With the expansion and growth of the Blackguard, the non-force organizations needed room to work along side the darksiders of the Blackguard. The Blackguard Navy was one of the first groups that required their own space to work on strategies, monitor the Blackguard's borders, ensure stability throughout the territories and orchestrate the growing fleets. Thus, the Blackguard Navy FLEETCOM (Fleet Command) was made. While the Sith'ari had the final word in how and where the fleets were used, a majority of the time, they were left to function on their own. During times of war, they were one of the few powers who had the authority to overrule the Sith'ari and the Dark Council to ensure the Blackguard survived. It was here that housed the databanks of the Blackguard's naval power, information on their foes, tactics, deployments and other information pertaining to how the Navy operated. Patrolled and guarded round the clock, the officers quarters, war room, conference room, and other required facilities to house the men and women of the Blackguard Navy could be found here, along with several landing pads reserved specifically for the officers in charge of the navy as a whole. Commanded by Grand Admiral Zuhel and Vice Admiral Zhou , both Chiss admirals from Csilla, the Imperium Navy had unparalleled leaders.
The second organization that required its own headquarters, was the Blackguard's Armed Forces. Commanded by Darth Xethuys , who had taken up residence within the Dark Obelisk, the armed forces shared the same space as Navy FLEETCOM. HIGHCOM (High Command) was the nerve center for the Imperium's ground military operations. All information pertaining to the Imperium's ground forces, troop deployments, weapon's research and even enemy movements were stored here. As with the Navy, the Sith'ari ultimately had the final say with where, when and how the Blackguard's armies were deployed, during times of war they functioned on their own, ensuring the safety and security of the Imperium's assets and borders. Combining clones from Kamino as well as droids from several foundries on Mustafar and an assortment forces from several member worlds, the Imperium's ground forces were nearly unparalleled in combat.

Berserk Squad Sergeant Cathka, the leader of Berserk Squad, had the privilege to guard and protect FLEETCOM. Requiring higher than average security clearance for such a location, they ensured that the laws were upheld, security was maintained and all personnel were safe from external or even internal threats. A lackluster posting, it was appreciated by the members of Berserk. Any significant action here could compromise the fleets and hamper the Imperium's abilities to police and patrol their spanning territories.

Blackguard High Command.
Standing in the center of the war room, the Sith'ari mused to himself while waiting for one of the Blackguard members to answer his summons, absently staring at the holomap of the Blackguard's territories. His head was throbbing and he felt on edge, but for now that was the extent of his mental instability. As it came in waves, some days he was completely coherent, other days he was lost within his own head, threatening to drown beneath the presence of the Elders. Despite Znalost implanting a focus point, specifically the glowing red crystal embedded within his chest, he was losing control. So, while he had the abilities to do so, it was time to set things in motion for the Imperium. For better or for worse, whomever was to be his successor, would need a strong foundation to build off of. And he intended to either provide that, or smash the Imperium to pieces. Either option was still viable, however, both presented their own advantages and disadvantages. Leaving a strong foundation allowed for his successor to continue with the Blackguard, whereas destroying everything he had built thus far meant chaos for the galaxy. Either way, it would be interesting. But for now, he was going to continue on as planned, at least until he couldn't anymore...

The armored Sith had heeded the Sith'ari's summons, though it had taken some time for him to return to Mustafar. After the conquest of Kamino, several years back, Akrak had silently slipped off the grid, so to speak. Other members of the Blackguard seemed to enjoy vying for the Sith'ari's attention, so he let them. He wasn't one to seek attention for no reason, nor was he one who wanted any sort of recognition. All he had done, was slip into the background workings of the Imperium and keep watch on how things were playing out. Though that had its disadvantages. Being isolated and remaining off the grid, he could observe how the Blackguard functioned, but other events eluded him. Though it seemed as though the Imperium was doing well enough for itself. Entering High Command was fairly easy, given he was a Marauder within the Imperium. Upon seeing the Sith'ari in person after a number of years, he noted on how different he appeared. And how...chaotic his presence within the Force felt. Either the strains of leading the Imperium were taking their toll, or some mysterious ailment had befallen the Zabrak. At this point, he neither cared nor was interested in finding out which, though he suspected the latter. Coming to a stop a few feet behind the Zabrak, Akrak cleared his throat, his raspy mechanical voice sounding more like a growl than anything.
"Ahem."
Without waiting for any sort of response, he cut straight to the point.
"You have summoned me, Sith'ari?"
Despite some tension between the two of them during their initial meeting, Viox had proven to be a powerful Sith and a very capable leader. And Akrak respected his command of the Force and his skills with a lightsaber. But that's where any sort of relationship between the two of them stopped. He wasn't overly fond of the Zabrak, though out of respect, he kept his opinions to himself.

