids at once. She had faced more before, but the difference lay in the focus. The Sith temples they had laid siege to was filed with acolytes that were confused and through off balance by their attack. Now the focus was just her and the droids. And here she had proved to herself just how far she had come. Along with combat overall, her Makashi form was now well adept with her own take on the steps to best fit her. Other skills were learned and refined on her travels as well. Along with what she had acquired here, other knowledge was learned out there as well, things she'd hold deep in her mind.
Extinguishing her purple blade, she made her way to the side of the room, grabbing a towel to wipe away the sweat. She had been at it for hours and was ready to call it quits on the physical aspects for the day. Leaving the room, she moved down the hall to the library to pick up more on her studies. She couldn't help but be curious as to where Vukar was. She had not seen him since she returned and was wondering how much stronger he had gotten since they first fought. There was the desire to face him again to see how she fared now. But the thought was easily pushed away as she thought on the presence that had arrived not long ago. Another Sith, she knew, but who and why? In time, truth would be revealed as she pushed the thoughts from her mind, sensing her master with the man now.

*Sobrius nodded when Malvus deferred the arrangements to him, then considered briefly where the rendezvous point would be. The Vandelhelm Cloud was considered dangerous for all but the smallest ships to navigate through... but any asteroid field could be broken through with enough force. Doing so too soon would give the populace too much warning, however...*
"We shall meet outside the Cloud," *he decided at last.* "Then we will blast our way through before making our way to the surface."
*The plans now set, Sobrius took a couple steps back towards the exit.* "It was a pleasure meeting with you, Lord Malvus. I look forward to working with you to bring about Bogan's will upon the Galaxy. If you have need to contact me, I will have the local government aware of your name. May Bogan guide us." *He gave a final nod of his head and turned to depart, exiting the vault and giving his kind regards to the personnel of the Estates on his way back out into the city, towards his shuttle. He reached his ship and then returned to the skies, setting course for Clak'dor VII. From there, he would speak with the Supreme Commander and plan out the imminent assault...*

He reached his ship and then returned to the skies, setting course for Clak'dor VII. From there, he would speak with the Supreme Commander and plan out the imminent assault...* A grin formed upon the red face of the Sith Lord. The thought of burning down the Jedi Temple on Vandelhelm and ridding the Southern Quadrant of that nest of weaklings pleased his ambitions greatly. It would further secure the Sith grip upon these star systems that has existed for many generations. Ever since the Dark Lord re-awoke upon the barren tomb world of Korriban and launched into the stars, seeking power and knowledge. And the pleasure was had, Lord Sobrius. I, too, look forward to working with you. These stars, we live in, were once the centers of great Sith Empires and Imperial nations... certainly their resources will be more suited to our own ambitions. It will be an even greater pleasure to see Vandelhelm burn as we cleanse the Jedi plague on that world with fire and brimstone.Extinguishing her purple blade, she made her way to the side of the room, grabbing a towel to wipe away the sweat. She had been at it for hours and was ready to call it quits on the physical aspects for the day. Leaving the room, she moved down the hall to the library to pick up more on her studies. Another Sith, she knew, but who and why? In time, truth would be revealed as she pushed the thoughts from her mind, sensing her master with the man now. Shortly after Lord Sobrius departed, and the Sith Lord exited the Tarkin Vault, he senses the approach of his apprentice, Darth Luxeria, who had recently returned from her journey. It seems the lessons granted to her were paying off. She came to him out of desperation, from what Malvus recalled, but now, thanks to him, she was becoming a far better Sith Adept than when she was under the heretical Order of Ruin. The Sith Lord glances to his left, noticing Luxeria coming down the hallway to his direction. Before she even spoke, Malvus seemingly knew what answer she sought. It appears, Apprentice Luxeria, we have had a Sith neighbor this whole time. His name was Darth Sobrius, a Sith that rules Clak'dor VII. He came seeking me as Bogan had revealed to him my presence on Eriadu. We have formed an alliance; he has the resources of the First Order and we have own, thanks to Viceroy Tarkin and SesTrade. He turns to his apprentice, motioning for her to follow him as the Sith made his way for the elevator that would lead to the Sith Temple, far below the Tarkin Estates. There was work to be done with the plans set in motion as they spoke. It appears a Jedi presence has established itself on Vandelhelm. He proposes a purge of the planet's occupants and its full occupation. Which will allow First Order supplies to run down the Rimma Trade Route and supply us with necessary equipment. What do you think, Luxeria? Do you think its time we teach the Jedi a lesson they never seem to learn? Before, the pair, Master and Apprentice, had sought the destruction of Sith remnants that Malvus declared heretical. There were some that still remained within the area of Eriadu, but the vast majority had been snuffed out and exterminated. Ensuring their captured resources were confiscated and put to better use in rebuilding the One Sith Order.

