The Administrorum is located on the centermost point of the Oasis, and contains the offices for the various government officials and such who work on the station.

Pietro stood in his office, his blackened boots contrasting sharply with the dark brown floors of his office. His massive, crescent shaped desk was spread out before him, with a holoprojector in the centre of the table to engage in communications across the galaxy, and two large, circular blocks at the end of the table, each of which contains a holoscreen, containing various commands, controls, and statistics about the station on which they stood, allowing him to monitor the ongoing situation, both aboard the station and in the galaxy at large, to guide the station effectively. The room, a large circle, had three chairs on either side of the far end for individuals visiting, and an elevator shaft at the far end led down to the rest of the administrorum. Columns, pillars, and fixtures that would not seem out of place in the Galactic City of Coruscant. To the left and right of the desk, two doors led out to other wings of the Chief Executive's Unit, which contained sleeping quarters and a command centre for the steering committee, to be called upon only in an emergency. Behind the large chair in which he sat, however, was a prime feature of the office; a massive, circular window that looked out onto the station. Due to the fact that the tower stood still while the rest of the station rotated around it, it allowed for a completely different view every hour of the day. Flanking this window were two decorative "wings " in the wall, each of which had three lights embedded in it. Running around the top of the office was a massive screen, which showed flowing statistics, figures, news, and other such readouts, similar to the two circles attached to his desk, allowing him to access even more information at once. The centrepiece of the office, however, was an enormous model of the Coruscant System, cast out of a golden metal, hanging from the ceiling in the centre of the room. With every major planet and its rotation marked out, it used advanced technology to stay in the air in spite of the seeming lack of support, with the planets actively revolving around the sun, and the moons actively revolving around the planets, thus completing the look of the office.
Pietro himself was presently drinking a glass of wine, looking out at the station as the artificial "sun" that lit it was dimmed to simulate night. As his gaze floated over the Ludicrum, while it was at a distance, he could already imagine the variety of individuals enjoying themselves in the many attractions that the area had to offer. As he sipped on his wine, he contemplated the choices that brought him to this point, and where he was going. Now that the Oasis had been firmly established in its place in the galaxy, it was now simply a matter of running it and managing it possible. As he finished the glass, he set it down on the table, muttering "let's get this done" to himself, before sitting down in his chair, activating the holoscreens, and beginning to work on managing the Oasis.

The sounds of a hangar bay were a place that was never quiet, even during the night shifts. There was always something being moved, being refitted, being upgraded, and so forth, especially within the bays belonging to the forming Oasis Naval Security, ONS for short. The duly appointed Commander, Gallius Sienar, stood before a number of transports that were newly arrived to the bays. Just beyond the hangar opening floated his meager security fleet.
Sienar's gaze turns back to the transports as their doors open, revealing the prize that laid within. Newly arrived, and recently manufactured, Mirage Patrol Fighters, four in total. They were to join the small security force being formed to protect the space around the immense station. A lot of money had gone into the investment and construction of this facility, it would take a little time before revenue was being generated properly, taxes and tariffs were collected, and the coffers were full again for more money to be dispensed to properly arm the fleet with better craft. It was a task that Gallius was willing to take.
The Lianna native approached a craft, produced by Mahal's Hadur Industries, the Fujin-class Interceptor. Two flights worth had been ordered from the company, which had an office on the station. He walks up to one of them, opening the cockpit to step in and get a feel for the Interceptor. His deputy, Captain Ark Sienar, a cousin of his, watched nearby.=Ark Sienar= Comfortable, Commander?Indeed, Ark. I can see why I found these intriguing when I saw their specs at Hadur Industries office on the station.Gallius steps out of the cockpit, allowing Captain Ark to approach. How goes the efforts to fill our crew and pilot rosters?Commander Sienar inquired to his cousin who was handing him a datapad to examine.=Ark Sienar= It is... slow. We have found some interested veterans that have helped pulled some strings. We are working to fill the academy with good teachers and hopefully get some recruitment drives out soon. People are starting to fill up the station, so certainly we will find handfuls.Gallius nods, pleased with the work, despite how slow it was.Contact our benefactor, the Chief Executive Bonterri, and let him know of our progress.=Ark Sienar= Right away, Commander. And with that, Gallius continued with his examination of the new products arriving.

