Description:
As the ships of the Mythic line began taking shape, the time came for determining the starfighters that would accompany the larger vessels. Starting with the middle ground, it was debated just how to go about the design and weapon loadout. After much deliberation, it was decided on to first create a slightly faster than average starfighter with moderate firepower. As the design took shape, the typical curvy nature of the Mythic line was set aside for a shape that was sharper and a bit more intimidating, though the aggressive lines weren't fully explored as with some ship designs of other shipyards.
The two larger engines worked to help push the ship further past the average levels of speed, slowly crossing the line of the slower interceptors. The thinner design allowed for a smaller profile in combat as well as helped to keep its maneuverability up. Along with its moderate defenses, it carried four laser cannons and two missile pods located on the top of each wing. The pods were able to carry four missiles each where the pilot could launch from one to all the missiles in its reserve in one launch if desired for maximum devastation.
