Based off of SoroSuub's G61 Delta Wing and the G-59 Cannibalizer, Dromund Kalakar Shipyards set out to make a multi-role fighter capable of matching or even rivaling some variants of Incom's X-Wing lineup. Well rounded in terms of defensive capabilities, offensive capabilities and both speed and agility, the Black-Wing makes use of an astromech slot and a backup shield generator, something that was rarely heard of in most Sith fighters. In order to fulfill its pledge to the Spirian Reform, a stronger and more durable fighter was needed, as cheap and mass produced ships tended to have a shorter lifespan. Armed with 4 fire-linked heavy laser cannons and 3 proton torpedo launchers, capable of carrying up to four torpedoes each, the Black-Wing was a dangerous and useful addition to the Blackguard's Navy.
