Description:
Seeking a fast multi-role fighter gave life to the Talon-class Starfighter. It featured boosted engine performance and incredibly manoeuvrability, which came at the expense of better armour. The Talon still featured a shield system, which aided in the Starfighters incredible performance. In terms of aesthetic, the Talon drew inspiration from the NovaDive and Eta-2 Aethersprite. Featuring a split nose under the nose of which were located 2 Laser Cannons, while a pair of Ion Cannons were located under the main wing structure. A Proton Torpedo Launcher was situated beneath the cockpit, which could fire Twelve Proton Torpedos in total. To provide the most capabilities possible, the Talon was also outfitted with a Hyperdrive to enable system to system transit.
