Designed by Aegohr Manufacturing and built by The Organization, the Leonidas once again adopts the sleek, yet angular look of other Organization vessels. Acting as a dedicated support vessel, the Leonidas was not equipped for large scale combat alone. Relying on larger vessels to draw fire, the Leonidas was agile and fast enough to skirt around the battlefield and harass larger ships or enemy fighters.
Armed with 20 dual turbolaser cannons, 10 ion cannons, 8 point defense batteries, 4 various ordinance launchers and 2 tractor beam projectors, the Leonidas was capable of carrying up to 24 starfighters and 100 troops for covert operations and on board defense. Amplifying its already impressive arsenal, the Leonidas also carried advanced targeting systems, a redundant shield generator and an enhanced communications array.
