Description:
While maintaining it's strong and storied links to the old Galactic Empire, The Solenbaran Diarchy sought to create a superiority fighter reminiscent of Lord Vader's famous TIE Advanced x1. Thus the TIE/Co Conquistador was born from old design schematics of the original TIE Advanced. An upgraded Twin Ion Engine set up was installed that put out more thrust than the traditional TIE fighters. Improved control mounts and vectoring thrusters gave the pilot greater control over the movement and guidance of the TIE/Co. To ensure these potential went unimpeded, the TIE/Co was not heavily armoured and featured a standard shielding system to allow sufficient power to all other systems. When engaging enemy fighters, the TIE/Co featured 2 Medium Laser Cannons, 2 Ion Cannons, and 4 Concussion Missile Launchers.