Klaasje nods answering his request to follow him. IG follows a few steps behing, photoreceptors focused on the spaceport's captain. "Good to know, officer Picard"She didn't know why, but his name awakened in her some faint memory about a vintage wine. "Very glad to have such a diligent guide"Said the baroness, softly. "The fame of your bussiness district is what brought me here, undoubtedly. You see, I have numerous and diversified interests, it was truly appealing to me and my company"Klaasje looks for a moment at the entertainment district. Perhaps? Yes. She had brougth an excellent Coruscanti dress in black synthsilk, recently tailored. The baroness offers Picard a hand while stepping into the vehicle, IG following suit stiffly, rigid on the joints. She sat with composure, calculating on her head how to behave and what to say to the CEO, who must be a formidable individual. And one should be careful around dreamers. The airspeeder arrived at the Administrorum after a brief interval, in which they flew over the various sights of the capital, with Picard providing some useful information surrounding the space station. The speeder docked at a platform inside the inner disk of the Space Station, where the Administrorum was located. The individuals were escorted into the main section of the Administrorum, the blueish light, black marble, and green plants that adorned this section of the space station making a clear impression. Eventually, they arrived at a several story high atrium at the center of the complex. The atrium was a large cylindrical-shaped subterranean structure with several floors floors. Hallways wrap the outskirts of the cylinder leaving the middle section open for a large atrium of trees and fountains, with a helix-shaped elevator going to the upper levels where the offices of Pietro were located. Along the outer circumference of the lower floor are doors leading to the Institute's four main sections: Internal Affairs was the door to the northeast, External Affairs was to the southeast, Military was to the southwest and the Financial Bureau was to the northwest. Towards the hub of the bottom floor were four recreational/common areas. To the north was a restaurant, to the east was a small sitting area, to the south was a break/lounge area and to the west was a small triage centre.Picard escorted the Baroness and her droid to the helix-shaped elevator that lead up to the offices of Pietro, then gestured for them to enter."This is as far as I will follow you - I hope you have a productive meeting with the Chief Executive." He smiled before walking off with some of his security offices.

She admired the surroundings as someone used to luxurious ones, with a hint of boredom. However, it was all a facade, the baroness knew the low and the dirty, the bowels of places like Nar Shadda and Socorro. This place was, indeed, splendid. Still, she was visiting as a Lady Baroness Administrator and CEO of a transport company, had to play the card of an entitled spoiled rich brat, albeit not overplaying it, as that was what people expected from her. Being a woman, one should play on expectations and misconceptions on her advantage. She nodded to Picard and entered the office, her boots' heels rythmically hiting the floor. The IG unit stayed behind per the baroness indication, despite some disgruntled noises produced by the droid as complains about Klaasje's personal safety.

Mahal's ship made its way into the hangar and landed in a an open zone. Once in place, the loading ramp lowered as a group began to unload supplies to prepare for starting up an office on the station. Mahal followed soon after and began directing and verifying all that he had brought.

Not long after Mahal's ship landed, the white haired human male known as Mr. Tanalan arrived to the hangar bay with a pair of security droids in tow. At a gesture from Tanalan, the droids held back, while he continued on forward. He gave a bit of an exaggerated low bow to Mahal before straightening back up and smiling Greetings Mr Mahal, I am Mr. Tanalan. It's a pleasure to welcome you to The Oasis...

Mahal turned as Tanalan entered the hangar and made his way towards him and his crew. Taking a few steps forward to separate himself from them, he merely nodded at the bow. "It is, indeed, a pleasure. I don't leave Fresia often, yet when I heard of this station, I had to come see it for myself." He then waved his hand a bit before offering it to the man. "Come now, I am no Jedi or any of the sort. I am merely a businessman. A handshake will do. And you can just call me Mahal."

Tanalan took the offered hand and gave it a shake In my line of work, there are a great deal of different customs to take into account when dealing with so many people of different cultures... He released Mahal's hand, sparing a quick glance at those that had arrived with the Fresian Business owner Indeed, The Oasis is certainly garnering something of a reputation for itself thanks to the leadership of our CEO, Pietro Bonterri. I must say, I am most glad you made the trip here to see our wonderful station yourself Mahal. I assure you, investing and setting up shop here will be most beneficial to you... However, I think you're already well sold on being here. Forgive me if I am perhaps a bit too forward, but I believe you had an interest in conducting some business with us?