Luxeria looked up, her thoughts redirected as Malvus appeared and spoke to her. It seemed her trip to the library would be delayed for now. She said nothing as he spoke, taking in his words. In one aspect, it was curious to have had a Sith so close and never really know until he arrived. It brought about interest in what was to come. However, in another aspect, she really didn't care who he was, be it Sith or not. Not even ruling another world seemed to matter. It was possible that she was to blame for the latter, her attention focused so much on her own development. After all, what good was she to any alliance if she could not deliver in her own abilities.
Wiping a bit of sweat from her brow, she followed Malvus, clipping her new saber to her belt as she did. After the training, she had not replaced, but kept it in hand further feeling the connection between her and it, letting it truly become apart of her. As she entered the elevator with him, the question she had wondered was then answered. The training may still be put on hold when it came to learning from Malvus, but a new opportunity to use and hone her skills in a real battle had arisen.
She gave a nod as a small smirk came to her face. "Indeed. I have been waiting to teach the Jedi a lesson since making the mistake of rejecting me when I asked to learn the ways of the Force. It was their loss and they will pay dearly for it."

It would be an excellent means of training you further, a true fight with Jedi. From what Sobrius reported, this Jedi Order is alone and separated from the main Order. They are sheep, waiting to be slaughtered, my apprentice. And we will gladly throw them under the grinder that is our lightsabers.
Malvus keys with the elevator to take them below. As the turbolift zoomed downwards, his eyes would glance down at the lightsaber that was constructed by Luxeria. It was a very refined weapon, better than the crude weapon given to her by Darth Andor. The turbolift's view opened up as they entered a massive cavern below the surface. Nestled within this cavern was the pyramid of the Sith Order under the command of the Sith Lord.
Tell me, Luxeria, does that lightsaber suit you better than the toy given to you by Andor?

Luxeria nodded. "I hope they present more of a challenge than the Sith we've been exterminating as of late. If I grow in power, yet my adversaries remain the same, I will not be challenged and my power will slowly stagnate." She lifted her hand as she gazed upon it, quickly closing it into a tight fist as her last words were spoken.
When asked about her lightsaber, her hand dropped as her gaze shifted to it. Removing it, she held it up so he could see it clearly. Upon inspecting the exterior, the saber would seem to be something more ceremonial, or crafted by one that cared for aesthetics. The base of the body was colored in a black chrome with crimson tribal runes laid over the top, outlined in a thin stream of electrum. The activation stud was made of a cyan jewel and surround by brown looking marble material. Letting the hilt face upwards, she ignited the blade as a purple beam of energy rose from the core. This blade, however, was well defined for a lightsaber. With the crystals and other additions in place, the blade was sharp and thin in its appearance, seeming to appear more as a colored sword. "Yes, master, it does indeed. From the hilt's design, to the crystals collected, everything better reflects who I am and how I fight. From simply holding it, to feeling the crystals, its feels as an extension of my being and not just a tool used in combat. I understand it as it understands me. In my hands, it shall not fail me as the one Andor gave me had."

Darth Malvus grins slightly as the doorway of the turbolift opens.
It will soon taste the blood of Jedi, my apprentice. And then, it will truly be a tool of war, of death and a foehammer of the Jedi!
Malvus walks forward where marching could be heard. There were even distinct war cries. The pair walked down the hallway towards the source of the news where a doorway led to a balcony, overlooking a training ground within the Sith pyramid. Groups of Sith Warriors and Troopers trained and marched in order. The warriors were cloaked in black and adorned in silver armor. The Sith troopers had their armor painted black with no emblems. Malvus gazes down at the parade of soldiers working in sync as they readied themselves for war and battle.
The fruits of patience, my apprentice... the foundations of the reborn One Sith.

Luxeria smirked slightly as she extinguished the blade and replaced the lightsaber at her waist. She had acquired two other crystals besides the three placed in her saber and had them placed into the two bangles that resided on each wrist. Both were gold in color, adorn with smaller gems to blend with the large central crystal. The right held a deep dull blue Stygium crystal and the left had a purple Dantari crystal. She said nothing of them, not because she wished to keep the secret or not speak of them, it was because she still needed time to ensure the effects of these crystals could be utilized. She had tuned them in the Force like the others and had them placed in their homes, but wasn't sure if they were ready for use. She'd have to study further into the art of Sith Alchemy and see if these could be turned into Sith Amulets, or something similar.
She followed Malvus until they reached the balcony that overlooked the Sith that were training and preparing for what was to come. She gave a nod as a hand rested on the railing. "And soon, the galaxy will bear witness to its strength."
