Designed and built at the Dromund Kalakar Shipyards, the Defiant-Class Bomber was intended to replace the aging B28 Extinctions and M7-Razorwires of the Blackguard Navy. Averagely equipped, making it a run-of-the-mill bomber, its unique design made it a difficult target on the battlefield. Armed with a single dual laser cannon on top, the Defiant could be outfitted with various types of ordinance depending on the mission parameters. Capable of carrying 24 G9-M Concussion Mines, 32 MG7-A Proton Torpedoes or 10 Mag Pulse Torpedoes.