Mahla shook the man's hand, nodding in understanding. "It's quite alright. Living in such a vast galaxy of different cultures, it can be quite the task to keep up with them all. Luckily, bowing seems to be the best choice. Yet I find a solid handshake and the offer of a nice drink to be professional while still casual enough to break down social barriers. When the customer is more comfortable, the better business can be conducted."
Mahal also took a glance back at his men as they finished unloaded the last of the equipment and belongings. "Indeed, I have. To pass up the chance to do business in a place were those of many orders and factions gather is but fool's delusion. Soon to be a bustling hub in a neutral area of the galaxy, there are always those looking for ships in some shape or form. As for conducting business, you are correct. Two matters, actually. Something I feel could further benefit both of us. The first is a matter of offering up some ship designs for the Oasis that we have passed on and the other is in regards to using this place as a stop or main hub for some of my passenger cruisers."
He refrained of going into further detail, curious to whether these ideas sparked interest.

Too right you are... A little bit of liquid courage goes a long way... Tanalan took on a more thoughtful pose, his hand coming up to gently stroke his chin as Mahal spoke first of the advantages The Oasis possessed, before then putting forth the two matters of business that he wished to discuss. The Oasis had, in recent times, certainly attracted its fair share of skilled craftsmen. This had led to a number of designs being produced locally. But even as skilled as their people were, having some outside resources was a tempting offer Both two very interesting propositions indeed... The first would certainly have to be run by Commander Sienar for final approval and choice of ships... But... He seemed to consider the matters for a moment, humming and haring. Before taking a step to the side Yes... Please Mahal, follow me... He lead the way across the hangar bay then, leading Mahal a short way down a corridor, before entering a small conference room. These spaces littered The Oasis, allowing people of all sorts to conduct business no matter where they were. The Oasis was about business, and business needed to be conducted over discussions. Tanalan indicated for Mahal to take a seat while he moved over to a mini-bar where he collected a pair of glasses and a fine Corellian Whiskey. He returned to the table and took a seat opposite Mahal as he poured out the glasses and slid one across to his guest Tell me of these ship designs you have passed on... As for the matter of the passenger cruisers, The Oasis could easily serve as a stop or hub for them. There are, naturally, certain docking fee's and taxes and the like that are usually associated with such business. But I think we could certainly come to an agreement that benefits us both... A profit share perhaps...

Mahal gave a half-smile, half-smirk when Tanalan agreed with his thoughts of offering drinks to his customers to help them relax a little. One may say that he was simply attempting to get a customer drunk to best exploit them and take more money from them in their orders, but that was far from the case. At most, he offered only a single drink before business, then another, after all, had been concluded.
As the man went on about the propositions Mahal made, it was understood when he said it would have to be approved first. Unless one held full control or sat at the top of an organization, multiple channels had to be conversed with before any full decision was made. When asked to follow, Mahal did so, following just behind Tanalan as they departed the hangars, eventually moving through the halls to a conference room.
Taking a seat, Mahal lifted the glass of whiskey, swishing it around his glass a bit before taking a sip. First came the question of the ship designs he was offering up to the Oasis. Removing a data chip, he offered it to the man so he could insert it into a terminal so that they could view the four ships that he was willing to give them. "This chip holds the schematics for the ships as they stand. I would be more than happy to go through them in detail with you, if you wish."
He then took another sip before continuing on regarding the passenger cruisers. "I was looking more into a partnership in that regard. I provide the ships, you provide the hub in which the journey starts, we split the profits down the middle. With the Oasis serving as a neutral hub that allows all from every faction to set up shop and expects all to play nice, it works as the best place for these cruises to begin. From there, with permission from each of these factions, special clearance can be given to these cruisers to pass through any territory without question and allowed to land on any of their planets that we'd deem a valuable tourist site. In that regard, these factions receive a little boost in their pockets as well. A win all around if I do say so myself. I have two currently nearing completion, one to serve as a typical cruise liner while the other will be focused on as a casino ship."