Blackguard High Command - Mustafar.Hearing the large, armored Sith by his armor laden footfalls before actually hearing him clear his voice, the Sith'ari smirked to himself. Even after all this time, Akrak still heeded the Emperor's call. Given that Malvus had abandoned his post, taking several members of the Imperium with him, the Zabrak was forced to change whom he called upon. Znalost was unquestioningly loyal. And despite his loyalty, he was just one man. Or machine. Or whatever he was now. So the Starkiller brothers had come into play, playing a more prominent role in the Blackguard's dealings now. Venom was loyal and respected him due to his helping of Clan Starkiller. Valafar, while loyal to his own clan brother, wasn't as loyal to the Sith'ari directly, but his loyalty to Venom made him a useful ally. Flvin had vanished, after being sent to collect the Seeds of Rage, several months ago. Xethuys was his general, so he was occupied with that. Even Nidana, someone he had thought of as a daughter, had deserted the Imperium, following Malvus's empty promises. And then there was his son, Vallius. He had staged a coup and declared war upon Anobis and Iridonia. Both of which had fallen under his control, though not without a fight. In the end, the worlds had been evacuated and withdrawn from because they made little difference in the greater scheme of things. All in all, despite the loss of members, the Imperium's infrastructure was stronger than ever, and its territories were consolidated to the galactic south. Regardless of the trials and tribulations the Imperium had endured recently, they had emerged stronger for it. Even still, the Sith'ari needed loyal members who could execute his commands.*
*Turning to face Akrak, the smirk disappeared from his face and his eyes met Akrak's, which were hidden by his helmet. Taking a few steps forward, closing the gap between them, the Sith'ari stopped and replied to Akrak's question."Indeed. Too long have you sidelined yourself, Akrak. Your service record to the Imperium is exemplary. I need both your loyalty and your skills."Brushing past the armored Sith, the Zabrak strode over to a holotable and waved his hand. Springing to life on the table, was an image of Lianna. Motioning for Akrak to join him, he continued speaking."Lianna. Home to the powerful House Santhe, the world is now under the jurisdiction of the Jedi Lords. Normally this would be of no consequence to me, however if I am to pursue my intended course of action, I require several things. One of which can be found at or around Lianna..."With a quick swipe of his hand, a new image appeared along side the image of Lianna, the schematics for the MS-15 Diamond Boron Missile. Continuing on, while Akrak observed, the Sith'ari revealed the rest of his plan."I require a shipment of these...though the Jedi Lords wouldn't just hand them over. So you will be heading to Lianna under the guise of a raid. I've taken the liberty to assemble a small raiding fleet for you over Mustafar and have sent it to Anzat, where it awaits your arrival. Jump in, disrupt any production the so called "Lords" have going, seize a shipment of missiles and retreat..."The Sith'ari trailed off, a small smirk on his face as he looked towards Akrak, waiting to see what his response would be...

An amused expression crossed the man's face beneath the mask, as the Sith'ari began to explain his initial plans. A raid, against the Jedi Lord held world of Lianna. Now this, this was why he had signed up. Fighting the traditional enemy of the Sith, was what he was born to do. While trying not to show off his eagerness, he followed the Zabrak to the holotable and continued to observe. So, he was being gifted a small raiding fleet and all he had to do was take a shipment of missiles from Lianna. And cause chaos as he went by disrupting any productions that the Lords had going so far. This certainly was sounding like something he was going to enjoy, regardless of who it was for.
"And what of any foes who stand in my way...?"
Asked Akrak hesitantly. Hopefully this was going where he expected, but he needed to be sure that that Sith'ari had it where it counted, not that he doubted him. But it never hurt to double check.

