Description:
The Bulwark Mark I was a thousand-meter-long warship developed and produced by the Techno Union at the Foerost Shipyards prior to the outbreak of the Clone Wars. The warship was armed with turbolasers and ion cannons, and possessed armor that enabled it to ram smaller starships while taking no damage. The warship was classified as a Star Destroyer under the Anaxes War College System. It was most notably used in the Separatist, Bulwark Fleet, which terrorized Republic forces throughout the Core Worlds.

The armament of the beginning to the Bulwark series was heavily reliant upon turbolasers and ion cannons, resulting in its hull bristling with 40 turbolaser cannons, 40 ion cannon turrets, and 6 tractor beam projectors. Its carrying capacity included 2,000 troops and 36 starfighters.

We have spoken privately on this, and I would ask the opinions of the others. I do not feel this lines up with the cannon description of the ship on Wookie.
The way I read it, it was a ramming ship. I don't read it to that it had even average armament.
As far as carrying, I see that one was specially configured to carry 36 fighters, so i would think a standard one would carry less. Same with the troop space.

While I am not 100% aware of the discussions held or all the points made for and against, I will say that I do agree with Standash on this one to an extent.
We have, previously on Canon submissions, used retrofitted vessel stats as the primary stats for that vessel. To that end, I'd say the Starfighter count should be dropped to 36. This is indeed a ship designed more for ramming and targetting smaller vessels, especially based on this quote:

The engineers called the design the Bulwark Mark I—a kilometer-long behemoth with turbolasers, ion cannons, and enough armor to ram small ships with impunity.

However, there is nothing really for or against the 2,000 soldiers. So I have no issue with it remaining as is. I'd recommend dropping the offensive to a 2 and removing the 20 medium turbolaser turrets and the 40 point defense laser cannons. Tractor beams are a coin flip for me, they make sense on a ship intended for ramming smaller vessels.