The Sith'ari could sense the armored Sith's hesitation, and he could understand why. Lately he hadn't been acting truly like himself. Malvus's betrayal demanded blood, yet none was shed. Vallius's coup demanded blood, yet again, none was spilled. Rather than engulfing a better part of the galaxy in war over betrayers and upstarts, the Sith'ari had chosen to uphold the Rule of Unity, a belief that Malvus himself had founded. Though it was hardly a belief that Viox himself actually believed in, it had its uses, like all things. And right now, preaching that rule, whether he actually believed it or not, served his purpose. The moment that it ceased to serve him, would be the moment it would stop being preached, but until then, this was the way of things. Allowing the question that Akrak had posed to linger a few moments longer before answering it.
"Dispose of them however you see fit."
A fitting answer and one that served the Sith'ari's larger scheme. Any enemy combatants that wanted to interfere with Akrak's assignment would meet their own fate. Simple as that. The primary goal of this raid was to sow the seeds of chaos, and show that despite it all, the Imperium was still the larger threat of the now divided darksiders of the galaxy. The Dark Jedi Order was operating in the utmost of secrecy and lacked any significant holdings to mount any sort of large offensives. The Resurgent Sith Conclave was still in its infancy, again, lacking the ability to launch any sort of major offensive against the Jedi. But the Blackguard. It has weathered the storm and emerged in better shape than it had been prior. With all of its resources and supply lines intact, the Blackguard could theoretically launch several simultaneous offensives, if he really wanted to sow the seeds of chaos. But all in due time, he reminded himself. Right now, the focus was ensuring all worlds bearing the Imperium's banner were safe, secure and functioning at peak efficiency. Aside from that, the Lianna Raid was the only other thing on his mind for the time being.
"Strike swiftly. Strike accurately. Lianna is just the start, Akrak. Should you prove yourself with this, you may yet find yourself striking at the Jedi again in the future..."
Wincing slightly as the Elders within his head to stir, he gripped the edge of the table and exhaled slowly. It was time to schedule another meeting with Znalost. And it was time to send Akrak on his way. Now. Before there was another major flare up and his fraying mind was revealed to all.
"You have your task. Jen'ari Znalost will be apprised of your assignment while you are en route to Anzat. He will be there to handle your debrief personally, upon your return. Dismissed."
Without waiting for Akrak to leave, Viox righted himself, gritted his teeth and strode from the main war room...

Accepting the assignment, Akrak merely observed the Zabrak for a moment. He seemed distracted. And in pain. Something was off with him. But before he could even consider questioning the Sith'ari about it, he had been dismissed and the Zabrak left without hesitation. Without reason to linger, the armored Sith spun on his heel and left the military headquarters of the Blackguard. He had his task and a small raiding fleet had been sent ahead to Anzat. Soon he would depart Mustafar and link up with this new fleet, then he would proceed to Lianna and strike out against the Jedi Lords...

Dark Obelisk of the Blackguard - Blackguard Armed Forces HIGHCOMM
The armored General, having just left the throne room, where the Empress had dealt with a prisoner from Pzob, had reached the Imperium's High Command for its armies and ground forces. The nerve center for the Imperium's ground side operations. Upon entering the complex, Xethuys was saluted multiple times. Ignoring them, he made his way to the War Room, where he could oversee and assist in the Roon Campaign. Once of the Intelligence agents present, assigned to the campaign, was standing by the holotable, waiting for him.
"General Xethuys. A pleasure. I am the Keeper of the Network. I was personally assigned to the Roon Campaign to ensure it was successful. I expect you have questions. Ask them. There is much that needs to be discussed in order to bring you up to speed."
Xethuys nodded, acknowledging Keeper's introduction. Approaching the table, he scanned the images that were being displayed.
My questions can wait, Keeper. Bring me up to speed.
Keeper inclined his head and brought up a live image of Roon's orbit. The Sith'ari's personal fleet was engaged in clean up duties, ensuring orbit over the world was secure.
"As of 1300 hours, local time, orbital security was achieved. Resistance in orbit was heavy, however our fleet managed to break Overseer Vallen's defenses in short order."
Keeper changed the image to a surface view, north of the city of Nime.
"As of 0930 local time, our invasion forces managed to breach the perimeter of Nime, drawing off the majority of Overseer Vallen's forces. This allowed for a team of Sith Knights to infiltrate the Overseer's compound and begin dismantling her operations. So far, we haven't received any status updates from them, however the next check in is scheduled for 1500 hours. We'll have a better understanding of the surface situation then. For now, it's just been monitoring and updating the fleet and ground forces as the campaign progresses."
Analyzing the information, Xethuys nodded in approval.
Keep me posted on any new developments. I'll have a relief force assembled and ready to move, should the need arise. For now, however, keep up the good work.
Keeper inclined his head once more, while Xethuys turned and addressed several officers, getting his plans in motion for a relief force to be assembled and ready to be sent in, should Overseer Vallen's forces prove more difficult to route, than expected.

Dark Obelisk of the Blackguard - Blackguard Armed Forces HIGHCOMM
General Xethuys had managed to settle into life at the Obelisk without an issues. Roon had been properly pacified and evacuated of all loyal forces, while Mistress Vallen ended up imprisoned over Nur. Aside from that, there wasn't much going on, aside from the day to day operations of the Imperium's Armed Forces. Normally quite boring, it was a welcome change of pace, with the restructuring of the Imperium's borders. It was predictable and relatively safe, meaning no loss of life against any sort of foes. Sure, there was always the threat of rebels and dissidents, but for the most part, the Imperium ruled over it territory with an iron-clad grip. Executions were relatively common on the core worlds, with imprisonment being more commonplace on the less populated areas. All in all, the Imperium's Armed Forces were at full strength and ready to go, if the need arose.
